The customer said the ice maker is acting up and water drips out the dispenser flap. I pulled the ice bucket out and found frost on the bottom of the ice maker. I put the whole unit in defrost and defrosted the ice maker compartment. I removed the ice maker and inspected the ice fill tube. I could not see the tip of the fill tube. I pushed the water line in until the top of the fill tube was adjusted correctly. That should help. No other issues found today.

The customer said there was some water seen on the floor just behind the washer. I started the washer on a bulky cycle and selected super so it would add the most amount of water. The washer filled to the top and inlet wash for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I found no water leaking. I ran a drain and there is no water leaking. I put into spin. As it started to spin I could hear the bearings are bad. I tipped it back and water is leaking from the transmission seal. I quoted customer for the transmission and shaver assembly.

I installed the missing spring. Everything is working good.

I verified the boot is ripped. I replaced the door boot and checked for leaks. All is good .

"Dishwasher has been making a loud kazoo noise while running. It has a bad sump motor. Quoted for new one. Its a 14 year old washer, they would rather replace."

Replaced bad UI and bad ACU. Runs great now. Ran through a full cycle.

The freezer led and most of the fresh food leds are out. I replaced the freezer led and now all are working. I replaced the main board because of the defrost issue. All tested good.

"Customer complaint is, Ice maker is just releasing ice cubes without prompt. Customer said that sometimes after getting ice, they will walk away and then randomly ice falls out of the chute. They dont hear the auger motor running when it does this, so it seems like the ice chute door is getting stuck open. Inspected and tested. Ice chute door was working perfectly while testing. I inspected wiring harness at the bottom hinge and it looks good. I installed new ice chute door and tested. Everything is working good."

"Metal back plate cover that covers the convection fan motors was vibrating causing a loud noise. I replaced part, tested and now runs quiet and is working good."

"Customer complaint is, NOT DRYING, ROTTEN FOOD SMELL WHEN IT RUNS. Inspected and tested. Found the filter was plugged solid, also the board has failed and is not turning the heating element on. Heating element was 19 ohms from the board.

"Reinstalled dishwasher. One bracket was broken, nothing attached on top. Reattached in 6 places. Got it level and flush with cabinets. Works great now. Racks dont fall out."

"Clean flashes. Heater error, I found this unit has the redesign for the control board and heater. She declined repairs."

"Customer complaint is, ICE MAKER PROBLEM, NO ICE/ DISPENSER LEAKING. Customer said its making ice, just when they open the ice room door water runs down below the door. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is 38F and freezer is 3F. Ice bucket is full of cubes and there solid. I inspected ice room and dont see any water and or ice buildup. I removed ice maker and fill tube is clear. I cant find anything wrong with ice maker/dispenser."

"Raised front of dishwasher up more, as far as it can be adjusted. Cleaned some debris and plastic out of the filter. It runs, drains, washes, etc great/ no leaks."

"Found that evaporator fan motor is shorted and not running. picked up new part. Replaced evaporator fan motor, tested and now it is running, refrigerator is cooling and working good.

UI died and unit doesnt cool intermittently . Door pressure made the unit loose power then reload. I checked all the wiring connection and the door started behaving as designed; although I found no issues they will call if the door starts acting up again.

Replaced bad valve and fan. Dispenses water great now. No leaks.

"Customer complaint is, NOT HEATING UP. Inspected and tested. Found the resettable fuse was blown again. I reset fuse and tested. Dryer temperature spiked to 250F before I shut it off. I disconnected vent from back of dryer and tested and its heating perfectly between 220F and 100F and airflow on back of dryer is 26mph. The problem is with the vent. It vents out the second story. I advised customer to not use dryer until the vent gets addressed."

Washer leaks. I found the hose had pulled off and the door boot was all eaten up. It had evidence of leaking for a long time. There was something hard rolling around between the tub and basket. This washer has many issues; they declined repairs.

"Failed sealed system, loud compressor, running 24/7.

"Not making ice: found some small cubes stuck in the icemaker assembly. I cleaned out the cubes that were stuck in the fingers, and cycled the icemaker and cycled and filled with water although it wasnt a ton of water. The water dispenser dispensers water well. Told customer it could either be that the waterline for the icemaker is partially frozen in the door, or that the water valve is failing.

"No power, I popped the control board cover and checked the harness and the power kicked on when I seated a molex connector. The fridge began cooling instantly."

