"Customer states that they had it stopped heating suddenly. They also stated that the first thing they did was trying to clean the vent and they had it cleaned before I came out. Upon arrival discovered a blown thermal fuse on the back of the dryer. Because the customer said the ducting seemed kind of blocked, but they had it cleaned. I just went ahead and replaced the thermal fuse. Tested and the temperatures into the dryer looked right. Everything seems to be working great right now.

"Range is completely dead and was tripping breaker beforehand. Stovetop works with J1 connector disconnected from Spark Module board. Went to Dey and picked up/ replaced spark module board. Same issue right afterwards, where it tripped the breaker. then, I disconnected the leads going to the gas valve, reconnected J1, and the screen came on for a split second before once again tripping the breaker. Need to order a new gas valve and new spark module and return to the customers house next week with Phil to install the parts. If the parts do not work, Phil said we would not charge anything additional above and beyond the trip fee that was already paid for me to come out today.* Office please contact customer and try and schedule them for me and Phil to go out on next week Friday. "Gas dryer takes very long time to dry on Towels cycle and is a bit noisy during operation. Spoke with tech support and ran unit through diagnostics as well as performed a factory reset to the control board. There were no error codes or defective parts relating to this particular issue. I took temps from both timed dry and towel dry with temps appearing normal for both cycles. Recommend using Timed Dry on High Heat at Max Dry level which bypasses the auto-dry feature.* Rollers and idler pulley are causing some noise and should be replaced. Machine will then be unresponsive and customer cant get the washer to advance or drain out the water.I tested washer with load of clothes that he said causes the problem frequently; washer is working good as im here. No errors and all functions are working. I explained to customer that when the problem happens again to take a video on his phone because which lights and how many times they blink is an error code that will help us know what failed. I showed customer how to cancel and drain out the water for future use and if the problem keeps happening to take a video and call us back so we know what the issue is.

"Verified customer concern about the lack of cold air in the refrigerator. Entered the sealed system on the compressor service port and found the low side in vacuum, indicating a high side leak. The freezer evaporator had no frost at all, fresh food had a small amount of frost. Added refrigerant to check for visual evidence of leakage but couldnt find any, tells us that the leak is inside the cabinet and cant be reached for repair. Added refrigerant may produce cold air for a small amount of time.

Dishwasher leaked and gave the overflow error. They unplugged it and let it sit for a couple days and now it is totally dry by itself. The only evidence I saw of leaking looked like it wouldve come from underneath the seal going around the perimeter of the sump assembly. I used a special sealant around that and told them to give it 24 hours to totally cure.

"Customer states the unit is not filling with water, plugged in the module and checked for codes found there was a circulation code. Ran a tests and found the heater only got to 94 degrees before going down to 92 degrees. Replaced the heater and tried again. The heater was at 109 degrees and still going. Cycled and tested sounded like the unit was working fine but when you opened the door no water was coming down the racks and the spray arm in the the same spots, the diverter disc was not turning it was stuck in one spot and only spraying the silverware. Removed the tubes for the spray arms and checked for debris, removed the discs and cleaned out the debris. Cycled and tested the unit is spaying as it should."
