Knob is broke its affecting the mechanical breakdown of the dryer. Found the knob is broken on the back side and wore down the shaft of the timer. Installed new timer and knob. Tested and dryer is working great. Dryer is now fixed.

On arrival opened up the machine and installed the new display module. Tested and machine. Looks like its working perfectly now.

Replaced suspension rods and tested unit for operation on agitation and spin cycles. Unit is now washing good with no vibration

Found that the installers switched the hot and cold waterlines and clothes would be hot at the end of the cycle. I switched the waterlines and ensured that it is now correct and no longer will have hot, steamy clothes. Washer is working good.

Removed the shelfs, removed the covers and had to steam out the ice to get the evaporator cover off. Got the cover off and found the whole evaporator full of ice, steamed out the ice and installed new fan, adjusted the thermistor, changed the drip pan. Replaced the cover as the tabs on the top were broke and the cover was bent from the ice. Adjusted the defrost cycle. Made sure the drain was draining as it should. I cleaned the drain on the first call

The customers were getting the loud scratching noise coming from their dryer during the selected cycle. I popped the top off and inspected the drum and the drum belt. I took the door assembly off to inspect for any objects that might be contacting the drum while tumbling.I also inspected the blower motor assembly and found debris that had built up in the blower motor housing. I cleaned up the lint and other objects and secured the tin covering the blower motor housing because it was scraping and making contact with the drum during tumbling. Pictures attached of everything I found. I let the customer know what I had found and double check that dryer works the way they expect.

Complaint is that temperatures are not accurate. Ran full 35min test, unit preheated within 14min and held within 15 degrees of set temp.
