COOKING ISSUES. Customer said its burning things. I preheated oven to 350F and watched it cycle and its heating great and cycling between 375F and 315F and convection fan is working. I attached the counter balance arms to the left and right sides if the replacement inner door shell. I transferred all hardware and electronics to the inner door and assembled the door back onto the dishwasher cabinet. Verified that the door opens smoothly and does not fall anymore. Took covers off and inspected tub springs and verified all mounted correctly and no broken ones. Added a blanket to machine and performed a rinse and spin. Machine performed perfectly. Performed 1 more spin with customer, load finished balanced again. Customer is happy with results.

DOES NOT DRY DISHES WELL, WATER DOESN'T DRAIN. Theres standing water in the dishwasher when I got here. I canceled dishwasher and it drained. The rinse aid is empty. I found the plug underneath the sink wasnt plugged in all the way either and when I touched it the dishwasher went dead. I plugged it in all the way and started a heavy cycle with the sanitize option and its filling and draining and when the heater came on its drawing over 10amps. I think the drain issue is from plug not being plugged in all the way and the drying is because the rinse aid is empty. Dishwasher is testing good.

Complaint as unit trip breaker at the end of cycle usually under 10 minutes so it runs for a few hours and then finally trip it. Tested unit and test mode. Everythings working good and never tripped a breaker. Getting good amp readings on all components. Talked with tech-support, were at a point of trial and air because nothing is acting up at the time we will install the heater first. If that doesnt work, we are thinking its within the controls and steam and moisture getting in there and will need to order that.

Customer has two different issues with the dryer. The main issue is not heating. Found that my temp for only going up to about 100?. Unit is igniting the gas then will shut off right away because its getting too hot down by the heater. Unhooked the vent and unit started heating properly without any issues. Explain to customer they need to get the dryer vent cleaned it goes out the rough and they need to hire a company that will actually go on the roof to do it. Explain we will not warranty, any parts or labor until that gets fixed properly if they do not get it fixed and continue to use the dryer and blow a fuse or thermostat that will be not covered. The second issue is loud noise during operation. Disassembled found that one of the rollers was completely gone. Another one was stiff and the idler was going bad. Install new repair kit. Once it was installed tested unit unit is now running normal with the dryer vent unhooked; used 1 DESAMKIT (DRYER REBUILD KIT) from stock

Complaint is unit not draining all the way and water still being inside unit when it says its finished. Put unit in test mode checked for any error codes. No error codes are present. filled unit multiple times and drain. Found that the drain is slow. Found that they have at the end of the drain holes a lint trap. Also, it drains into the wash tub. The wash tub is backing up with water so once its backed up it clogs and doesnt drain. customer needs to get a new lint trap and get the sink cleaned properly and cleared. No parts were used because the unit itself is running properly.