"OS 302Usually the oven works, but sometimes it doesnt heat. And sometimes the timer doesnt work on the clock. Sometimes the timer counts down too, but it doesnt beep when time is up.Please see code RJ said to include in this info. DW can you check with Marcone and see what the part number is for the main PCB/clock? On the diagram I dont see a separate board that would control the bake and broil elements. ; saved tckt"

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING OUT DISPENSER. Also the dispenser to tub hose has a hole and is leaking. I found out sense I was out here last year, that replacing the drawer usually fixes the dispenser leaking down the front. I installed new dispenser to tub hose and tested. I could not get washer to leak from the dispenser. Customer had ordered the drawer last year and had it. I installed the new drawer and tested. Still no leaks. Washer is now fixed. Im going to hang onto the dispenser assembly parts that I have for a few weeks just in case it leaks again we would have to replace the whole assembly. The 2 parts that I ordered for the assembly dont have the slider rails, so we would have to order them before we would go back. Part number is 5304514781. I did not collect any money, because Im not sure how much anymore because we didnt install all the parts and didnt know if we wanted to wait and see if the dispenser assembly is needed. ; saved tckt"

We found there is a reset button under the oven was able to press the reset and now oven is heating normal. We will need a new cooling fan. "Replaced bearing kit, tested and dryer now runs quiet and is working good."

The customer said while the door was open she fell back on the door just a little. Now the door does not close and the buttons do not respond. I found the door is binding and does not fully close. I also found the door strike was bent up. The left side of the tub was bent in. I pulled the dishwasher out a few inches and fixed the frame. I also bent the door strike down. I pushed it back in and leveled the dishwasher. Now the door shuts good and the buttons are working because the door latch engages.

The control was flashing. I found the freezer fan was not working and the freezer evaporator is all frosted up. I put into defrost but the heater does not come on. After trouble shooting I found the main board does not send out 120 volts to the heater. It will need a main board. I replaced the rear main board and ran a defrost test. The heater comes on and the frost on the evaporator is melting. I advised them to give it 48 hours for the temps to recover.

"The customer said the fresh food section is in the fiftys and the freezer has frost all over the food. I found the freezer door gasket was falling off on the bottom of the door. I pushed it back in. I can see frost coming out the holes on the evaporator cover. I advised the customer it will need the drain kit, add on heater and defrost sensor. I gave a quote. I advised it will need to be unplugged and doors open for 24 hours. At this time the customer wanted to think about it.

The dishwasher would not dry. I found the heating element was bad. I replace the heating element. I verified in test mode the heater does come on.

"Replaced motor, belt and added grease to front seal per the service bulletin. Tested and dryer is quiet, tumbling and heating. Dryer is working good."

"Not draining. There was some type of blockage in the air gap area of the drain. Took air gap and drain lines apart, and now it drains great after cleaning it, but then it wouldnt fill with water and kept giving an E01 error. Found the flood pan underneath full of water from when it couldnt drain. Sucked and dried all the water out. Now it all runs great."

Installed board. Reassembled. Then went through test mode and its working great. Its heating well and washing good.

The front drum seal was falling off the drum. I also found the rear right roller was falling apart. I replaced the seal and rollers. I cleaned and oiled the other rollers. The dryer sounds good now.

Customer had already found the big mouse nest but i went ahead and pulled out some more panels and cleaned out inside oven of mouse dropping. Also found that broil igntier was bent and not next to broil burner. Tested and oven is heating and working good.

"Replaced the cracked inlet water valve with new one. Tested and no more leaks. Refrigerator dispenses water and is working good.

Drain pump runs when you try and run a cycle. Found the flood pan full of water. The water inlet on the left side had disconnected. Reconnected it and gave it a good extra seal with red glue. Tested it out 3 times. No leaks now. Runs great. Charged minimum labor.

Evaporator iced over again. Steamed it all off. Frosted over nicely within 10 minutes. I moved it to the recommended spot. Should not have any more issues.

"Replaced bad valve and filter head assembly. Found the line to the icemaker had detached too because the fill tube was full of solid ice from bad valve slowly dripping into it. Steamed out water fill tube, and reattached waterline on back of fridge to the fill tube. Adhered with special glue and tape. Cycled Icemaker and it filled well. Installed fitting on rear waterlines to stop leak at connection. Everything dispenses well now with no leaks.

"Not draining. No voltage to the pump. I checked for glass or debris and found none. I quoted a control board, they want to discuss their options and will let us know if they want to move forward."

Dishwasher does not wash. The dishwasher is stuck. They decided not to fix it.

"Not draining well. Disconnected the drain line. Cleaned it out. Disconnected it from both the drain pump and garbage disposal. Sucked 20 gallons of water through the line. Then let the dishwasher run, cancelled it, did the same again, drains all the way now."

