Returned with the part, installed, removed the unit and vacuumed out the water in the lower pan, ran unit and checked for leaks. Found no leaks, put the unit back and adjusted.

Call Sers complaint is unit will randomly beep at them and flashlights. Went through test mode. Everything was working properly. Ask customer if they ever saw water inside the unit they said no its always dry so its not water filling up the unit or anything. Looking like some kind of communication. Installed new control board tested unit multiple times units working properly. Explained to customer if it comes back to take video of the code that its flashing otherwise we wont know whats going on.

Squealing when it runs. Found two worn down support rollers and lint. Vacuumed out dryer and replaced bad rollers. Runs nice and quiet now.

Ended up finding a dead thermal fuse, which was dead due to loose connections on the terminals. Replaced with new thermal fuse. Everything works great now.

Found that the door hinge was hitting the plastic receptacle making scraping/clunking noise. The receptacle was not aligned correctly. Aligned receptacle and no longer making scraping/clunking noise. Washer is working good.

Customer states the window in the oven broke. Vacuumed out the broken glass, removed the door, disassembled and replaced the glass. Put door on checked and made sure the door shut properly.

Water dispenser has slow drip. Freezer drawer not closing all the way and getting moisture build up on seal. Found that the freezer drawer was hitting the side edge of cabinet and leaving small gap and not sealing all the way. Also found that the waterline was slightly kinked causing slow drip. Adjusted waterline and pulled out fridge slightly so it doesnt hit the cabinetry.Refrigerator is working good.

Complaint is unit not turning on. Its getting 120 V out of the outlet. Remove the top Consol. Found that on the back of the display board its shorting out cleaned up the terminals reassembled now unit is working properly. I explained if this continues to happen or happens again they will need a new display saved quote on file.
