Upon arrival in inspection the customer noted the bake option did not work. Shes awesome arcing in sparking when she physically move the element. I pulled a unit out and checked and found the wiring to the element was loose head art and ruin the wire. I repaired the wiring and replace the element. I used bricks to level the front up to level out the washer. Ran full cycle and it completed and drained/spun out all water. I informed customer that something a little more permanent to level up the washer. But as Im here washer is working good. Im pretty sure leveling washer should have solve issue.They will call back if problem persists.
