Upon inspection took the whole entire unit apart tested every connection no drips no leaks when we got here. Drain filter was off and I asked if she forgot to put that back on and she didnt know we tested unit three times filled all the way up. No leaks, no drips no nothing working great! Unit is good to go! We will return all parts that were sent !

Customer states broil element is not functioning. Was start up smell but dissipated after getting to temperature. Replaced the control board and broil and rest of unit is now operating properly.

Arrived on site per client washer has intermittent issue with not draining and displayed error code. I tested washer checked filter which is clear and filled tub with water on rinse and spin and for strained unit drained very fast. I adjusted drain line up so it wasnt bottoming out on bottomof drain hole, this was a possible clog in the hose that cleared , Impeller is clear drain pump is pumping fast. No fault found unable to duplicate issue. if customer calls back, we can replace the drain pump assembly its on my truck.

Customer reported that the burners were slow to ignite, the broiler door would not close properly, and the oven was not heating to temperature. Tested all burners and confirmed they were igniting within the proper time. Advised the customer that the ignition process requires holding the knob for 1015 seconds as designed. Found the broiler door hinge misaligned, adjusted it, and confirmed proper operation. Identified that the oven thermocouple had dislodged from its holder and was resting against the wall, likely causing temperature inconsistencies. Secured the thermocouple back in place. The unit is now operating correctly.

Plumber was out for leak from dishwasher, but didnt have parts. I pulled out dishwasher and ended up finding that the fill tube was disconnected from the inlet funnel, which was a little loose due to the tape coming off. I used special red rubber based glue, reattached funnel, secured it with special tape, and secured fill hose. Also found leak on shut off. Tightened that up so that its not dripping anymore and used special sealant as extra precaution on connection at water valve. No leaks now.

Orfice hole was clogged with sediment. Cleaned burner after romoval. Reinstalled and tested. Good to go

“Technician was fast, efficient, and kind. I think the only thing I could complain about would be the process of getting someone to come out. I was initially advised by the manufacturer that someone would be coming out on a specific day and time last week. That turned into just the day the company contacted me to set up a date and time to come out. Which is fine. But being jerked around without knowing what is happening is frustrating.”
