Unit wasnt cooling properly in the fresh food section of fridge. Bottom drawer would freeze and top would be warm. Hooked up SmartHQ and found the fresh food evap fan had fail. Which would cause this issue also customer had there LED lights out. Found there was on burnt out. Replaced bad parts which are listed below and reassembled and tested unit. Now unit is working properly. Installed wr55x11132 led light and wr60x26866 fan. Plus did the software update which is called for this unit with SmartHQ.

Customer also wanted all the rollers cleaned up and inside unit. Removed each roller from shaft cleaned and oiled and reinstalled. Reassembled after part was replaced and maintenance was completed. Found the dryer was running, but no heat. Disassembled and found the thermostat is fried. Also needs rear rollers. Quoted customer $400. to install new rollers and thermostat. Customer declined repairs for now and is going to look into replacing the washer and dryer with Speed Queens. There both 22 years old and customer has a Speed Queen set at the cabin and really likes them. Thermostat part number is WP3387137."

The most recent two were for the diverter not finding home position . I started the dishwasher and let it run and found water is leaking from the diverter. It would need a new sump assembly. Today I replaced the wash motor assembly. I ran a diagnostic test to reset the main board. I ran a short cycle and all is working good.

"Customer complaint is, TRIPPING THE BREAKER. Inspected and tested. Refrigerator trips the breaker every time within a few seconds, even when plugged into a different outlet. When I unplug the evaporator heater it turns on and starts cooling. In test mode the heater is getting 120V but as soon as I plug it in, it trips the breaker. The heating element ohms out at 24ohms. It test good, but its the only thing thats tripping the breaker. I left the heater unplugged to see if it runs until I return to put the part in. I ordered the fan and defrost harness just in case. I want 2 hours on my return trip because Ive never done one of these and not sure how it comes apart. ; ordrd 1 WP2323198 (Evaporator heater) and 1 W11405276 (Fan and defrost harness)"

"They smelled gas when running dryer. Found that the one time they ran it was when they were using mineral spirits by the dryer. Checked air flow outside. Not great. 10mph, but a number of elbows in basement and then vent runs through the garage before going outside. Previous owner had vent cleaned right before they moved in a week ago. Air temp gets up to 275 in dryer, I vacuumed all lint out, and watched temps after cleaning out lint. Only a ten degree difference with vent disconnected from dryer vs connected. Doesnt seem to be an airflow issue. Bulkhead is cleaned out too. Used vent tape to connect vent at back of dryer better too. Cant find anything wrong, just seems to run on the hot side."

"Microwave was dead. Checked 20 amp fuse, 120vac to ground at the fuse on both sides. Checked primary door switch and 120vac at the switch too. Found when I moved the black and red wires coming from the thermostat on the right side of the magnetron, behind the control panel, that the power would turn off and on. The thermostat is a little melted. I put new terminals on the thermostat and the customer will see if it dies again. Chances are though that it needs a new magnetron and mag thermostat. I cant find the Thermostat part number. DW can you please call the customer with a quote for those two parts and see if he wants me to come back to install them? "Customer said water is leaking down from the freezer in the fresh food compartment and landing on the top shelf. I found frost inside the air duct but no ice buildup. I defrosted the frost and put some foam and perma gum around the refrigerator air tower. I also found the refrigerator door it was pulling away at the bottom I push the gasket back in and put some grease around the door gasket. If the issue continues it will most likely need a new refrigerator door gasket and a freezer drain kit. I called the customer for payment but they did not answer. "Customer complaint is, NOT SPINNING AND/OR WASHING and giving a nf error. Washer does not have a model and serial number sticker. This washer was part of the recall and had the repair done to it and the new sticker put on. I found a sticker underneath the control panel that had the model number on it. Inspected and tested. Found the hot side of the fill valve has failed. After removing the water lines, I found that the hoses are burst protected hoses and the hot water hose was set off so no hot water would go in. Customer approved repairs. I installed new hot water hose and tested. Washer is working great, so I dont need the valve. WONT FULLY DRY THE CLOTHES AND SOMETIMES I SMELL BURNING. Removed toe kick panel to watch the flame and igniter. Found that the igniter was working properly but when the gas ignited the flame was really flat and would shut off after a few seconds so wasnt heating the drum and drying the clothing. Flat flame is an indicator of bad air flow. Checked the vent out side and the flap was stuck closed. Open flap and flame is correct now. Customer wanted vents cleaned. So cleaned out the dryer vents and now unit is working properly. Auth# 434R4F