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING IN THE FREEZER. Inspected and tested. Found the evaporator defrost drain was plugged. Defrosted freezer floor, evaporator drain pan and cleaned out drain on back side. Tested and drain is now clear. Refrigerator is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, WATER LEAKS FROM THE FREEZER. IT SEEMS LIKE IT'S COMING FROM BEHIND THE PANEL AT THE BACK OF THE FREEZER. Inspected and tested. Found the evaporator defrost drain is frozen. Defrosted drain pan, cleaned out drain and installed new heat probe. Tested and drain is open. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Random buttons not working. Bake broil cooking timer clock dont work and maybe a couple others. Unplugged unit. Replugged it in and now working.

The customer said the washer was leaking from the front while it was being used. I ran the washer and found water leaking out from the front. I inspected the boot and found a small hole in the door boot. I quoted the customer for the repair. replaced the boot. I ran the washer again and there are no leaks.

"Customer said that the previous company replaced spark igniter, switch and burner orifice. It appears that the igniter is not in secure but it does appear to be the right igniter for the center burner. But to get to any part I have to take apart whole top and front off to gain access to it and to replace spark module. So because of that and with suspect igniter and since i cannot verify previous company work please order all parts associated to nuisance sparking.When i look up parts for the center burner it shows a different spark igniter and what appears is a different layout (see pictures) I cant figure out which is correct. Tech support didnt really answer my question so order all parts.Igniter for center burner 26800009; gas valve ignition center burner 23160020; spark/ignition module 268600001 (already have); locking clip 242900012; center burner assembly 231600020223600007JR: please make sure that these are the parts are correct for this model/BOM like we talked about. It feels like its being pushed open, but I cant find anything in the way holding it open. The hinges look good. Im going to need to come back with the hinges part numbers WP8534853, W11612302 and the door latch part number WPW10653840 and door strike part number WPW10544004. Today I replaced the dispenser lever. The customer said the dispenser lever spring is missing because it use to pop out. We were unable to find the spring. Im now ordering the spring. "Dishwasher filled with black mold, the rats, arresting, and falling apart, the pump is very loud and leaks. I recommend this for replacement all the rubber hoses and manifolds have degraded and are leaking. "Currently 10 degrees in freezer and 35 in fresh food. Issue is excess frost build up on bottom rear panel of fresh food section. Because of this the fridge stopped producing ice or dispensing water. It wasnt doing either, so customer unplugged fridge 6 days ago, let it totally defrost, then plugged it back in 5 days ago. After that it worked great for 4 days, then over frosting occurred again and everything froze up. Found a bad fresh food fan. Took out old fan, replaced it and steamed off evaporator. Took left door apart and steamed out tank area to try and unthaw water. Found a frozen evaporator drain line. Steamed that out, now it drains great. Fan circulating air well. Customer may have to unplug fridge and let it thaw for a day if it stops dispensing water today. When dispensing water its spraying water now out of the tri dummy valve. Quoted for that too. Stalls when it tries to start intermittently and it squeaks. I replaced a failed idler and quoted a redesigned motor blower assy. There was a large black discharge from the brushes. He will use it without the motor swap. The dryer is now quiet. Please send him an invoice via text

Unit wont wash with hot water is warm and will do just cold. Verified complaint. Found the hot water to the unit is good and is hot. Found when I selected hot it would continuously use cold and water and never just hot. Will do just cold. Unit needs a new temp controller. "Customer complaint is, JUST HAD ELECTRICITY UPDATED AND FRIDGE TRIPS THE BREAKER AND CAUSE POWER TO SURGE. Inspected and tested. Customer had refrigerator plugged into a outlet around the corner and it was running and cooling. Temperatures were 48F in the FF compartment and 8F in the freezer. I plugged refrigerator into GFCI outlet behind refrigerator and everything was running and not tripping the breaker. I put refrigerator into test mode and it tripped the breaker within 2-3 seconds. I plugged refrigerator into a different GFCI outlet in the kitchen and put it into test mode and now it didnt trip the breaker. I started running through the test and on the compressor test it tripped the breaker. I disconnected power to the inverter and refrigerator doesnt trip breaker. I reconnected inverter and removed it from the side of the compressor and it still doesnt trip breaker. The compressor is bad and is what is tripping the breaker. Needs a new compressor. ; saved tckt"

"Washer making a grinding noise. I ran it on a spin and it really wobbles/bangs. Seems as though tub is loose. "Customer complaint is, RAM IS STUCK. Inspected and tested. Found the drawer tilt switch was bad. I jumped it and ram went up. Switch tested bad while in place, so I removed it and tested and its testing good. I reassembled and now its working. I cant find this switch part number WC21X10006 in stock anywhere, or it says its NLA. Dana can you find me a drawer tilt switch and call customer with a quote. Garbage compactor is currently working. I attached picture of the part. ; saved tckt"

Installed new board and then reassembled. Now unit is working properly compressor is running properly condenser fan evap fans. Everything is working now properly.

