Ice build up on evap cover in freezer - defrosted and steamed out - spoke with Liebherr troubleshooting and they recommend manual defrost on fridge for 48 hours cause may have been increased humidity a d freezer set to -6 - advised customer on defrost instructions from Liebherr for resolution

Dryer taking a long time to dry - measure temperature on dryer and temperature increased at a rapid rate to 280 Fahrenheit should be around 220 walked outside of condominium and noticed vent flapper not opening while dryer is running. Confirm there is a restriction somewhere in the venting system in the condominium, unable to clean due to multifloor unit - I advised RP management on situation. They are going to contact the tenant- dryer functions test good

Did firmware update and tested operation. Unit has been cooling good for a few days consistently. If problems persist order heater and bring ff fan to be safe. WR23X23626 heater harness WR60X35205 fan motor

customer had a freezer not at cool as it should be. Tech found relays stuck on the board as the evaporator fan was constantly running. Tech tapped relays which freed the fan to stop. Tech informed customer that residual water from the frost could pool up in the bottoms of the freezer and to take precautions.

Customer stated that the freezer was not freezing but yesterday all functions returned and are now working properly, I found all fans to be operating properly, no error codes on the control board, and a normal frost pattern on the evaporator, I advised the customer to continue using the unit and call if the issue returns, complete

Returned with new door ropes, installed and found that the door panel was rubbing on the rope when fully opened causing it to wear and break over time, I was able to adjust the door panel so it does not make contact with the rope anymore, complete

Removed door assembly with damaged wiring harness and replaced with new. Tested operations while monitoring bottom of new door boot, fill hoses, drain hoses. Monitored washer agitate while reassembling top panel that customer disassembled. No water leaks found. Washer is operating as designed.

Found venting is clogged and tripping hi limit. Dryer exceeding 220 degrees. Recommended vent cleaning as it vents to the roof.

Returned to install condenser fan motor. Unit is operating properly and no error code any longer .

customer complaint was paused button flashing. Found that the door lock wasnt engaging and I took the door apart and maneuvered it a bit and reconnected everything and its working properly .

customer states f67, inlet error, tested and found pressure sensor dome in sump clogged w/ food debris, inlet valve supplying adequate volume/pressure. Cleaned pressure dome nd tested, unit now advancing past fill with no errors

Customer stated that over night, water leaks from the bottom right corner of the unit, I removed the rear cover and inspected the drip tray, I found a small melted edge of the drip tray that allowed water to spill over during the defrost cycle, I was able to silicone to seal the melted area, complete

Found the door flapper to not be adjusted properly. Adjusted the flapper, ran and tested fine.

Was giving an AE error. Another company came out and did something with the door, but after they left the AE came back after a day. Lately the customer noticed that after they were washing dishes in the sink, the dishwasher started filling with water and gave the AE again. I looked and noticed that the drain line wasnt looped up. Just went straight down. Also, the dishwasher was tipped forward. I adjusted the feet and looped up the drain line. Ran it and did not see any drips or leaks, and when running water in sink, dishwasher doesnt fill up now. Everything runs great.

Returned to see why ice wasnt being made. Customer said they have gotten ice today . So went through full diagnostic testing and unit filled and dumped ice like it should. Recommended keeping an eye on it . Recommend upping the cold control to 5 to see if that makes a difference in case of fluctuations in temp .

Customer stated that the bake feature was not heating the oven and that the stove top burners were not always lighting, i instructed and showed the customer how to clean the burner components and found all burners to work properly, I found that the bake igniter had become weak and was not lighting the gas, I quoted the customer for a new bake igniter , customer agreed to repair, I replaced the bake igniter and tested the unit, unit now heating properly, complete; pckd up 1 12400035 (Igniter kit)

Hadnt been making ice. I put into service mode and did the water dispenser test for the icemaker. No water came out but you could hear it call for water. I then steamed ice out of the dispenser and did the test again. Now it filled well with water.

Installed inlet valve verified after installation no leaks from any of the connectors behind the unit. Did a system test feeling great got the icemaker in the goal. Position unit done no leaks.

Dishwasher has been giving an HE error on the longer cycles. On the express cycle it doesnt. Drain pump is good. Sound doesnt present itself until a couple hours after it starts. Wash motor is second most replaced part, quoted for it, but its more than the cost of a new LG dishwasher. 5 years old. Customer will continue to use it most likely on short cycles. I gave advice on how to seal around control panel to stop steam from coming in and messing up control. Also recommended water leak sensor and showed customer on Amazon what it looks like, since sometimes these wash motors can leak when they get loud like this.

