The whole oven was not working but when you turned a burner switch the indicator came on but nothing heats. The range is getting the correct voltage. I tested the bottom thermostat fuse and its bad. I replaced the thermostat and tested the range. Everything working as it should.

Customer complaint is, still has condensation issues. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is 40F but customer had just removed a bunch of food. Theres condensation on some of the plastic and glass items in the fridge. I removed the evaporator cover and found its got a crack in it and the foam is water logged. Theres a service bulletin for moisture problems and it has you replace the duct tower with an updated part. Installed new FF evaporator cover and air duct tower. Refrigerator is now fixed.

The customer said she started the dishwasher at night and in the morning it was flashing the over flow error and the drain pump was on. I pulled the dishwasher out and removed both side panels. I found water in the bottom drip pan. I sucked the water out and then started the dishwasher. I let it run for 20 minutes. I let wash and drain. The dishwasher is not leaking at this time. I found the drain hose behind was kinked. I straighten the hose and pulled the rest of the slack through. The dishwasher drains really good.

Customer showed me the upper rack was hitting the top sprayer. Was able to adjust the top sprayer so it was not hitting the top rack.

Customer stated they were getting a 5C error code.Ran unit for 4 minutes and drained, when the unit drained it sounded like it was pumping debris out. Filled unit and drained several more times. Never got unit to code. The customer has been pre cleaning dishes and running the 60 minutes cycled. Customer also do know when the last time the unit was ran on a cleaning cycle. Customer will now run regular cycle and clean the unit

The whole unit stopped cooling because the compressor had failed. Today I replaced the compressor and filter drier. I leaked checked with nitrogen and then purged the system. I pulled a deep vacuum for 15 minutes. I updated the main board. I recharged and verified pressures are good and its cooling. I advised them to wait 6 hours for it to be cold.

Customer states the dryer is taking several time to dry clothes. Disassembled and cleaned found unit full of lint. Oiled the rollers and idler pulley, put back together, and ran- tested the vent and the unit is venting well.
