Customer said fridge seemed to be getting warmer and then started hearing hissing sounds. Based on the explanation of the sounds it is normal. The defrost heater will get hot and water will hit it, making the hissing sound and I explained that it is normal. Also states that in user manual.I also recommended to get an accurate food temperature is to put a glass of water in fridge and then take the temperature of the water. Looking at air temperature thermometer wont be accurate based on opening doors/defrost cycle and other variables.I ran diagnostics mode and checked all functions. Refrigerator is working and cooling normally and no errors.Refrigerator is working good.

Not advancing through cycles, not draining, E4 ERROR. Theres standing water in the dishwasher when I got here. I removed hose from garbage disposal and canceled dishwasher and it drained great into my bucket. I started a heavy cycle and it filled and started washing. I canceled dishwasher and it drained great. Theres a black rubber drain hose extension underneath the sink and its pinched and has copper pipe connectors that are causing it to drain slow. I removed rubber hose and added a drain hose extension. Tested and dishwasher is draining great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Upon arrival verified sensor readings were accurate. Verified ductwork was clear verified temps were good. LG service manual said that if all these things check good then to disable this alert through the installer settings. Machine seems to be working properly at this time.

Complaint is getting a E 15 code. Pulled unit out carefully on a protective floor mat. Found that there was water in the back on the floor where the water valve is and inside the catch basket of the unit. found out the water valve is dripping water. Replaced the water valve and the elbow going onto the water valve tested multiple times for leaks. Let it round for over 15 minutes after testing multiple times filling and draining to make sure we had no other leakage. Reinstalled the unit.

Customer states the ice maker is not work, found the ice maker bail arm switch had worn out. Checked the valve and cleaned out the fill tube customer approved the ice maker and requested new valves and water line. Replaced all the parts.
