Inspected upper spray arm that looks like its good its connecting good ran unit and found that the water pressure sounded really low with the motor so I ran unit and it doesnt have much water pressure and isnt moving the top spray arms. Removed filter and then removed chopper cover. Once chopper cover was removed was able to find the chopper all gummed up. cleared it reassembled unit sounds a lot better.

"Customer complaint is, THE WHOLE THING IS NOT COOLING. Customer said it was just clicking and not cooling so they unplugged it. Refrigerator was unplugged when I got here. I plugged it in and the compressor is just humming and clicking, but not turning on. After about the fourth time clicking it did turn on and started cooling. I unplugged and installed a new start relay with my jumper cord and compressor turned on the first time, but the second and third time it just hums and doesnt turn on. The compressor has failed. Refrigerator is only about a year and a half old. Customer would like a quote on replacing the compressor. Tapped into the system and got static pressure of 45psi looks like just bad compressor and no leak. Removed the old compressor and filter. Installed compressor. Purged system. Installed one side of filter purged to make sure its flowing through both sides. Finished the dryer filter. Pressured to 200 held with blue bubbles for 5 minutes while I updated board. All good. Vacuumed unit down under 300 microns. Filled to factory recommendation. Let unit run while cleaning up. Unit is operating correctly

The customer said she started the dishwasher at night and in the morning it was flashing the over flow error and the drain pump was on. I pulled the dishwasher out and removed both side panels. I found water in the bottom drip pan. I sucked the water out and then started the dishwasher. I let it run for 20 minutes. I let wash and drain. The dishwasher is not leaking at this time. I found the drain hose behind was kinked. I straighten the hose and pulled the rest of the slack through. The dishwasher drains really good.

"They couldnt cancel a bake cycle so the gas company red tagged it. The overlay on the control was ripped and the cancel button wasnt making good contact with button on board. Button on control board is worn down a little. I quoted for new overlay and control assembly but its 20 years old so they just want to get hopefully another year out of it. I used tape to reinforce overlay, on the back side of it, and added extra tape onto the button on the board. Now the buttons respond much better. Front right burner didnt ignite great. I cleaned terminal and now it sparks well and ignites great.

"Not doing a final drain and spin. I ran the washer and after 5 minutes it was full of detergent suds. I pulled out the detergent dispenser drawer and it was filled to the top with detergent. I explained to customer how the pressure sensor works, and how it will think the tub is full of water when its just full of suds. Told them to use a tablespoon of detergent in future, to cut way back on usage. I poured all the detergent out of the dispenser back into their laundry detergent container, then rinsed out the dispenser until no more suds. Then I put some olive oil in the washer and ran it for 10 minutes to get rid of the majority of the suds. Then put an afresh tablet in it after verifying that it will do a drain and spin. Told them to run it all the way through the cycle with the afresh."

"Oven not heating and burners dont work. I pulled range out and found a broken frying pan behind the range, and the plug was almost all the way out of the outlet. I pushed plug back in and now everything works. I checked the warming drawer and saw that its packed with pots and pans. Looks like the frying pan fell over the back of the warming drawer and then when they pushed the drawer back in, it must have pushed the plug up part way out of the outlet. Recommended taking a bunch of the pans out of the warming drawer so it doesnt open again."
