"I found the lid switch is bad. The washer will advance into wash but the motor did not kick in. If I jump the switch then it works fine. The timer makes some louder than normal ticking noise but still seems to work. Not sure if we should replace or not? The agitator dogs are worn down. The agitator bolt is so rusting and falling apart I cannot get the bolt out without breaking loose the agitator. I would need for sure the agitator, lid switch and most likely the bolt and gear case. I just wasnt sure what WHP would cover. I advised the customer the gear case is not cover Im just not sure on the labor. Customer states when unit was unboxed they found the upper left-hand corner and the tub assembly damaged. Upon arrival and inspection I arrived at a new construction home site. The dishwasher was not installed with located in the kitchen. I looked at unit over thoroughly and found beside the obvious door damage there is also a few questionable molding seams on the tub. It looks as though the unit sustained a blow on the left upper front corner of the box and this has caused no cracks but it seems to look compromised. There was obvious friction damage to the tub as well and many places where plastic is bent and are heavily scored. Its my professional opinion this should be replaced. I feel the tub has been compromised.

The customer complains that the dishwasher makes a rhythmic noise while the circulation pump runs. Upon arrival and inspection I found the lower spray arm was making contact with the heater bracket. I adjusted the brackets and heater and checked the unit. The unit is not sitting level it is 1/2 to 3/4inch tipped back because of the floor and cabinet situation unit is unable to be leveled. The lower spray arm does make a noise when you pull on it. It needs to be replaced. I hooked up my smart HQ and found no known errors and no issues. One thing of note was the insulation was not properly installed and the unit because of the countertop and flooring is not able to be installed correctly. This may be the cause of the spray arm failure. The toe kick is also missing the insulation from behind it customer states it was not there originally and there is no evidence of glue on the toe kick showing it was ever installed. . Customer will replace the toe kick and the lower spray arm. ; ordrng 1 WD27X26119 (Toe kick) and 1 WD22X27724 (Lower spray arm)

I found the washer was full of water and suds. I put into a drain but the water would not drain out. I got the door open and removed the clothes. I vacuumed all the water out and removed the drain filter. I found a candy bar wrapper stuck in the drain filter. I removed the wrapper and tested the washer. It drains good now and will operate in other cycles. I also adjusted the drain hose so only 12 inches goes down the drain pipe.

Found that the new burner for service bulletin is already installed. Igniter looks corroded. I ran test of oven to preheat and found that control board is not recognizing the temperature. Bake will ignite then shut off in seconds. Also temperature showed 300 degrees the it rapidly changed to 400. And shut off gas. Control board is malfunctioning when it heats up.
