Customer reported that the burners were slow to ignite, the broiler door would not close properly, and the oven was not heating to temperature. Tested all burners and confirmed they were igniting within the proper time. Advised the customer that the ignition process requires holding the knob for 1015 seconds as designed. Found the broiler door hinge misaligned, adjusted it, and confirmed proper operation. Identified that the oven thermocouple had dislodged from its holder and was resting against the wall, likely causing temperature inconsistencies. Secured the thermocouple back in place. The unit is now operating correctly.; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)

Beko refrigerator making a loud knocking like noise several times a day. Can only suspect it is coming from the ice maker. Spoke with customer and we agreed that I would unplug the ice maker to see if the noise stops. If the noise stops I recommend replacement of the ice maker. If the noise continues then I can only conclude it is coming from the compressor. Refrigerator is on a pedestal and will require two techs to pull out if possible. Is about 3-4 inches in the air and next to a wall.

Customer having problems seating water filter to water filter housing manifold. Found water filter will turn about half way seated then stop. Then when water is dispensed it pops off the manifold and water spray all over the inside of the refrigerator. Gave water filter a little extra muscle and was able to get it to seat completely to the manifold. Removed and reinstalled water filter multiple times. Had customer remove and reinstall water filter. Water filter is now seating properly without resistance. Checked for service bulletins for this issue on LGs tech site by there is no service bulletins. Recommend customer to contact LG regarding or putting on an extended warranty for the refrigerator. If issue returns I recommend replacement of the water filter housing manifold head.

Ran it multiple times while it was out and were unable to recreate any water leaks. Customer stated they have been using it since. Checked drain filter for debris or obstructions. Nothing found. Started a quick wash cycle. Allowed washer to fill with water and agitate. Stopped cycle and started rinse and spin. No water leaks found at this time. Unable to get any water to leak from washer at this time. For the amount of water customer showed me in the video they captured this is not an intermittent leak. The fact that the washer is still being used and has not leaked since really concludes that either the drain backed up or an article of clothing got caught between the door and the door boot.

Went to replace the fan blade. I also noticed this time that the back wall is bowing out against the fan. The sheet metal itself is warped and thats whats causing the issue. Hammered and pushed back the back wall so the fan blade would clear. Replaced the new fan blade. Tested now. Unit is working properly. If it comes back, there is no repair because the back wall is actually damaged of the cavity of the unit.

The shipping materials were not removed from the front tub weight. I removed the four bolts and the plate behind them. I leveled the appliance and verified that the washer doesnt violently shake during spin cycle. The door screws holding the hinge and the door halves together were not tight, so I tightened them up and verified that water doesnt leak from between the bellows and door seals.No parts or further repairs required.

Dishwasher light flashes but it wont start. Found the upper rack was adjusted higher on one side than the other, and the little black trim pieces on the sides of the dishwasher were folded over themselves. I spoke with the property manager, and let her know that by removing the trim pieces and adjusting the rack, now the upper rack can slide all the way back and it doesnt look lopsided, and the dishwasher runs now.

Upon inspection I found that the drain hose end leading into the garbage disposal hose. Was damaged and smashed to the point of almost closed. I cut off the bad piece and then re connected the hose.
