Need a seal to be put on it. Installed new door bellow and tested. Washer is now fixed.

Replaced ice maker assembly and main board. If issue continues I would recommend replacement of water inlet valve for ice maker.

Replaced bake element, tested and oven preheated and bake is working good.

Found that the dishwasher is leaking from side where the water guide attaches inside the dishwasher. Found that the locking nut was loose and when it would fill would leak down side of dishwasher. Nothing is broken, was able to add caulking and tightened locking nut, tested and dishwasher no longer leaks and is working good.
“Our technician was very courteous and matter of fact, which was appreciated. He arrived in the stated time window. He quickly troubleshooted the issue and after finding a seal had come loose, he applied a sealant then ran the dishwasher several times to ensure it wasn’t leaking anymore or anywhere else. He even secured the dishwasher back to the cabinets. He gave me his business card and said to call him if any more issues arose. The only negative was that they were too busy to be able to fit us in the day after we called, which happened to be a Friday, so we had to handwash our dishes during the weekend.”

Loud noise when in spin cycle. Customer said that when she runs heavy loads like sheets, the washer shakes and walks in the spin cycle. She said its good with everything else. I ran washer through diagnostics test and everything worked perfectly and sounds great. Washer is not level and its leaning forward a lot. I leveled washer and had customer put a load of sheets and towels in and ran a rinse and spin and it worked perfectly. I showed this to the customer and she was happy with the way it spun. Washer is now fixed.

I accessed the oven control relay board, removed it. Installed the new relay board, and plugged the range in. The random heating cycling has stopped, the relays have dropped popping and cracking.

Returned installed new valve, cleaned out the filter and assembly, put back together, cycled and tested checked for leaks, no leaks at this time.

Installed new gear case from last diagnosis. Once it was installed tested unit is now working properly. Put unit through agitate and spin. It sounds great.
