Replaced broiler igniter and broiler burner for bottom oven. Verified operations. Tested bake and broil and convection in both ovens. Oven no longer trips the breaker.

Compressor stopped running. Needs the hard start overload kit. Old start was burnt out. Got authorization and installed. Ticket attached. Cooling great now. Evaporator frosted over I. 3 minutes. Told tenant to give 24 hours.

Bottom door strike on door was loose and not hitting the door switches. Secured door strike. Tested and door closes and light turns on/off normally. Microwave is heating and working good.
