Customer stated frig turns on and off, and ice maker not working. Inspected refrigerator and found power cycles with a tap of the back wall. Verified FF1 connection is connected properly as per tech bulletin. Found MC1 connection not seated properly. Adjusted connection and verified operations. Lights no longer blink when tapping on refrigerator. Ice maker was turned off on arrival. Turned unit on and informed customer how the on/off switch works. Put ice maker thru test mode and it is operating properly. If power problem returns, we will order harness. 5304519649 Harness, wiring, machine compt.

Customer states unit not heating Tested unit on time dry unit is heating both heater coils, in sensor mode unit not power heater. Called tech line and they stated unit will not heat in sensor mode if no moisture is on sensor bars, tested in sensor dry with a wet towel over bars and unit is heating. Drain pump was fried again. Advised I have to fix to customer . I replaced drain pump and tested for leaks! Unit is done working great ! No leaks or error codes
“Omega force repair service you guys are awesome but I spent a lot of money on this washing machine and I put three pumps in it already within a little over a year. Cannot get a hold of LG. So after the holidays, I will probably go to Lowe’s and see if they can get through to LG and see what we could do unless they’re going to supply me with lifetime supply of water pumps. I bought the warranty for more or less the electronics cause I know how expensive that gets to be and here I’ve already replaced three pumps called Lowe’s. The day you repaired at which it is still working fine, but they were kinda like the manager‘s busy on another line so I’m sure it’s gonna be like pulling teeth with Lowes, but that’s about all. I have to say never thought I had to worry about a washing machine issue thought it would be more of a vehicle or something else other than a washing machine but anyway repair service omega force services you guys are awesome merry Christmas and happy new year hopefully everything turns out OK with this machine”
Water dispenser is leaking. I inspected water line at the top hinge and connections on back and cant see anything abnormal. Its not actively dripping, just a drip every once in a while. I replaced the dispenser water line and advised customer to keep an eye on it and let us know if it keeps dripping.
Customer states LC error, leaking error, found water inlet hose loose and slowly dripping, secured hose and ran test cycle, all functions ok no leaks.Parts not needed DC62-30314L
I tapped the sealed system and recovered the refrigerant inside. I cut out the defective compressor and existing filter dryer and clean the remaining lines out with pressurized nitrogen. I installed a new compressor and a new filter dryer and pulled a deep vacuum for a dual evaporator system. Once a deep enough vacuum had been achieved. I charged the sealed system with 59 g of our 600 refrigerant and checked high and low side pressures to verify flow of refrigerant. Pictures attached. I told the customer to place a bottle of water in their freezer and wait 24 hours to load up their refrigerator.

Making a loud rumbling sound. Found a lot of lint built up in blower wheel. Rollers are good. Vacuumed out dryer and cleaned out blower wheel. Gave discount on labor.
