The microwave is dead. I found the fuse is popped. I replaced the fuse with a 15 amp fuse. I installed the parts from the choke kit. I tested the microwave and its working great.

"Complaint is that dishwasher doesnt always clean. They use finish, and I tested water and its soft. Ran it for an hour. It fills, circulates, drains and heats perfectly. I asked them what dishes look like when dirty after a cycle and they showed me examples. Hard food dries onto dishes. So I inspected the float, and found the float to be gunked up with food residue. Float sometimes gets stuck in up position, so dishwasher doesnt fill with water. I uninstalled float assembly and cleaned it thoroughly, then reinstalled. Runs great.

"Pulled the fridge out to start repair and finally got the noise to happen for myself. Was able to trace the noise to the back cover, and the back casing of the fridge chattering against each other. When the compressors at a certain point, it makes the two metals rope against each other and chatter. Theres no double sided tape left, or is kind of deteriorating on the back of the cover so redid the double sided foam tape resecured tested multiple times now the noise is eliminated. showed and explained to customer unit is now working properly."

"I installed a new Pump & motor, also replaced the main water valve. I tested and ran cycles, and the machine works great. Additionally, I noticed that the machine was very dirty with calcium from water and recommended the owner clean the unit with a special detergent designed for cleaning dishwashers."

The customer said the steam and dry function is not working. At the end of the cycle they get the HR fault. That fault is for it not heating. I removed the dishwasher and tested the heater on the pump. I found the heater is open. I replaced the wash pump motor with heater. I ran the dishwasher and now its working good and heats.

The dryer squeals when it runs. I found the idler pulley is stuck. I replaced the idler pulley and oiled the other rollers. I vacuumed out all the lint. The dryer sounds good now and heats.

"Coach is complaint dryer, not running anymore and getting a burning smell. Can here at home on arrival. Remove the top of the unit started. It could hear it.. I can hear the motor humming and started burning. Disassemble completely. Started unit same thing motor is seized quoted for blower wheel and motor. Installed parts. Today I replaced the fan motor and all parts. The condenser fan is working so it should start to cool down. I advised the customer to give it 24 hours.

"Not draining. Ended up finding hardware from cabinet (a buffer pad) stuck in air gap. I uninstalled air gap and cleaned out the debris. Got approval for repair first. Runs great now, drains great."

"Replaced all the wires. Replaced bad board. Replaced flow sensor and case break. Ran it, now it runs great.

The microwave light does not always come on when the door is open and sometimes when you press start it says close door. The interlock switches failed. I replaced both interlock switches. I tested the microwave and now its working good. No more issues.

"Customer complaint is getting a beeping noise when shutting door, and then will not start. Pulled unit out tested door latch. Door latch is testing good followed continuity to the board. Its all good wiring in the latch itself is reading properly. I dont get service here to hook up. SmartHQ had homeowner restart breaker. He did restart it more than once and never worked for him, I had him leave it off for over 20 seconds turned back on and it started working so either just plain with the wiring or just restarted the control board kicked it on usually its a control board. Hes kind of known for control board issues explained if it happens again try to reset if not, we will have to quote and order a board before returning."

Power on but compressor and fans not running. In service mode compressor was getting 120 to inverter board but compressor not running. Installed new inverter board and now condenser fan will run for 2 seconds and stop. Compressor getting power but wont run. Needs new compressor. Please call customer with quote for new compressor. Told them after we install the compressor it may also need inverter board if the old one is bad. Please quote them for a new inverter as well in case it also needs that. ; saved tckt

The valve for the back left burner will not turn. The valve is stuck. It needs a new back left burner valve. I found the part number but I cold not find the part in stock at the 3 distributors I can order from. Encompass may have it. I gave a blue book quote but advised price could change. "Customer complaint is, OVEN DOES NOT HEAT UP OVER 175. Inspected and tested. Found the ignitor is fried, but the board is not sending 120V to the bake ignitor. The broil ignitor is working. Oven needs a new ignitor and board part number DG92-01084E. I cant find this board in stock. Customer would like to go ahead with this repair if we can find the board and do the repair before Christmas. Can someone see if they can find this board and get back to the customer asap. Had an extra tech removed dryer from on top of washer disassembled washer to get to drain pump from last diagnosis. Replaced drain pump once installed. Tested multiple times. Unit is now draining properly. The way they have the drain hole set up. It does run really high up so you get a little bit coming back when it stops of water. Nothing I can do on that they know and are aware of that issue. Reinstalled the dryer reassembled everything made sure everything is working properly.; used 1 4681EA2001T (DRAIN PUMP ASSM - MOTOR SOLD SEPARATELY) from stock

