Customer had Frigidaire send them an ice maker as part of a recall for the ice maker. But also customer had other issues with the refrigerator. There was loud squeaking from the condenser fan. Fan blade had fallen off and condenser/compressor was not cooling off. I put fan blade back on and is now running and cooling compressor.During the noisy period customer had heard a big bang noise come from refrigerator and found that in the freezer there is a big crack in the liner and the outside cabinet has bent and sucked in (see pictures)I called into tech support and they said those issues are not covered. Only the ice maker they approved. I informed customer and gave him file# and he would need to contact Frigidaire customer service.I replaced ice maker, ran test ad it cycles and fills.Ice maker part# 5304532555File# 87667289

I unplugged both washer and dryer and slid the dryer back far enough to access the user interface. I removed the user interface and access the screws that secure the door to the cabinet. I removed the Bellows and drain and circulation pumps. I installed all parts listed below plus a drain pump that I did order that I didnt get, but I used truck stock to make that repair. I reassembled the washing machine and ran several test cycles to verify that no more leaks were present and that the machine runs as expected. I did find quite a few clogs that were contributing to the water leaks, and that were contributing to the parts that were replaced being defective. I attached a bunch of pictures to show everything that I found.

NOT DRAINING. Found a piece of glass in the drain pump. Removed and tested. Dishwasher is still draining slow. I found the air gap on the counter is plugged. I recommended bypassing the air gap. Customer approved me bypassing. I bypassed air gap and hooked drain hose directly up to the drain line underneath sink and installed high loop in hose. Tested and dishwasher is draining great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Customer stated refrigerator makes a loud noise while compressor runs. Pulled frig out and found refrigerant lines rubbing on metal shroud in three different spots. Installed foam tape on shroud and verified proper operation. Unit back to normal noise level, customer happy again.

Customer stated loud noise from dryer. Started unit and found faulty idler pulley making loud noises. Replaced pulley, cleaned dryer, oiled wheels, and started unit to verify proper operation. Dryer is running smoothly again.

Unit had a bad cycling thermostat . Tested bad on ohms. Replaced it with truck stock thermostat . Fixed issue. Customer payed by check. Ck#6337

Found that the dishwasher was getting leak error and drain pump was continually running. Found that the water guide on left side had came loose and was leaking from lock nut area and dripping into drip pan.Customer approved estimate. I added caulking and secured locknut. Tested and no more leaks. Dishwasher is working good.

Upon inspection of dishwasher, I retrieved a 43 which is a F4 E3 dealing with a failing circulator pump I went to distributing and coon Rapids picked up pump installed no leaks working great.double checked for leaks tested great cleared error codes.
