I called tech support and got a picture of it and tech support said to use steel wool to see if the stain comes out. I used steel wool and stain did come out and did not find any blemish on the stainless tub suggesting rust. Complaint is unit not operating the left front burner. Also the warmer light is always on and its a little bit crooked. The reason why the lights a little bit crooked the housing on the light is bad. That is not covered under the warranty. Try to rig it a little bit better. Still not working perfectly, but the light does work. I found that the burner thermostat is bad on the burner itself. Replace the burner and now unit is operating correctly.

Lg top load washer displaying error code IE, error code indicates water inlet fault, washer not filling to correct amount of water. Started normal wash cycle, water inlet valves are opening and sending correct flow of water. Found that water is not staying in tub. Water is not leaking out of washer. Found drain hose is several feet into wall drain. This is creating a siphoning effect causing water to drain out of washer without drain pump running and is likely causing dirty water to back feed into washer. Pulled drain hose out and put correct amount of drain hose into wall drain, roughly 10-12 inches. Started cycle again and water is now staying in tub. Monitored washer, no error codes displayed at this time.

customer states not cooling, has power cycled unit and would return to normal operation but then would warm up again. On arrival both FF and FZR not satisfied at temp, fzr high temp alarm present. All temp sensors check within spec, door sensors check ok, fans and defrost heater check ok, Called liebherr and recommended check sealed system, low side operating pressure -16inhg vac equalized at 9psi Called Liebherr again and tech line stated charge appears low, instructed me to pressure check system with N2 at 85psi. Pressurized to 85psi and put soap bubbles on all joints in machine compartment and 2 joints in FzR after 15min pressure dropped 2 psi and no bubbles from jointsCalled tech line again and reported findings, tech line states unit will need to be replaced bc unit has an internal leak

LEFT FRONT BURNER IS SLOW TO LIGHT. PREHEATING THE OVEN TAKES MUCH LONGER THAN IT SHOULD. The front left burner spark is weak and takes a while to light, but eventually does light. This would need a new spark electrode and orifice holder. The screws to remove top are not coming out without breaking. Customer is just going to use burner as is. The oven bake ignitor is weak and only drawing 2.6 amps. Quoted customer to install new ignitor. Customer approved repair. Installed new bake ignitor and tested. Oven is heating great.
