Customer complaint is that freezer door is not sealing. Found evidence of excessive frost. Adjusted door on rails and is now sealing properly job completed.

Everything is heating properly on this unit mechanically. All the elements are working fans are working. Took a average of temps. It was down just a a bit up the temp setting so it averaged where it needed to. Tested unit now unit is averaging properly.

Issue is unit not heating. Tested voltage coming into the unit. Only getting 120 V. Thats the reason why its not heating flick breaker two times. Tested voltage again now its getting 240 V. Unit has electrical issue not related to the dryer.

The power cord wire nuts to the dishwasher electrical supply lines had backed away and allowed the 120 line to contact the junction box cover, and caused power loss to the appliance. I repaired the power cord and appliance connections and secured them in place. Once the dishwasher was plugged in, complete function has been restored. No parts or further repairs required.

Unit had a bad wash pump motor! Replaced motor and fixed issue ! Tested unit to verify there was no leaks! Unit tested great! I also noticed a leak under the sink shown in picture coming from shut off valve ! I tightened the nut to the rubber washer and stopped leak ! I brought up the leak to customer and she is aware of it and I said to watch and if it leaks she needs to call plumber for new shut off valve!

Unit making loud noise. Disassemble dryer and found that two of the rollers were completely destroyed. Replaced all Ford rollers tested unit now. Unit is working properly.

Compressor rattles when you shut the door. I ended up finding that the feet to the compressor needed to be tightened down, and now it doesnt rattle even if you slam the door.

Replaced motor, coupler and drain pump. Tested and washer agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working well.