"The customer said the whole fridge was working good but then the next day it stopped cooling like it was. When I arrived the fridge was plugged in and running but not cooling. I pulled it out and tapped into the low side. The low side suction pressure was up around 40-50 psi. I replaced the compressor, I replaced the drier and updated the board. I pressurized the system and then pulled a vacuum. I then charged the system with 5.11 ounces of 134A."

Replaced dispenser side door. Tested and display lights up and all functions are working good.

Iced up ice bucket and cant removed. Steamed out ice and removed bucket. Found a layer of ice on the bottom. Ice maker is working properly. Sometimes a ice cube gets stuck and needs to be clear and defrosted and good to go.

"Customer complaint is, NOT KEEPING TEMPS KEEPS GOING DOWN TO 285 FROM 350. Customer said it doesnt seem to be hot enough. Inspected and tested. Temperature sensor tested 1083 ohms at room temperature both at the sensor and from the board. I started oven on bake at 350F and it preheated to almost 500F and then cycled between 403F-327F, 406F-333F, and 407-334F. Oven is averaging about 365F. Ive checked this out as thoroughly as I can and cant find anything wrong."

I tested dryer and saw that the igniter turned on but then no flame. I pulled off gas line and there is no gas going to the dryer. The customer has had a basement remodel going on and it feels like there is a spray foam inside the gas line. I showed and explained to customer that it is a gas issue not a dryer issue. Once gas to the dryer is fixed dryer should heat and work fine.

"There was a noise in the house which turned out to be the carbon monoxide detector, but customer mentioned the freezer leaks. Found a big sheet of ice on bottom of freezer and drain frozen over. Steamed out freezer and drain. Now it drains great under the evaporator. Cleaned everything up.

Customers complaint dryer isnt drying well. They had the dryer vents cleaned once. They have a long vent over 30 feet. Needs a dryer vent booster. Dryer works great with the vent not hooked up

Didnt drain. Tested the drain a half dozen times and it drains great every time. A lot of scum built up in the sump area. Cleaned all that out. Cleaned the filter because it had a lot of debris built up. It drains awesome. Drain pump sounds great too.

I uninstalled an old unit and installed a new unit. I filled it with water manually and checked it it did not leak and drained great.

"Main board and touch pad, software update needed. UI is failed and needs to replace the ACU and User Interface. Quoted owner for repair, plus dryer removal.

"Fresh food 55 degrees and freezer warm as well. Found the evaporator encased in ice. Steamed off evaporator to access the bi metal and heater to test those components. Found that it has a bad defrost heater. Ohms out at 18 mega ohms. Replaced heater and bi metal. Told customer 24 hours to get down to temp.

"The customer said the refrigerator started having problems a few weeks ago. It started with the ice maker not making ice then not freezing food in the freezer. Now it does not cool well in the refrigerator and the freezer. The temp in the freezer was above 20 degrees and the fresh food section was in the 40s. I found the fans and compressor are running. The evaporator has a partial frost on the top right corner of the evaporator but its not a huge ball just frost. I pulled the unit out and tapped into the high and low side. If it was a bad compressor I would expect to see a suction pressure of 40-50 and high side 50-60. The pressures today while the compressor was running was 120 on the high side and the low side was in a 10 inch vacuum. Those pressure more indicate a sealed system leak. I recovered the refrigerant and added nitrogen. I brought the pressure up to 200 psi. I waited almost 20 minutes and I never found a leak, however the pressure did drop to 190 psi or so. I replaced the filter drier and purged the system with nitrogen. So the system was flushed with nitrogen twice. I pulled vacuum for about 15 minutes. I charged the system. I then added a leak sealant to stop any leaks. The freezer evaporator started to develop frost. It was slow but the evaporator was getting cold and I could see it slowly show frost. I advised the customer to give it the rest of the day and check on it tomorrow.

"Found that the drain hose's rubber kinked and ripped underneath the sink. Was able to cut out bad section and route drain hose with no kink. Tested and no more leaks. Gave customer tips on how to clean out dishwasher and get rid of stink. Dishwasher is running and working good.

