He warning error. cust advised the unit only runs for 2 seconds and then gets an HE error. I found the thermistor has failed. Installed new thermistor and tested. Dryer is working great. Dryer is now fixed.

Returned, part was shipped to the customer from the warranty company. Pulled the unit out and removed the back cover. Removed the weights and got the access panel off. Found the element had failed. Replaced the element, put back together, cycled and tested making sure the unit got to the correct temperature. Showed the customer how to adjust the temperature, the unit said it was preheated before it was at temperature once it was at temperature it held the correct temperature after opening the door.

Icemaker stopped working. I took it apart and put back together after it didnt do anything in service mode. Tried jumping T to H, and it sounds bad like grinding gears. Quoted for new icemaker. Customer will give it a few days and see if it makes ice, if it doesnt they will get it repaired. Quote attached.

Replaced leaky ice chute door and spring, and replaced ice maker with customer wiring. Verified operations of ice maker, and water and ice dispenser. Set clock on display and verified operations.

I replaced the standard water filter with a bypass water filter and that immediately restored water flow throughout the refrigerator fixtures. Tested the ice maker and water dispenser to verify, back to normal.

I replaced the left and right drawer rails for the fresh food convenience drawer. The hardware replacement didnt have the desired effect, the left side still has a slight gap at the front. The hole location for the rail screws must not be exactt between the left and right sides. Theres nothing more to be done for this cosmetic issue. Maybe adding food to the drawer would have a positive effect.

H2o ERROR CODE. Found the water supply valve is not shutting all the way and is leaking into the dishwasher causing it to fill and leak from the door when not in use. Quoted customer to install new valve. Customer approved repair. Installed new water valve and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Customer states the door latch is broken, quoted a new latch, customer approved, replaced cycled and tested the unit now works as it should.

Customer state no water or ice, filter was replaced, sediment or debris in water shutoff valve causing no water, played with valve to break loose sediment and water now dispensing, tested IM found ice in full tube, removed ice and retested, Im also harvesting and filling.
