Dishes not coming out clean, tried running three times using different detergent - still not cleaned. Found the diverter magnet is all covered in magnetic material so it isnt changing back and forth between the zones. Installed new diverter kit and screw. Tested and dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Unit not draining, unit is not a laundry center it is a combo washer dryer. Found drain pump physically broken replaced pump and tested, unit now draining. Instructed tenant on washer maintenance per LL request.

Customer states machine had a lot of frost buildup on the back wall and that the fridge section didnt seem to be cooling down to temperature properly. Upon arrival temperature scan showed the fridge was at 40?. She said this has been sort of an intermittent problem. Opened up the freezer and checked the evaporator, and there is signs that it had frosted up really thick at some point. Removed the remaining chunks of ice and put the machine into a force defrost mode to ensure that all the defrost components were working properly. Things seem to be working in the heater came on. make sure the evaporator was completely defrosted and reassembled the machine. Everything seems to be working properly now.

Complaint is unit will start countdown second or two and then well say end and stop. unplugged unit tested all door switches thermostats ran unit again and units working properly. Looks like all it needed was a hard restart. If it happened again, we need to get a control board for the unit.

Dryer is making tons of clicking noises off and on and is running rough. Found a piece of plastic in the front bearing and the blower wheel was full of lint. Cleaned out lint and removed plastic. Tested and dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

Arrived on site no ice and ice bucket per customer icemaker not working double checked ice tray detect arm is incorrect configuration. I put it in service mode forced to harvest with the bucket detect tray open, and it did not do anything like it is supposed to when I close the tray and the bucket pushed the, icemaker tech arm back icemaker rotated all the way around, dump the water and filled with water and worked correct there were no error coats evident on control
