Complaint is leaking out the left front corner. Ran unit for about 35 minutes. Never got a leak with the door off. Theres a service bulletin for water leaking out of the vent when the door is open at the end of the cycle did the service bulletin reprogrammed it so I wouldnt happen. Checked over the spray arm to make sure thats all good. It is. There was no water in the catch tray so we know its at the water valve or over sudsing. Possible that its leaking from the dispenser but theres no evidence of it at this time. Customers gonna try it out to see if its good if not, I told him we can come back out but have it ran right before I come out or at least running an hour before my time, that way its been running for a while before checking for leaks. Also wont be a bad idea to pre-order dispenser just in case.

Customer states door was stocked and they could not get it open after a power outage. Eventually was able to crack the door open. Discovered that the cable system that keeps the door aligned had jammed, and one of the cables had snapped and gotten tangled. At this point, I cut the rest of the cables away so that the drawer slides could function properly. Customer for Costa replacing the rail and cable assembly. Customer declined any additional repairs at this time. Instructed customer to make sure that they were opening and closing the door carefully that the drawer would stay aligned. Machine seems to be working mostly OK at this time. if customer decides to have rail assembly replaced, please see attached photo for part number and quote

Returned with parts, was able to get the freezer door off. Had to separate the tracks, found the screw holding the tracks on had come loose causing the tracks to jam. Was informed the unit was leaking, while the drawers were out was able to remove the ice and cleaned the drain. Reassembled the tracks and the drawers. Adjusted the door. Informed the customer to make sure the door shuts all the way very tight on both sides of unit.

I started the washer on a quick wash. Washer filled and would just sense, then shut off. I tipped back and found the slider was installed upside down. I replaced the slider but still not working. Issue is the main board is activating the shifter in agitate. I replaced the main board and now its agitate like it should. I started a quick wash. It filled and started to wash. No more issues found. No water leaking from underneath. Sound good when it spins. I had the customer see it working. On arrival, I tapped into the seal system. Found out the high-pressure side was a little low in the low pressure side was a little high, indicating that they compressor was slowly losing efficiency. Found lots of contamination inside the dryer. Also the equalization pressure looked a little low, indicating that the unit may have been under charged on a previous repair. Found no evidence of a leak. Flush the system with dry nitrogen. Change the compressor in the dryer and evacuated the system. Charged with new refrigerant and tested. Machine seems to be working properly now.

Arrived on site customer told me that a different servicer has been out to look at the dishwasher the previous service or damaged the user interface board by scraping it across the anchor per customer. Previous service is coming back to replace the user interface client states dishes, not dry and dishwasher was not able to start, when I arrive, the blue light was splashing on the floor. I unplugged the unit plugged it back in and I was able to get back full control on the dishwasher. I also tested the heater and that test good. The customer will try to contact the previous servicer to complete the repair on the dishwasher.

Per customer dryer noisy after running a while I installed front and rear bearing and the sound was still there. I uninstalled new parts and reinstalled old front and rear bearing due to no change After testing I I noticed the drum is slightly warped and the motor is getting loud after its been on a while. I advised I will send back the parts that did not fix the problem. Advised repair cost would be much higher with a motor and drum replacement. Customer is OK with closing ticket out on redo and he is more than likely going to purchase a new dryer but will call us back if he decides not to.

Extremely frosted up inside freezer. Found the door wasnt closing on the left side. Out half an inch. Adjusted the door so that it seals. The top of the freezer gasket has a tear. I steamed out the tear and used a special Dow sealant, and then put painters tape over it just to protect it for 24 hours and then the customer will peel it off. Also steamed out all frost in freezer, cleaned it up and now it seals and closes great.

NOISE COMING FROM THE BACK. Found the noise is coming from the FF evaporator fan. I removed evaporator cover and found a lot ice buildup around the edges of the cover. The evaporator cover and air duct tower foam is really water logged and expanding so theres not a good seal. Refrigerator needs a new air duct tower part number WR17X35668 and evaporator cover part number WR17X34327. I called and talked to Rachel and she approved and ordered parts to be sent directly to the customer. Installed new FF evaporator cover and air duct tower. Tested and refrigerator is working great. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Upon arrival, customer stated he has makers only making a couple of cubes at a time. Discovered that water was not making it all the way to the icemaker. It appears as though where the water valve is in the back the waterline for the icemaker had sheared off and was leaking. This caused damage to the floor into the wall around the refrigerator. See attached photos.trimmed off cracked piece of tubing and re-inserted into the connector. Tested for leaks and appears to be working properly now. It will no longer leak and return to normal amount of ice.

Cusotmer was getting I20 error few times thorough out the cycle and would need to hit start to advance cycle and there would be no standing water when the error occurred. Sounds like the water pressure sensor is failing and not informing the board that dishwasher is empty. Replaced pressure sensor and check valve flapper. Tested and error does not happen when im here and dishwasher drains every time. Fished out drain line incase something was stuck in drain tube, is empty and nothing is clogging it.Dishwasher is working good. Customer will use it as normal.

Complaint still vibrating. The back legs are still free but the front of the unit was on part of the broken disaster tub. Put some towels in the unit and test. Never got any large vibrations or walking. I found when lowering in rpm some noise and shaking but cant tell if its from the disaster pan or the friction ring. Explain to customer that they need to get the disaster pan replaced so we can pinpoint the noise completely or removed from the pan. Customer is going to get the pan replaced because they need to get replaced anyway and then will let us know if theres anything else wrong with it.

Customer stated the unit would not stop making a noise. Found the customer had tried canceling the cycle and the unit was still running. Canceled the cycle and put into diagnostics and checked found no codes, no issue with anything except a noise from the drive. Removed the lower cover and making sure the cover was not rubbing (ok), made sure the belt was the issue (ok) informed the customer the cam assembly could be the issue. Swapped out the cam assembly and cycled and tested the noise went away, recalibrated the unit and ran on a normal cycle for 15 minutes. Had no issues.

Customer states the unit would not shut off, she was shutting the breaker off for the unit. Cycled and tested the unit would not pump the water out, also the upper spray arm is broken off. At first suspected the issue was the drain line was clogged and the the unit was overfilling and leaking with the spray arm missing. Pulled the unit out and made sure the drain line was clear from the unit to the sink(ok) found the obstruction was in the small hose off the sump there is debris in the middle of the hose, put the unit back together and found the pump was leaking. Was going to replace the small hose with regular hose, the customer is not going to fix the unit just repaired it.

The range is fully functional, except for the clean function. The clean cycle requires a lock to engage the door, lock is operated by a motor and proven with a micro switch. The micro switch tests good but the motor isnt moving to close the switch, power is traveling to the motor. Im ordering a new PC board and motor latch, I will only replace the board if the motor latch replacement doesnt work. All facts point to a bad motor latch.I ordered new parts and rescheduled for the week of August 3rd.; ordrng 1 5304518023 (PC BOARD) and 1 5304528973 (Motor latch)
