Returned with the part, removed the old motor and installed the new motor. Cycled and tested, made sure the unit got to temp, the oven is working as it should.

Customer stated right front and right back burners are slow to light, with right front being the worst. Also the stainless steel base is hard to clean, and not coming clean. Removed burner covers to all 5 burners and cleaned orifices and burner heads. Verified proper operations. Units light properly. Downloaded owners manual for proper care and cleaning supplies and instructions, then informed customer. Unit in good operating condition.
Not cooling. Found the evaporator fan encased in ice. Found out the door got left open, so the fan sucked in a bunch of moisture and it froze up. I steamed out the fan area and now its circulating air great.

Arrived on site kickplate ran heavy, normal and express wash for 40 minutes. Checked wash wall function incorrectly unable to duplicate couldve possibly been water deflection off of a pot or pan or plate. Also observe lots of sudsing (picture attached)that couldve contributed to leak is unable to duplicate leak adjusted front height, slightly all functions on dishwasher test.
Verified bad compressor. Removed old compressor and filter. Instead new compressor and filter, once installed pressured to 200psi. Then vacuumed under 300 microns. Filled with proper refrigerant. Then plugged in. Tested unit and its working properly
Complaint is of broken glass, arrived on site with new glass. Looked over glass and got customer approval that new glass is satisfactory. Removed oven and installed new cooktop. Job completed.
WON'T DRAIN - STANDING WATER. Customer advised the started a load of laundry and the lid lock just clicks and then they get an Er LI error code. Found the lid lock was broken. Installed new lid lock and tested. Washer drained and spun. Washer is now fixed.

Customer states the unit is not heating. Disassembled and found the heater had a burnt wire on the heater assembly. Used part WE11X21156. Put the unit back together, cycled and tested the unit now heats as it should.

Model and serial number tag removed cannot verify. Getting AE (leak) error. Found that there was some water in the drip pan. I also found that the dishwasher waterline to dishwasher had a connection had a slow leak but im unsure if that was getting into the drip pan to trigger error.Tightened waterline and no longer has slow drip. I ran dishwasher for 30 minutes and found no leaks into drip pan. I did find a lot of suds and i did not add any soap. Suggested to customer to use Finish dishwasher pods.Dishwasher is working good.
