I ran test and it does vent outside but I explained that this microwave vent is not made to be a full grease catcher and it will catch and stop some grease based on the filters but grease will still get though and the fan will push some though the top vent and still get dirty small dust and dust from charcoal filter might cause it to look dirty but the reason is that this microwave vent will not catch all the grease produced by cooking.I did replace filter and it is much tighter inside the slot, so less air escapes forcing it though the filter.Microwave is working good.

Found that the dishwasher is leaking from side where the water guide attaches inside the dishwasher. Found that the locking nut was loose and when it would fill would leak down side of dishwasher. Nothing is broken, was able to add caulking and tightened locking nut, tested and dishwasher no longer leaks and is working good.

customer states door was left open for extended period of time states flapper issues, and fzr not closing, Tested FF door flapper, working as designed instructed customer on door flapper. Massive amount of frost in FzR from doors being left open, preventing fzr door from closing, removed ice and fzr now open and close properly, Issues are all related to door being left open, instructed customer to turn off fridge, allow to completely thaw, and clean interior of water. Unit will return to normal operating after being thawed.

Customer states there is a grinding noise, cycled and tested in diagnostics mode found the shifter was not shifting correctly, disassembled and found the cam gear was worn and chewed up.Both the actuator and the cam were supplied installed part number W10721967 Cam W11481722 actuator. There is a code for a water hazard (F8 E6) found no issues with with the valves, door switch or pressure switch codes.

customer states no Ice and ice forming around door. Icemaker not installed on arrival, customer states another company was out and left it that way, when she tried to plug it in the whole fridge shut off. Reinstalled IM unit stayed running, called tech line bc no manual on liebherr website, entered service mode and checked IM temp sensor 12F, bucket sensor check ok also, ran unit through harvest and fill, twisted all the way and no leaks. No functional issues with IM during visit. Techline stated that if plug to IM shorts could damage main board and IM board, techline advised to wait and see what happens w/ IM bc it passed all checks,Ice forming on fzr door bc FF defrost drain clogged water pouring from fridge into fzr. Cleared defrost drain and instructed customer to pour small amount of vinegar down FF defrost drain every 2-4 weeks to prevent algae growth in defrost drain.