Frigidaire fridge with freezer on top. Customer paid for someone to come out because his freezer was room temp. start capacitor was installed. Still room temp. Customer said that the convection fan hasnt been running for a month and not heating food correctly. On this model it uses the convection fan during the bake cycle. As im here it is running but customer said it hasnt and it just started turning back on. I did find that the convection element is open and not heating. Since its intermittent both control board and convection fan motor and convection element would need to be replaced.ST sent parts to customer that were not correct. "Customers complaint icemaker, not working. She said it started making hollow cubes and then eventually slower producing ice then eventually not working. Removed icemaker and found it was halfway full of ice cleared it out reinstalled icemaker put it through complete harvest cycle filled icemaker only about a quarter of the way. The water dispenser itself is working at average pressure. Tested water hardness level in its extremely high. Removed water line for icemaker from valve and tested was getting weak water pressure out of the valve will need new valve. We replaced it about 11 months ago. Install new fan from glass diagnosis still not working. Started doing some wire tracing and found that I was getting 117 V through line one but whenever I hooked up my neutral I would lose my 117 V checked all the wire connections all the plugs all that was fine. Had Phil also help me trace wiring ended up tracing it all back to the control board verified no control board available. quoted customer to send board off. She would like to use the fridge for Christmas and the holidays then send it out. Phil and I found out I can hook up the wiring to the condenser fan so whenever the condenser fan is running the fan is running for the meantime. "Customer states the ice marker was not working again. Was informed the ice marker worked for a week since the last time I was over. Checked and found the fill tube was frozen up. Removed the water dispenser cover and checked the voltage found the heater getting 16 volts. Checked the resistance of the wires serving the heater they tested ok. Found the door switch was not giving the correct voltage when the door was closed. If the switch was pressed it would close and give the heater the correct 120 volts. Ordered a new switch, taped the switch closed for the ice marker to run. "I found water is leaking from the gear case tub seal. The stator and rotor are saturated with water. Both parts are rusty. I will need the gear case, the clutch, the rotor and stator. I had to use the customers Dewalt impact to get the agitator bolt out. The agitator is stuck and I cannot get it out. I may have to cut it off. I sprayed some really strong penetrating oil down the center of the agitator to see if that will help loosen it when I come back. Please get approval for the extra parts in addition to the parts that were already sent. I will also need more time. The dryer does not heat. I verified on time dry it does not heat. I removed the drum and found the front roller was stuck and not spinning. The bottom fuse was popped. I reset the fuse and replaced the roller then vacuumed out the dryer. The customer just cleaned the dryer duct. Its heating good now.

"Washer not filling with enough water and it gives F20 error. I disconnected the waterlines and checked pressure. Both valves were turned off, and a secondary valve was also turned off. I opened the valves and made sure no sediment built up. Gets stuck at 5 minutes and just keeps draining. Checked pressure sensor hose and its good. Wires are plugged in, either a bad pressure sensor or sensor and main pc . Customer called the warranty company. Told them main pcb is nla and we would have to search for it. We would start with pressure sensor and if that didnt fix it, they would have to still pay for part. But then unrepairable if we cant get board. Customer and I spoke with warranty company and they will call her back with approval. They called her back and said they will cover part of the pressure switch and if that doesnt fix it, they will take it from there. Customer said they will think about it and get back to us. Replaced Lint housing assembly with new lint trap. Old one was cracked and catching and ripping clothes. Also cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. Tested and no longer rips clothes. Dryer is running and cycling heat normally. Dryer is working good.

