Notes from real Omega Force service calls: the appliance, the problem we found and how we fixed it.

Found that it was leaking from bleach hose to tub. Clamp that holds it was rusted and hose was not tight enough and leaked. Added new clamp, tested and no leaks. Washer is working good.

Customer has concerns about frost, forming on the back ball of the top left section of the freezer. compressor running too long because of the placement of the evaporator temperature sensor in the lower section of the freezer. Moved temperature sensor from bottom of evaporator to suction line on the evaporator as instructed by Techline. defrosted the machine aggressively. Customer also requested that we remove the icemaker from the machine. Also set temperatures in the refrigerator section higher because customer had complaints about freezing. Everything seems to be working properly. Customer is going to try.

FRENCH DOOR: DOOR/doors hard to open. Found the middle drawer opens really hard. Installed new rail connectors and tested. Drawer is opening and closing great. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Customer stated the fresh food compartment always had water under the lower drawers. Removed the shelves and steamed the back cover to remove all the ice and was able to remove, found the drain clogged. Quoted the customer a drain kit. Customer approved, cleaned out the drain and installed a drain kit.

Install new compressor from last diagnosis. Once I installed the compressor and filter dryer pressure tested to 200 psi. No leaks are present. Vacuumed under 300 ?m. Then filled with proper amount of refrigerant. Plugged in and cleaned everything up unit dropped down to 38? before leaving unit is running properly.

Not heating. Found a bad heater assembly. Replaced heater, now it heats great. Cleaned some lint out of it too.
