Found that there was a lot of dust and pet hair that was blocking the vents and could cause the compressor/condenser coils to not cool off causing a freeze/thaw effect. I cleaned that out and has good frost pattern.Water was hooked up to reverse osmosis system that was turned off. They were ok with me bypassing it and going straight to water line. Tested and refrigerator now dispenses water and ice maker cycles and fills. Refrigerator is working good.

Found that the range has a bit of soot on the oven door. I tested and was a lot of yellow flame for bake burner. I found insulation covering the air shudder and i did adjust air shutter a little bit and tested and is mostly blue flames but still some yellow. Found that the gas valve regulator must of been hit because it is slightly bent and is at a bit of an angle entering the bake burner tube. I explained what i did to customer and if it still happening that the gas regulator would need to be replaced but due to the costs would not be worth it for this range.

Spent two hours taking apart washer, checked all drain lines, found in the bottom of the filter assembly, pumpkin seeds, hair, lint, a tooth pick, etc. it was blocking the bottom of the filter. Cleaned all that out, put it all back together, now it runs great and drains great. Noticed a lot of detergent suds in washer. Recommended cutting back on detergent and also not using the beads."

"The customer said that after she has done a few loads in a row the 3rd or 4th load of laundry it will not agitate or spin but it does drain the water. I ran it with a large heavy load for about 30 minutes. The washer is agitating well and it will drain and spin well. The motor coupler is in good shape, the lid switch is in good shape. The transmission is leaking oil and the motor is a little smelly. I believe the motor is just being over worked so it will shut off on the overload and then when it cools down it comes back on. I gave the customer a quote for replacing the transmission, motor and coupler.

If you turn a burner on the burner does not come on but the control display comes on. I found the range was not getting power to the black wire. It was getting 120 across black and red and 120 from red to ground. I had the customer reset the breaker a couple times. Now the range control is on and everything is working as it should.

Water/ice build up in the freezer drawer underneath the evaporator cover (which is in the ceiling of the freezer) it would appear that the evaporator drain for freezer is frozen and when in defrost leaks into freezer but there is a lot of ice build up on the evaporator cover that i cant pull it off. Also we cant pull up any parts information or contact tech support since Samsung bought them out. Im guessing there would be a kit to fix this but cant verify. The bake and broil were not lighting. I replaced the temp sensor and main board. The ovens bake ignitor is glowing but still does not light. I checked everything again. I loosened the gas supply tube on the regulator that feeds gas to the bake valve. I got gas coming out then I tightened the nut back up. I tried the bake again and now its working. I found the gas supply lines in the basement and I found the gas to the range is not being regulated. This is a gas supply issue. I will let the customer know. It needs to be transferred to AHS and let them know the range is not a issue. That off gas pressure could have damaged the valve or regulator but the pressure issue needs to be fixed first. ; states that autho needed

"Even though this is a newer samsung fridge this ice maker is doing the same thing as the old ones. Frosting up and ice clumping and jamming ice maker. I dont see any service bulletins on this. It is getting C39 ice maker error. (See picture)Customer says it has been going on about 3 month, the customer will defrost it and itll work for a little while and then it will frost up and jam again and stop making ice.Because it sure seems like the standard Samsung ice maker failure. Found that there is hard water build up in the ice maker water fill tube causing the water to spray out and shoot over the ice maker and into ice bucket and down the chute. I cleaned fill tube and recommended water softner to prevent this from happening in future. Ice maker now fills and no leaks. Refrigerator is working good.