Replaced cold 4 way water valve. Tested and valve now shuts and no longer keeps filling. Washer is running and working good.

"Replaced damper, tested and now recognizes when it is opened and closed. Refrigerator is working good.

"Bad drain pump. Replaced pump, now it drains great. Found water leaking from sump seal. Pulled sump out and used special 3m sealant to stop leak. Also found water leaking from Inlet housing. Pulled housing off and cleaned mineral deposit off of seal and around seal. Cleaned it up, no leaks now."

"Customer complaint is, It sounds like the drive belt is squeaking when we are running the washer. Its intermittently happening. Inspected and tested. Theres no stored errors. I ran washer through service diagnostics and couldnt get washer to make any abnormal noises. I filled, agitated, drained and spun twice and everything sounds great. I tipped washer up and inspected underneath and everything looks good. Washer is testing good.

When the door opens the door falls loose to the ground. I pulled the dishwasher out a few inches. I found the hinge rod fell out the hinge socket. I put the rod hook back in. I put a zip tie around both sides so it doesnt happen again.

"Replaced both bake and broil igniter. Tested and both bake and boil gas comes on and is heating, Oven is working good.."

The customer said when he runs the dishwasher the breaker in the garage will trip. I inspected the breaker and its an arch fault breaker. I checked the power cord connections and they look good. I ran the dishwasher test cycle twice and it never tripped. The heater comes on and stays on the whole time when its supposed to. The wash and drain motors sound good.

"Installed part from last diagnosis and new guide from bearing. Once installed reassembled and tested unit multiple times units working properly showed the tenant all the black on the front guide, explaining how it would rub up against the clothing. Unit is working properly"

"Customer was getting a code IEWhen I arrived customer stated the machine has worked good the last 2 uses. Cycled and tested filled it with water let run, drained the water out, checked the water line for kinks or tight bends (ok) checked the LG app and found a bulletin for the code, followed the bulletin. Checked the filter and found it had a film or slim in it. Cleaned the filter reinstalled cycled and test, the valve worked and it sounded like more water was flowing, drain hose was dripping, repaired the hose, informed customer a new drain pipe with a bigger barb may be needed."

"Customer complaint unit leaking. Customer had plumber out. They replaced the water line and said its dripping from the valve. Turned water on and was leaking from the valve. Customer approved. Installed part. Once installed turned water on. No leaks turned on unit filled multiple times then let unit run for 15 minutes no leaks.

"The dryer made a loud bearing sound. I found the two rear rollers were shot, and the idler pulley was stuck. I replaced two rear rollers and the idler and then oil the two front ones. I vacuumed out the lint and put the dryer back together the dryer sounds better now.

"Visited customer's home to troubleshoot the unit. No issues were found during testing. The customer complained that soap would not disperse and would be left in the tray. However, during my test, the dispenser door functioned properly, and the soap dissolved right away. The heating element also performed well, producing adequate heat. The values for the heating element were measured at 12 ohms and 5 amps.I ran various test modes, and all functions are currently operating as expected"

Today I replaced the compressor and the filter drier. I updated the board. I leaked checked the system and then purged it with nitrogen. I pulled a vacuum for 15 minutes. I recharged with 134a. No other issues found. I advised the customer to let cool for 6 hours before filling it up and give 24 hours for temps to back to normal.

Replaced soap dispenser. Tested and it now opens and rinse aid activates. Dishwasher is working good.

The customer said the oven is baking too hot and she thought it was because the convection fan was on. Advise the customer on a gas LG range. The convection fan is always running. I took temperatures and found the oven was cooking about 35 to 40? too hot. We went into settings and under temp adjustment. The temperature has been raised up 35?. I set the temperature back down to zero and advise customer.

"Heat cutting out after a few minutes. Found bad gas coils. Replaced coils, heats great and maintains heat well now.

"Replaced bad transmission, clutch and coupler. Cleaned up motor and balance ring. Doesnt wobble anymore. Runs great.

