Issue is unit not making ice. Put unit in test mode found that the waterline was a little bit frozen up. Once I got defrosted tested multiple times now unit is filling the ice bucket. This was the unit that the insulation would break down and start freezing the lines in the back of the fridge it hasnt started making big ice in the back, but its definitely really cold. Theres not gonna be a good repair for this unit if this issue comes back. Its going to continue to freeze the lines in the back of the fridge.

Customer states the oven door lock is locked and the door will not shut all the way. Held the door switch put the oven on clean the lock unlocked, then cleaned the oven door locked as is should. Cycled and tested 3 time and had no issues. There may have been something hold the door open when they tried to clean the oven or the door was not shut all the way

Complaint is getting a 8C error code. Looked up the text sheet and found that this is a communication error between the MEM sensor and the control board. Per tech sheet they just say replace all three. Found a form to try to test some of the wiring all the wiring test good, but could still be a break somewhere in the wiring. We would have to just start with one of them and work our way through quoted for worst case scenario of all three parts call Sam I think it over and let us know if they want to do the repair.

I installed the new evaporator fan cover assembly, and attached all wire harnesses for power. I reassembled the icemaker and freezer door.
