Customers complaint with dishwasher as it will not drain. Upon arrival and inspection I found the dishwasher pump made the right noises but did not drain. Theres about a 10 foot addition to the drain line as it sits in an L across from the sink. I took some apart pulled machine out and cleaned and cleared all hoses. I found a barley type buildup that caused unit not to drain. I reinstalled unit customer reinstalled the electrical as it is custom. I tested by running a rinse cycle and it completed perfectly.

Yellow tipping. Upon arrival and inspection I turned on the gas and plugged in the stove and tested the burners and it was no longer yellow tipping. I had a conversation with the customer and found out they like to use a humidifier from time to time. Theyre all star seven cat litter boxes next to the furnace. Its obvious that the unit was burning a household pollutant of one kind or another my speculation is that it had to do with methane or minerals in the air from the humidifier. The Range is working as designed.

Customers complaint is it does not dry dishes. Also when she puts rinse aid in the machine it just comes out instantly. Upon arrival and inspection I found the dispenser had failed. I pulled the door apart to replace the dispenser and found Molex connectors disconnected in the door. I replaced the dispenser and put the wire connectors in the proper places. When I reinstalled the unit now gets an E 19 error which is consistent with her complaint of not drying. I spoke with the customer and noted that her countertop lifted to accommodate the dishwasher and it fits in such a way that I am not comfortable with removing it. I asked her to have it pulled out and I made accessible on my return so I could do the repairs. Unit needs a heat pump in a main control board I worked with Jared to double check these parts were necessary..; saved tckt

The customer said the washer would not drain and then was banging and walking. Today the customer said she got to drain but its still walking and banging. The wash tub is suspended by 4 rods so its normal to move around freely. Everything is attached as it should be. I ran it on a spin empty and it was normal. I put 4 towels in and the washer and on the spin cycle the washer started to bang right away. The 4 towels were clumped to one side. The out of balance codes are saved in the history. I found that older models needs a update to the control for this reason. I ordering the belt and control board. Error codes 26 and 31.; ordrd 1 WH22X32357 (Control board) and 1 WH01X27538 (Belt)

The customer said that on bigger loads the washer does not drain or spin all the water out. The only saved error was lid lock error. The lid locks every time in the test mode. We tipped the washer back and found some residual oil left over from last visit on the main and drive pulley. The believe the belt was slipping on bigger loads. We cleaned up the oil and replaced the drive belt. We ran the washer through all the test cycles and a drain and spin. No issues found and no water leaking.

We arrived and found neither section cooling very well. The freezer was at 24 and the fresh food was in the 50s. We pulled the fridge out and removed the cover. The compressor was running but there was very little heat and the compressor was only drawing .56 amps. The compressor has been replaced before. There was also very little frost on the freezer evaporator and none on the fresh food evaporator. I advised the customer with what I was finding the fridge has a sealed system leak. Advised them to call Lowes warranty and tell them its a sealed system issue.