"Customer was getting error 2 code Removed covers and tested the igniter, the igniter would run and not light the oven burner, put the amp meter on and was not getting even 2 amps. removed and replaced the igniter. "Customer complaint is that it isnt washing well. I plugged in newfi. It runs all components great. The heater, circ pump, drain pump, detergent dispenser, etc. tested water. Its the hardest it can be. 25 on a scale of 1-25. Explained how this will make it tough for it to get dishes clean. Also, did a firmware update.

The defrost drain was plugged up so water was backing in the bottom of the freezer and leaking out. I removed the door and bins then the rear cover. I defrosted the drain and removed the ice. Now water can drain into the drip pan.

"Customer complaint water dispenser works sometimes sometimes it doesnt. He had this fridge for a while was in the garage and now he brought it back inside. He had it out there because he just didnt want to get damage. Its a nice fridge. Once he hooked up the waterline after a little bit, it ended up stopped working. He unplugged the fridge, plugged it back in after it defrosted for a day or two and would start working and then stop working again. He would hear the valve run But would never add any water. Verified complaint on arrival everything is working properly. I have a little bit lower water pressure but nothing improper. Customer said icemaker has been working properly the whole time verify that that is working properly check the freezer icemaker, and noticed it was broken in pieces on the bottom and wires has been cut. That right there can cause the temps from reading forms and info for Samsung sounds like this icemaker. If it fails or breaks, it can make the fridge try to cool the freezer more to try to cool the temp sensor on icemaker. When I took temps in the fridge after having the door open multiple times it came down to 35? he has it set at the highest setting Freezer was at 0?. He has it set at 8?. This is after multiple times of opening and closing the door and Im sure it was way colder on arrival. Theres only a few things that can cause this issue either bad temp sensors or the icemaker. The forum suggested, just turning icemaker off, then seeing if it acts up. Icemaker repair is expensive repair and customer would like to try to make sure it is the icemaker and not temp sensor. "The customer said the washer cannot spin and finish the load and it gives the UR error. I ran the washer empty on a spin and all was good it had no issues. I put in a small load of towels. I started a wash cycle then ran a spin. The washer basket sits low and the whole thing shakes. "OE error. Found a few things here. One is that the filter has a big hole in it, allowing junk through. Needs new sump filter. DD81-01635A. Drain pump is grinding. Would for sure recommend replacing drain pump. DD81-01527A. The dishwasher is filling too high with water, causing overflow and an OE error. Needs new casebreak assembly with sensor. DD82-01111A. Lastly seal across bottom is torn (see photo). This is also allowing a lot of water to leak out the bottom. Can you please find that part number and when you find it, submit for authorization for this repair? Seal around dump is also suspect. Please put that into pending as well. "During the visit, the machine was leaking heavily underneath. I also noticed an FI EI error, which is related to the U/I. Additionally, the motor bearings were shot. The heating element heats up, but it is not strong enough due to the heavy calcium buildup, which is covering a layer on the heating element. Customer complaint still making noise in the back of the unit at random times random vibration or humming noise. Only thing it can possibly be at this point is something with the sealed system or some kind of vibration within it. Did find the three-way valve make an extra noise. Customers on pay for the three-way valve. We are going to warranty the compressor and replace the compressor also and do a new sealed system repair.; ordrng 1 AJU73872501 (3 way valve)

"Tenants complaint randomly will have gas smell in unit will stop igniting and gas will be open. On arrival igniter was igniting it right away. Cant see an issue with that at this time. These were no one for the harness, breaking down and igniting to the side. The wiring is getting weathered but I cant see anything 100% showing it failed. Customer says that the water dispenser didnt shut off even when she opened the door water kept coming out until she shut off the water to the refrigerator. Tested and it is working as im here but based on the symptoms the refrigerator water valve didnt close because opening the door would of cut power to it.Also i did see that the water going o the refrigerator is on a reverse osmosis system.I explained that if there is not enough pressure it could cause this same issue but she said its been over a year and worked fine and wanted to proceed with replacing the water filter housing assembly which has the water valve.Ordering part and rescheduling.; ordrd 1 DA82-02911A (Water filter housing assmebly)

The customer said the washer is making a strange noise. The customer played a video of the noise for me. There is a service bulletin for the main board making some noise. Per that bulletin I replaced the main board.
