Refrigerator was unplugged when i am here. Refrigerator is in garage. Floor was uneven and leaning forward so doors would open when i bumped the fridge and freezer door rails are broken and not lining up correctly and left side freezer door will pop open slightly. I raised the front of fridge so fridge doors wont self open and gravity keeps doors closed. Freezer door rails would need to be replaced for freezer door to open and close correctly otherwise customer really needs to push door closed to seal it. Evaporator fans are running and working good and suspect that fridge was not sealing causing ice build up and fan to stop. Customer will try now with the fridge is level and see if it keeps food cold. They will all back if they want to proceed with freezer door rail repair. (4975jj2007e and 4974jj2005f)

Detached the water line and made sure water flowed out well. Used red glue and the clamp to give a tight seal. Customer never uses Icemaker so they said to turn water off to fridge. Should be no more leaks now.

Customer complains the unit made a loud squealing noise and it would not spin. Upon arrival and inspection I found the washer was sitting on a sloped floor and it was not level. I leveled the machine and inspected the belts and they looked great. I started washer empty and it ran perfectly agitating and spinning without any issues. I asked a customer for some laundry and ran a partial load. I watched in both agitate and spin I could not duplicate issue or find any issues outside that the laundry room needs to have a level floor installed for the washer. The slope is too great to use the adjusting feet are use wet boards were around but this issue will come up again if they dont deal with the root cause and get that machine setting level.

I explained that once the house airs out the smell will dissipate. Dryer itself is working good.

"Customer complaint is, ICEMAKER/ DISPENSER ISSUES. Inspected and tested. This is the refrigerator with the wires on the bottom of the freezer door hinge that break and cause problems with the ice maker. They have already been repaired once and I couldnt find any breaks, but not completely confident that there not the issue. Ice maker is stuck in the wrong position. I jumped it and the heater came on to release the cubes but never cycled. I jumped the valve and water filled the ice maker. Im pretty confident the ice maker is bad, but because of the wiring issue Im not 100 percent sure. I quoted customer to install new ice maker. Customer approved repairs. Installed new ice maker and tested. Ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed."

"Lower oven not heating. Found a tripped thermal fuse (resettable). Reset it. Also found a disconnected wire to one of the bake element terminals. Made the terminal tighter and reattached. Lower oven bakes great now. The previous owner did a self clean and had the oven cleaned right before they sold the house. Pretty sure that caused the wire to pop off, and also could have easily tripped the thermal fuse.Upper oven seems to run too hot according to the customer. I ran the oven for a half hour and watched temps. First high and low was a total of 781, or 390. Second high and low was a total that averaged 358. Ordered new hinges. Coming back to install. ; ordrd 2 De81-04348a (Hinges)s"

The washer started to drain then went into a spin and shut off. I put in on a normal cycle and let wash. I then moved to spin. It ran the neutral drain, it never stop, it right through a spin cycle and shut off. I tried it a few more times and its working. I ran a complete rinse and spin and its still working good. "Customer complaint is, HAS NO POWER. Inspected dishwasher and found the UI board is unresponsive. Board has 120 to it and the light on the board is flashing rapidly. Im pretty confident that the main board is bad, but it could be the UI board. Quoted customer to install new UI board. Installed kit with new board, UI and all the wiring harnesses accept the door wiring harness and I get the same results. Light on the main board is flashing rapidly, but UI is dead and not responding. Im going to order the door harness because its the only thing thats not been replaced. Installed new door harness and its still dead. I started switching out boards using the old and new together and still dead. I took out all the new parts and reinstalled the old original parts and now its working. I ran the dishwasher for over 20 minutes and its working great. Im completely baffled on this dishwasher, but its working now."
