"Customer complaint is, 2ND OPINION-TAKES LONG TIME TO GET CLOTHES DRY, UP TO 5 HRS. IS MAKING A WEIRD NOISE. Inspected and tested. Found the airflow on outside of house is only 4mph and back of dryer its only 17mph. I found the lint filter was plugged solid and the filter blower housing was plugged. The customer said the washer would not drain and then was banging and walking. Today the customer said she got to drain but its still walking and banging. The wash tub is suspended by 4 rods so its normal to move around freely. Everything is attached as it should be. I ran it on a spin empty and it was normal. I put 4 towels in and the washer and on the spin cycle the washer started to bang right away. The 4 towels were clumped to one side. The out of balance codes are saved in the history. The customer said that on bigger loads the washer does not drain or spin all the water out. The only saved error was lid lock error. The lid locks every time in the test mode. We tipped the washer back and found some residual oil left over from last visit on the main and drive pulley. The believe the belt was slipping on bigger loads. We cleaned up the oil and replaced the drive belt. We ran the washer through all the test cycles and a drain and spin. No issues found and no water leaking.

We arrived and found neither section cooling very well. The freezer was at 24 and the fresh food was in the 50s. We pulled the fridge out and removed the cover. The compressor was running but there was very little heat and the compressor was only drawing .56 amps. The compressor has been replaced before. There was also very little frost on the freezer evaporator and none on the fresh food evaporator. I advised the customer with what I was finding the fridge has a sealed system leak. "Customer complaint is, SPIN CYCLE WORKS BUT CLOTHES SOAKING WET EOC. Inspected and tested. Customer had a heavy load of blankets in there when I got here. I ran it through a drain and spin and it spun them out great and sounded good. Ran washer through diagnostics and found a out of balance error. Everything worked perfectly in test mode. Customer just moved in and this was only there second load. I think between the heavy load and just getting out of balance thats are only problem."

Customers complaint is the dishwasher is leaking water. Upon arrival and inspection I found ice buildup underneath the dishwasher and an active leak. I tried shutting off the water under the sink but the valve is not closing 100% and so its still leaking. There looks a hole in the wall behind it that has frozen the pumps and valve. Sadly this damage is not covered but please retain notes and pictures in case contacted by homeowners house insurance. I saw two separate areas with drywall damage active damage in the utility room downstairs and extensive damage to the kitchen floor.; saved tckt

Not cooling. Customer notes the refrigerator has been running nonstop but it cannot maintain temperatures. The freezer was not frozen and temperatures range to around 37 to 39?. Customer noted that fresh food section does not cool. Upon arrival and inspection I found fresh food evaporator fan had failed completely. I took apart and installed a new one and found the defrost drain from the upper evaporator was plugged I cleaned it gratis while on site. I cleaned up and put back together its now blowing and Frost covered the evaporator. The fridge is now fixed. Customer complains the dryer makes a horrible screeching noise when it tumbles. Upon arrival and inspection I found the idler pulley was making a horrible racket. I replaced the idler assembly and cleaned/oiled all the rollers. I also cleaned the blower fan and cavity as it had moderate buildup. I tested and it no longer make a screeching noise. "Customer complained that the range sounds funny and doesnt consistently lite. Upon arrival and inspection I found the front left burner burner cap or not you OEM parts and did not match and were causing a problem. Both will need to be replaced part numbers are WB16K10062 - burner, WB28K10222 - cap. I clean the remaining burners and test them and it all ignited fine but gas pressure was exceedingly high. I inspected the gas service and found no pressure regulator installed. The range is running on high-pressure lines. Its been installed incorrectly no repairs possible. A plumber is needed to add a pressure regulator. "Customer complaint is, SMELLS FROM WASHER DRAIN. Inspected and tested. Found theres water in the pan underneath the washer, but it looks like its been sitting there a while because its really slimy. Tested washer in test mode and everything was working great. Started washer on a rinse and spin with a load of towels and it completed the cycle perfectly and nothing was leaking.
