Bosch Refridgerator Repair. Customer states that they had slow water coming from the dispenser before this issue happened. They replaced the filter. It looks as though this was the cause of the issue with the icemaker. Icemaker is producing ice properly at the proper rates now. E2 is just a persistent error code for an issue with the icemaker at some point. Did a power off reset and the error code went away and did not return. Cycled the icemaker and it still did not return.I think an icemaker replacement at this point is unnecessary but I will retain the part in case customer calls back.

Electrolux Washer Repair. The door gasket is stiff and just pushes on the glass door. I made sure the screws are tight and nothing is broken. i cleaned the gasket with soap and its better. I called tech line and he said to put some rinse aid on the gasket and leave the door closed for 24 hours. I put rinse aid on the gasket and on the glass. I set to run a sanitize cycle and i advised the customer to not open the door until tomorrow.

LG Refridgerator Repair. Customer complaint is a loud noise during the cooling cycle. I moved the unit out and access the main power control board at the back of the refrigerator. I pushed the unit into diagnostic test two and I could immediately hear the fresh food evaporator pan making a loud rattling noise. I disassembled the fresh food cabinet, took out the old evaporator fan, cover assembly and installed the new evaporator cover assembly. Plug the machine back in tested the repair to make sure everything was working like new and everything is back to normal. I did use the part sent by square trade.

Everything is tip top, good for normal use. I created a loop in the drain hose so that the pump has a with bubble to assist it with its portion of the wash cycle.

Whirlpool Dishwasher Repair. Dishwasher not cleaning very well. Found that both spray arms were clogged and the heater mounting clip was bent up, preventing the lower spray arm from rotating. Bent heater clip back down and cleaned all the holes in the spray jets. Dishwasher now has good wash pressure on both upper and lower spray arms. Rinse aid was empty. Recommended they keep the rinse aid full to help dishes come out looking cleaner and to use Affresh (or similar) cleaning tablets every couple months to minimize buildup in the sump.

Samsung Dryer Repair. The dryer squeaks when the drum is spinning. I disassembled the front bulkhead and inspected the blower wheel assembly, the idler pulley assembly, idler belt and motor. The drum looks good, rear /front drum wheels spin without wobble, I did apply a little bit of oil to them. Reassembled the machine, tested the preventative maintenance steps that I took, I didnt find any more squeaks when the unit is operating.

LG Refrdigerator Repair. Unit cooling fine in fridge but only getting to 30f in freezer, the low side pressure was in a 15 inch vacuum and the high side was 100psi. Inspected all areas for leaks and found no leaks. Contacted lg tech support and was advised to blow out unit and pull a vacuum, I pulled a deep vacuum and recharged the refrigerator with correct amount of refrigerant, advised customer to give it 24 hours to get back to normal.

Samsung Dishwasher Repair. Customer stated the unit was making a noise while running. Cycled and tested found the noise was from the wash pump. Disassembled and found there was debris in the pump. Samsung Dishwasher Repair. Found some water that was in the drip pan which is why they were getting LC error (leak error) i ran diagnostics and ran dishwasher for 40 minutes and found no leaks the only thing I found is excess soap suds and I didnt add any soap (see picture) Im thinking too much suds and leaked into drip pan. Cleaned out suds and also found that the auto door open feature was turned off in the settings. Turn on door open and in test mode it popped open. I showed customer in the user manual how to turn that feature on/off. Dishwasher is working good as Im here.

Jenn-Air Refridgerator Repair. On arrival, I opened up the machine and checked the defrost computer. At this point, I checked the defrost terminator from this section and found it to be open even though the machine has been running for several hours. Went ahead and replace the defrost, terminator and heater as an assembly. Replace the defrost computer as well.again re-defrosted the evaporator really really well. This should fix this issue finally.
