Dishwasher not powering on and has water inside tub. Found that GFI was tripped and cut power. Turned on dishwasher and not draining. Drain pump is jammed. Appears that drain pump didnt run and then dishwasher overfilled and leaked onto floor and drain pump overheated and tripped the gfi to dishwasher.Vacuumed out water and removed debris stuck in drain pump. Tested and dishwasher is running and drains, no leaks. Dishwasher is working good.

Lower spray arm is separating and leaking water from the front corner. Gave customer option to either have me come back and install with labor, or to have it shipped and he will do it himself. He would like to do it himself. I texted him a link to a video how to put the new one on.

Upon arrival customer stated it makes a squeaky sound. Discovered the condenser fan blade had fallen off of the motor shaft and was rubbing. Reinstalled the fan blade correctly and ensured it was secured. Tested and machine seems much better now.

Upon inspection, I pulled out refrigerator to check condenser fan motor fan motor and blade tested great. Evan motor tested bad replaced and fixed issue!

Complaint is that unit is not heating on cooktop or oven. Found that terminal block L1 had blown out. Replaced terminal block and cord. Unit is now operating properly.

Unit not heating right front. The warm light is on. Found that the element is bad. Replaced element then tested. Unit is now working properly

Left front burner is slow to light. preheating the oven takes much longer than it should. The front left burner spark is weak and takes a while to light, but eventually does light. This would need a new spark electrode and orifice holder. The screws to remove top are not coming out without breaking. Customer is just going to use burner as is. The oven bake ignitor is weak and only drawing 2.6 amps. Quoted customer to install new ignitor. Customer approved repair. Installed new bake ignitor and tested. Oven is heating great. Range is now fixed.
