Unit doesnt need any parts operating correctly hot and cold or filling properly in high speed it spun great

The drain pump consistently receives voltage but it doesnt consistently drain water from the bottom of the tub. I visually inspected the drain area at the bottom of the sump assembly to check for physical blockage preventing the drain pump from working, nothing blocking pump. The drain pump has an internal defect and requires replacement. The customers bought an extended warranty, the warranty company told the customers that they require an estimate before proceeding. I built an estimate for the customers and they will pass along the figures to the warranty company. No parts or further repairs are able to be scheduled at this time, customers will have to reach out to their warranty company.

Whirlpool refrigerator having multiple issues. Is making an intermittent loud noise. Customer showed me audio of noise in question. Unable to determine source of noise. Refrigerator had been diagnosed by a different company and they did order parts but never came back to install. They ordered a fan motor for the fresh foods evaporator coil. Disassembled refrigerator and refrigerator section evaporator coil. Found ice build up all along evaporator coil. Used steamer to clear all ice build up. Removed fan motor with thermistor and evaporator temp sensor and installed customer supplied new part. Reassembled refrigerator. Advised of noise returns to get video of noise to try to determine if it is coming from behind or inside of refrigerator.

Another company was there and redid the waterline or re-hooked up the waterline for the drain. They over tightened it and ripped the rubber. Remove the ripped rubber reconnected straight to the garbage disposal test multiple times. Customer is waiting on their new dishwasher to arrive. I did say this is just a temporary fix. They do have a water sensor below the waterline just in case.

Taking a long time to dry clothes. Confirmed theres good heat. Found the vent flap outside had a lot of lint built up potentially stopping it from opening sometimes. Cleaned that out. Did a dryer vent cleaning special. Also cleaned off the moisture sensor bars with rubbing alcohol spray. Got some good film off of that. Runs well and heats well.

customer stated that the display is crooked and separated away from the machine. Upon inspection it was separated from the unit due to the brackets being broken. I added washers too the screws in the bracket to keep it in place. The display is now secured properly to the unit and is working as intended. I deemed either faulty board or something wrong with the wire harness inside the door took door apart, found that the wires were melted into the frame, removed grouping of wires and insulated each group that was melting into the frame to fix issue with voltage, not making two in the valve tested unit after installation of grommets no leaks underneath unit cycled great and washed great! Done
