"Customer complaint is, NOT HEATING CORRECTLY, HEAVY DUTY SET TO HIGH TO DRY THEN IT DIDNT DRY CORRECTLY. Customer is not getting good drying results using the sensor cycles. I tested dryer on timed dry high heat and it was cycling between 240F and 100F consistently for over 30 minutes. Air flow on outside of house is 11mph and back of dryer is 24mph. Vent is really long and I dont think shes going to get better airflow on outside of house. Dryer is testing good. I think the issue is just with sensor drying. Recommended customer try using timed dry and see if she gets a better result."

Customer stated that she was cleaning the cooktop and knobs and during that the range would have random ticking as if trying to ignite but when she tried to start burners it would not ignite and wasnt sure if she smelled gas because it didnt ignite or if there was gas leak.I turned on gas and did not smell any gas leak. I tested all burners and they ignited and did not experience random ticking from igniters.I explained that it was most likely due to moisture got into electronics causing the random ticking.I informed that until its dried out it might still make random ticking and if it continues past few days to call us back. The inner door is badly damaged, the circulation pump and diverter are leaking, and the water inlet valve has been ripped from its hold down and is seaping . The Customer also complains that this unit dispenser does not open and the door falls. All in all this unit would need an inlet valve, inner door, circulation pump, a diverter, and A dispenser to fix it. The unit is important repair the customer had previously uninstalled before we arrive to see pictures for details. Customer complains the dryer does not function. On arrival and inspection I found the dryer was in poor condition. I replace the physically broken console that no longer held in place to start in temperature switches. The timer had bad contacts and would not send power down to the TCO. I replace the timer and tested machine. It began drying and heating instantly. I checked the vent and it is 100% blocked no air is passing through the vent. I told the customer to not use the machine is this could cause fire and permanent damage to their home. They will get the vent cleaned and then use dryer.

Drain for evaporator was plugged up with ice. Steamed that out, and installed heater probe to heater and going down drain. Attached insulation on drain pan, and installed new improved drain line by the condenser coils. Works great now. Told customer can be 24 hours before everything is cooled down to zero and 37."