"Customer complaint is, NOT COOLING. Inspected and tested. Evaporator fan is running, but refrigerator is warm. I pulled out refrigerator and compressor is humming and clicking, but not running. Also the condenser fan wasnt running until I flicked it. The compressor has failed. Refrigerator needs a new compressor and condenser fan.

"Replaced ice maker, tested and ice maker cycles and fills. Ice maker is working good."

Dishwasher is tripping the breaker at various points. There is quite a bit of mouse junk under the dishwasher. Motor sounds horrible when it runs. Couldnt get it to trip but it sounds like the shaft is almost totally loose in the motor. Makes a metallic grinding and another sound like popcorn made out of metal. Quoted for new motor.

Installed dishwasher. Customer had all hoses that came with dishwasher. Installed all hoses. Removed all wrapping and crate. Once installed tried to level it the best I can but floor is uneven and tight fit. Its runs good and no leaks filled and drained good.

"Leaking, I found that the pump seal was bad. It leaked quickly and the bracket was rusty from previous leaks. Needs new pump.

I replaced the coils and tested it. The dryer is now fixed."

Found that top middle of freezer door gasket had a small gap. I used heat gun to mold gasket so that it is sealing. Customer also says too much ice is being made that it falls over the back of the ice bucket inside freezer and has to clean up many cubes of ice on the bottom of freezer. I checked and ice bucket and ice maker are correct parts and suggested that it could of been ice clumping up due to not sealing all the way and knocking ice over.

"Customer complaint is, REF IS WAY TOO COLD 36 DEGREES, THEY REPLACED THE DAMPER AND THERMISTORS. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is set at 40F and temperatures are 40F on the top shelf and 39F in the bottom drawer. Freezer is 2F. Refrigerator is testing normal."

"Customer complaint is, I NOTICED ABOUT 1/3 CUP WATER UNDERNEATH WASHER. Inspected and tested. Found washer was leaking from the drawer. Installed new drawer and drawer front and tested. No more leaks. Washer is now fixed."

Found that the only one side had springs while the other side has none so I only had to replace the spring side. Door opens and closes and no more banging. Range is working good.

"Customer complaint is, sound like it is lighting almost all the time its running even though it is lit. Customer said that after it preheats, it sounds like it keeps reigniting. She said its cooking just fine. Inspected and tested. Found that after it preheats, the bake burner will cut in and out. I pulled out the range and the bake ignitor is only drawing 2.89 amps. This is going to need a new bake ignitor. I cant find it on the parts diagram. Can you find a bake ignitor and reschedule the customer please. ; saved tckt"

"Square trade sent part. Installed part same issue. Unit wont spin out and stops random during cycle. Went to service mode to see error codes got two different ones added photos of them. One is a board code and another motor. Put unit in test mode and couldnt get it to spin at all will do a very slow sense spin. Ohmed out stator its good. Will need new board. W11419171 control board; snapped 3 QuickPics, states that autho needed"

The customer complaints about ice quality. The coding is coming off the icemaker mold. The part is on order. ; ordrd 1 W11397192 (Icemaker)

"Customer complaint is, Not Coming On - FRZ WORKING BUT FF NOT, ANOTHER SERVICER STATED LEAK AND S/S ISSUE -BASEMENT UNIT. Customer had just plugged refrigerator in this morning. Inspected and tested. They have the FF compartment set at 7 which is the coldest setting and freezer set at 4. FF compartment was 35F and freezer was 5. Compressor and fans are running. Both thermistors tested good in test mode. Defrost heater came on in test mode. Damper is opening and closing in test mode. Everything is testing good. Found that water valve inlet on back of fridge is cracked. Would leak continuously. Needs new inlet water valve.; ordrd 1 W10865826 (Water valve)

Customers complaint not drying and not cleaning well. Found. The heater isnt kicking in. Removed door panel to access the the board. Found the board has failed and heating element and sensor good. ; ordrd 1 W10597042 (Main board)

"Washer is very loud during spin making bad noise. Upon arrival an inspection, I found the spider is broken and it makes a metal clicking noise as the spin baskets spins the door boot is also ripped. to repair this we would need front and rear tub, door boot, and rear seal, bearing in spider. ; saved tckt"

The upstairs dryer is super loud the support rollers are flat sided from binding up. I would need a qty of 2 AGM75510755 when I return to repair this dryer. It also needs to be cleaned badly it has charred lint inside the cavity.; saved tckt

"Fridge makes a knocking sound every two hours or so. Called Beko. We walked through full test mode, tested every component. Appears the knocking is coming from the icemaker fan. Found that the compressor was running but not pumping. Installed compressor tested and now cooling.
