Lg washer customer stated had burning smell and spin cycle taking longer to complete. Found play beginning to develop between inner spin basket and outer tub indicating bearings are beginning to fail. Advised on cost of repair but looks like lg has discontinued some of the parts that would be needed. Checked drain filter. Found restricted with debris. Cleared debris. Advised this should help with excessive long spin cycle but condition of bearings are likely a contributing factor.

DE ERROR CODE - RESETTING RESOLVES FOR A SHORT TIME. Its actually a dH error. FF compartment is 39F and freezer is 0F. I removed the evaporator cover and frost pattern is good. I put refrigerator into defrost and heater came on. The defrost sensor has failed. Quoted customer to install new sensor. Customer approved repair. Refrigerator was in defrost when I came back and the error is on the display. Installed new defrost sensor harness assembly. Refrigerator is now fixed.
