I canceled and drained and then ran dishwasher through a service diagnostics mode and everything worked perfectly without tripping breaker. Dishwasher is testing good.

Returned, part was shipped to the customer from the warranty company. Pulled the unit out and removed the back cover. Removed the weights and got the access panel off. Found the element had failed. Replaced the element, put back together, cycled and tested making sure the unit got to the correct temperature. Showed the customer how to adjust the temperature, the unit said it was preheated before it was at temperature once it was at temperature it held the correct temperature after opening the door.

Dryer not drying. Found that it has great air flow, 23 mph. Vent was recently cleaned. Dryer cycles between 115 and 260. Gas coils and igniter work. I ended up cleaning the sensor bars and found out that the wife never uses timed dry, only sensor dry, and lately has been semi drying clothes outside before putting them in the dryer. Also doing very small loads. I told her that if the sensors dont sense moisture, then it finishes up the cycle. They will used timed dry now.

Customer has concerns about frost, forming on the back ball of the top left section of the freezer. compressor running too long because of the placement of the evaporator temperature sensor in the lower section of the freezer. Moved temperature sensor from bottom of evaporator to suction line on the evaporator as instructed by Techline. defrosted the machine aggressively. Customer also requested that we remove the icemaker from the machine. Also set temperatures in the refrigerator section higher because customer had complaints about freezing. Everything seems to be working properly. Customer is going to try.

I disassembled the dryer, took off the door assembly, drum , blower motor fan assembly and removed the drier motor. Installed the new motor, reversed the process to access motor. Once the dryer was reassembled, I plugged in the appliance and verified the machine runs quietly, tumbled and heated. The dryer sounds like brand new and is good for normal, everyday use.
