Not dispensing water or making ice. Found that the water valve is bad. Replaced water valve, tested and now water is dispensing and ice maker cycles and fills. Refrigerator is working well.

Dishwasher light flashes but it wont start. Found the upper rack was adjusted higher on one side than the other, and the little black trim pieces on the sides of the dishwasher were folded over themselves. I spoke with the property manager, and let her know that by removing the trim pieces and adjusting the rack, now the upper rack can slide all the way back and it doesnt look lopsided, and the dishwasher runs now.
