Recommend contacting vent specialist unless building does annual maintenance and this is part of that.

Customer has had issues with shaking. Thoroughly inspected washer and nothing wrong with it. They removed shipping bolts and were told by retailer that that the bolts not being removed before initially using ruined machine, which it didnt. Also they were told that spiders were missing and broken which they werent. Customer has been doing small loads on low speed spin. Spoke with LG and instructed customer to do bigger loads of like fabrics and that heavier fabrics should go on bottom when filling washer and that bigger loads on faster speed spin is better. Nothing to fix on this one today. Customer education. I did reattach the back panel they had taken off because it was scraping. I had to adjust the back panel and now it doesnt scrape.

Machine also needs an evaporator fan motor 242219206. Machine also appears to have contamination in the system causing an intermittent clog of the capillary tube. Was able to use some liquid refrigerant to clear it one time but it may return. Recommending at least a dryer and probably a new compressor as well as a refrigerant flush and nitrogen flush. Customer did not want to repair at this time

Upon inspection shop backed out a full tub load of water after receiving a DR error code took drain pump, housing apart, and sump off, snaked the drain line to the drain verified there is no obstructions verified drain pump impeller wasnt rattling or broken. Ran a drain cycle to see the impeller rotate to verify it was good and it was getting proper voltage. Put unit back together tested on a heavy cycle watched it wash and then cancel drained it to verify it was draining in a good time parameter done. I found a three blink error code on the power control board, indicating a failed compressor. I recovered the refrigerant, cut out the failed compressor and old filter drier and cleaned out the remaining lines with nitrogen. I brazed in a new compressor and filter drier, pulled a deep vacuum and charged the sealed system with 57 grams of R600 refrigerant. Power restored to the refrigerator, cooling system fired up and high and low side pressures equalized, cycling refrigerant. I replaced the dishwasher door locker. I plugged the appliance in and tested for correct functionality. The machine operates when the door is closed, then it will shut down when the door is opened. I verified that the dishwasher fills, washes, drains and heats depending on the portion of the wash cycle. Filling the dishwasher with hot to very hot water is paramount to the quality of any wash cycle. Upon inspection unit had a clog and drain cap coming from the dishwasher into the countertop, took cap apart and found plastic and other debris in it. Restricting drainage, reinstalled cap and tested unit still wasnt draining so I was able to siphon and use a technique to get water traveling through to clear the rest of the debris unit is draining great right now no leaks under sink or when dishwasher is operating ! Cleaned filters out as well! Tested for 10 mins to verify that! Draining great now! Done
