Checked damper to open and close and took off air tower to ensure there is a seal and no frost build up. Cleared restriction from drain port on washer door bellows. Ran another quick wash cycle. Water is no longer dripping out bottom of washer door. Detergent dispenser not restricted. Removed dispenser and cleaned at sink. Recommend trying to use less powdered detergent. Showed customer how to remove dispenser door. Advised if issue continues to soak dispenser door in warm water with vinegar to remove all detergents. No other water leaks found at this time. At no time did water leak from detergent door.

When I was done and about to leave, customer asked about the icemaker and water dispenser because those havent worked for a couple years. I checked the water shut off to the fridge, and its seized up. I gave it good force and it wont open. Told customer I cant force the shut off, when its seized up like that I dont want to break it and have a leak from their pipe. They will have a plumber come over to get valve open, so that water is coming to fridge for sure. I access the icemaker room inside the fresh food cabinet. Icemaker had a tray full of ice, but it was not trying to harvest, that tells me that the motor is shot. I removed the defective icemaker. I installed the icemaker sent to the customers home. I reassembled the ice room and ran a diagnostic harvest test to verify that the new icemaker would produce. The icemaker ran through a harvest test and filled with water. Icemaker is repaired and no need for further parts or scheduled repairs. Lint trap somehow got pulled out and clothes fell into trap and got caught in the blower wheel. Also there has been small drips of water from front of door.I removed socks from bower wheel, lint trap looks good, no damage, not sure how or why lint trap came out during drying cycle. Tested dryer with dryer vent disconnected and it is cycling heat normally @ 158 degrees to 130 degrees. I attached vent and heat spiked to 194 degrees. Not venting out very well and the ot humid air gets stuck inside the dryer causing more moisture build up to drip from door. Dryer vent will need to be cleaned/inspected for better venting.Dryer itself is working well.

Owner stated washer doesnt spin out completely. Put unit into diagnostics, no fault codes present. Performed automatic and manual test mode. Unit works as it should but spin wasnt full speed inspected shifter, clutch, motor and capacitor, all good. Performed a calibration cycle and now unit spins out properly. If problem persists, new control board will be needed.
