Installed new solenoid valve and Ice maker assembly , steamed open the ice maker fill line, it had frozen shut. Likely from a bad solenoid and ice maker.

NOT HEATING. Found the bake ignitor is weak and not igniting the burner. Installed new bake ignitor and tested. Oven is heating great. Range is now fixed.

Complaint is leaking out the left front corner. Ran unit for about 35 minutes. Never got a leak with the door off. Theres a service bulletin for water leaking out of the vent when the door is open at the end of the cycle did the service bulletin reprogrammed it so I wouldnt happen. Checked over the spray arm to make sure thats all good. It is. There was no water in the catch tray so we know its at the water valve or over sudsing. Possible that its leaking from the dispenser but theres no evidence of it at this time. Customers gonna try it out to see if its good if not, I told him we can come back out but have it ran right before I come out or at least running an hour before my time, that way its been running for a while before checking for leaks. Also wont be a bad idea to pre-order dispenser just in case.

Replaced drain pump again (old one was DOA) and now is quiet and working good. Belt and hinge were replaced also. Washer is working good.

Customer states unit will not run. Found breaker tripped to dishwasher. Found loose wire connectors at junction box. Tightened connections and reset breaker. Verified operations of heater with wash pump, pulling 7.5 amps. File number 87463960. Dishwasher in good working order again.

The customers ice maker isnt producing ice and the water dispenser pressure is low.I entered the refrigerator into service mode and checked all steps that apply to the ice maker function, there is cold air flow, water supply and ice maker hardware checks out. The amount of water making it into the tray was low, I adjusted the fill time to account for extremely low water pressure to the refrigerator. The customers have a reverse osmosis system that is affecting water pressure to the refrigerator. I did not find any leaks inside the fresh food cabinet or the ice room.

Customer states the unit was going out of balance. Found the drum was very loose and was grinding. The hub was stripped out, and one leg was loose. Adjusted the leg the customer approved the new hub. Was able to get the was plate off and Change the hub. Cleaned out the coins in the tub. Installed the new hub, and put unit back together, calibrated, cycled the unit on high spin the customer said the issue was fixed
