Remove front panel of observed water spray not motor from leaking tub and bearing when agitation also very loud and spin out roaring sound unit has bad bearings and leaking wash tub. Client declined repair and is going to purchase a new washer.

Found evap froze up. Steamed out evap coil and froze up evap fan blade. Verified proper defrost operations. Unit cooling again. If problem comes back, will need to track down and replace evap fan motor.

Not making ice. FF compartment temperature is 37F and freezer is 2F. Ice maker is not cycling. Installed new ice maker and tested. Ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed.

Replaced water filter head, tested no leaks. customer also states no ice, found IM fill tube not lined up with fill funnel and IM turned off. Aligned fill funnel and instructed customer to test Im on a day they will be home for 8 hours. IM part WR30X10093

Went through full test mode with Liebherr. Found that the freezer was set to 5 degrees. Will only make ice when its zero to -5. I adjusted temp to zero. Told customer that in 24 hours it should begin making ice: in test mode evaporation sensor reads -16, and freezer reads 2. Icemaker sensor reads 8 degrees. It cycled and filled with water when I forced it to in test mode.
