Went thru and tested drain pump multiple times, flexed drain hose and water lines checking for breaks or tears. Both look great. Thoroughly checked inlet valve with top off and ran unit thru 3 cycles. Found no signs of water leaking marks inside of washer. There is furnace drain, reverse osmosis water tank and lots of other things in the basement that could be backing up or leaking. On my visit everything seems proper with washer. Customer stated she had a blockage on the door boot drain she had cleared and wondering if that could cause leaks. I said it is possible and to keep the drain holes clear.

Gives a water flow error. First found the water shut offs almost all the way turned off. Turned on the water and tested the washer and it still would stop and give the error. Called speed queen and disconnected connector for pressure sensor from display board, and reconnected and tested DC voltage. Everything tested good. Made sure pressure line was clear. I reconnected everything and tested it a half dozen times and now it runs great on hot, cold, and spin. Works great now. If it has issue in future, speed queen recommends coming back with the pressure sensor, 203843, harness 204113 and control 205078P.

I accessed the ignition coil on the burner assembly. I replaced the defective coil and assembled the drum, bulkhead and door assemblies. I inspected thermistors and roller wheels while inside the appliance, found no other issues. I started a timed dry cycle, the ignition coil heated up and allowed the gas valve to open and the flame ignited repeatedly. The dryer is repaired and good for normal, everyday use.

Control was chiming as if the crushed ice button was being held down. I found that over time water had been getting moisture from dispenser tube onto the display board. Cleaned the mineral deposits off, and wrapped plumbers tape around the dispenser tube, and then put a light coating of red glue on it. Also made sure ground wire was secure behind display board. Returned and spoke with customer who stated that the HC error code returned, customer stated that it occurred with and without dryer vent attached, we tested unit with vent attached got heat reading of 185? then the HC error occurred, we removed vent and tested again, the unit ran at 164? without the vent and the error code did not occur, tested the exterior dryer vent and received a 11.9 Mph, 25 mph from dryer itself, explained to customer that it does not meet 15 mph criteria from the exterior vent, customer stated he just had the dryer vents cleaned, told customer that the HC error will likely occur again due to the venting but a thermistor could be replaced to attempt to fix the issue, customer requested thermistor be replaced, new thermistor was installed and we shortened the vent tubing behind the dryer to assist with venting, recommended the customer to have the vent cleaning company return due to the low reading ; pckd up 1 35001191 (Thermistor)

Customer stated oven is not heating properly and needs to be set at 500 degrees to get to 350 degrees. I pulled out range and checked both connection and broil element and is getting power and is getting rot hot (no bake element on this model). This model uses convection fan element and runs on and off throughout the baking process, which is normal for this model. Convection fan is running and working normally.I set oven to 400 degrees and oven is maintains actually hotter by about 15 degrees. I adjusted temperature down 15 degrees and showed customer two thermometers that were 400 degrees. Range is working well as im here.
