Arrived on site found a regular temperature and dryer running too hot. Removed a lot of lint debris from catch and from dryer vent all dryer functions tested good

It's dripping water. Found a chunk of the door bellow is ripped off. Needs a new door bellow part number W11314648. Installed new door bellow and tested. No more leaks. Washer is now fixed.

Customer states the unit was working then stopped work, checked and could here the compressor not running. Gave the thermostat dial a tap. The unit started, gave customer a price for the thermostat customer approved. Replaced the thermostat

Cannot turn left rear burner on. Disassembled found that the switch is bad. Replace the switch getting proper voltage. Everything else is good to it. Its just a switch itself has failed so you cannot turn it once installed new switch tested unit is working properly.

Customer states the unit was not getting water. Found the water valve was working the fill hose came out of the fill assembly, put hose back and secured it, cycled and tested the unit now fills with water

Customer state Fzr door not closing properly, found freezer overloaded causing not to be able to close door, unit leaning forward causing door to swing open rather than closed, and door gaskets rubber push in retainer worn causing door gasket to sag, instructed customer to not overload fzr, adjusted level and replaced door gasket. Used part 242193211.

Returned with part, installed the seal kit and the board user interface kit. Cycled and tested made sure each burner turned on. Unit is working as it should.
