"Gas dryer takes very long time to dry on Towels cycle and is a bit noisy during operation. Spoke with tech support and ran unit through diagnostics as well as performed a factory reset to the control board. There were no error codes or defective parts relating to this particular issue. I took temps from both timed dry and towel dry with temps appearing normal for both cycles. Recommend using Timed Dry on High Heat at Max Dry level which bypasses the auto-dry feature.* Rollers and idler pulley are causing some noise and should be replaced. I explained to customer that when the problem happens again to take a video on his phone because which lights and how many times they blink is an error code that will help us know what failed. The only evidence I saw of leaking looked like it wouldve come from underneath the seal going around the perimeter of the sump assembly. I used a special sealant around that and told them to give it 24 hours to totally cure.

"Customer states the unit is not filling with water, plugged in the module and checked for codes found there was a circulation code. Ran a tests and found the heater only got to 94 degrees before going down to 92 degrees. Replaced the heater and tried again. The heater was at 109 degrees and still going. Cycled and tested sounded like the unit was working fine but when you opened the door no water was coming down the racks and the spray arm in the the same spots, the diverter disc was not turning it was stuck in one spot and only spraying the silverware. Removed the tubes for the spray arms and checked for debris, removed the discs and cleaned out the debris. Cycled and tested the unit is spaying as it should."

Went ahead and cleaned off the sensor pads to make sure they werent receiving accidental touches. if issue persists, the customer will need to replace this board to get the machine going. Customer could not commit to any repair at this point and just wants to try out if the cleaning made a difference. Customer states that the front right burner flame seems to be uneven. The main complaint is that the burner knobs will get too hot and will burn you if the cooktop be being used for over 30 minutes.This household uses the cooktop and cooks a lot. The design of this is that the front burner knobs are raised so when a pan is used it pushes heat towards the front onto the raised cooktop burner section heats up that metal and gets does get hot to the touch to where I couldnt keep my hand on it.I explained that the burner flames look good and are normal but that I couldnt change the design of the cooktop to prevent knobs getting hot. I told customer that I would send this to office but that I dont know exactly the next step and who would be responsible since there wasnt a malfunction but more of a design issue of this cooktop.Office: please follow up with customer and see if she would need to contact Electrolux directly? "Customer states the unit wont drain.Customer informed me the unit has been running fine after the not draining incident, cycled and tested found the unit had a code for being out of balance. Ran diagnostics and found the unit shakes quite a bit empty. The customer states the unit has always shook like that. Checked and found the unit was not level, tried leveling and the unit wouldnt stay level the wood floor is sagging the customer is going to put a sheet of thick plywood down if the issue continues. I suspect the no drain is from the floor causing the unit to shake. This is a prefabricated house so the customer was unaware of the thickness of the floor."
