Found lid lock mount wasnt tight. Snapped back in and put small dob of silicone on the tooth that holds it. Good to go

Replaced fresh food evap fan motor assembly, defrost thermistor, and new updated control board. Started refrigerator and verified proper air flow. Customer to allow refrigerator to cool down before loading with product.

Motor hums but doesnt run. Found a wash cloth stuck in the blower wheel. Was able to clean it out, getting it untangled from the wheel. Also cleaned out 40 grams of lint. Runs great now.

Replace timer assembly and it started running the compressor and cooling. I told customer to give it 24 hours.

On arrival, customer states that the machine is making a squealing sound while running. Opened up the machine and discovered a bad idler pulley. Replaced two idler pulleys with the parts provided and tested. Machine seems to be working properly now.

Went through system unit is cooling great! I advised freezer was set at -2 degrees and eco mode only comes on when its set at 0 degrees! She had no error codes on the software! Unit is good to go I advised call back if it gets worse but unit doesnt need any parts !