Replaced capacitor it leaked out all the fluid. Tested once replaced. Good to go

Replaced leaky condenser coil. Pressure tested system. Evacuated and charged with new R134A. Started and verified refrigerator cooling properly again.

Disassembled condenser area. Removed compressor inverter board and replaced with new. Reassembled condenser area. Powered refrigerator on. Verified compressor is now running. Advised refrigerator and freezer will take some time to cool to temp but should be at temp by this afternoon or evening .

Installed the board, the refrigerator started working as it should.

Found ice maker motor stuck sideways not cycling and locked up. Replaced ice maker and tested. Good to go

Upon inspection, there was a couple loose screws in the door, which caused the bottom holder to come off. Reinstalled bracket to bottom glass assembly. Also tighten screws and reinstalled door verifying its opening and closing perfectly done.

Pawn arrival up another machine and found a failed thermal fuse on the heating element. Replace the thermal fuse and cycling thermostat and tested. Machine seems to be working properly; pckd up 1 279816 (FUSE - NON-RESET & 2 WIRE TSTAT)

Customer complained of unit leaking. Found water fill valve seals not installed correctly. Reinstalled water fill valve and ran a test cycle. Unit works properly no leaking.

Returned and installed new icemaker and unit is now operating properly.

Took unit all apart replaced gas valve use pipe compound on female threads no gas leaks. Put unit back together. Took control panel apart and replaced power supply board verified venting was attached in the back. Started unit heating right now.

Customer just moved in and microwave is sparking inside when in use. Found that whoever installed microwave left the mounting screws inside microwave that was underneath turntable. Removed screws, tested and no more sparks. Microwave is working well now.

Inspection of dryer found that there was a lot of human hair and dog hair around front drum seal causing excessive lint inside the dryer all hair and vacuumed out. Dryer itself. Lint touched the igniter and broke and shorted. Ordered and picked up igniter. Replaced verified units working good done eating green. ; pckd up 1 WE4X739 (Igniter)

Shaft the timer assembly snapped off in the knob knob was OK not cracked. I was able to retrieve the broken shaft out of it. Unit needs timer. replaced timer and fixed issue ! Tested great heating great!

Center burner doesnt ignite and flame is small. Found that the burner holes and gas orifices are clogged with grease/food that had spilled over. I cleaned holes and orifices, tested and burner ignites and has full flame. Cooktop is working well.

Replaced element and thermal fuse again and tested operation. Good to go

Replaced control board, overlay and heat probe, tested at 350 degrees and is keeping temperature at 350 degrees. Range is working well.

Installed new fill hose and tested. Machine no longer leaking and seems to be working properly.

Has been leaking water for awhile and no heat. Found a bad heater and door seal. Quoted for it, but being that its older and more than cost of dishwasher customer is going to replace unit.

Spray arm has been falling off (lower spray arm). I took apart spray arm assembly and reassembled and then ran it on a test cycle. Now it runs great and spray arm doesnt fall off.

Found that the it was leaking from back water valve. The waterline extender piece had worn/cracked and was leaking. I cut off the water line extension that was leaking and attached waterline, tested and no more leaks. Refrigerator is working well.

Customer stated washer wont start. Found control unresponsive. Found no power to control. Checked breaker panel, OK. Found tripped GFCI outlet in laundry room. Reset outlet and started a rinse and spin to verify operations. Washer working properly. Informed customer about the outlet causing the problem. Will return part shipped to site.

Replaced faulty compressor and filter drier. Pressure tested system. Performed jig update. Evacuated and charged with R600A refrigerant. Started and verified refrigerator operating correctly.

Removed control panel. Replaced left side selector switch. Secured. Verified working order.

Replaced water inlet valve. Tested operations. Verified working order. Verified no water leaks at new water inlet valve. Cycled ice maker. Allowed ice maker to fill with water. Removed fill tube. Verified water is no longer weeping past water inlet valve.

Getting FF error which is freezer fan. They sent the assembly. Tested not turning on. Replaced the fan. Tested now fan is running

Customer service machine has an error code for a failed control board and that the machine was turning off the control board randomly. Install new control board and test it. Working properly

Replaced, evap, heat exchanger and drier, leak checked w/ n2, pulled deep evac and recharged unit to 3.5oz r134a. Unit cooling on departure instructed customer to wait 24hrs for unit to return to normal operation. Discounted labor bc customer assisted in removing trim and cleaning under fridge for removal.

Customer we stated that unit was not draining, I found all other functions working properly and verified that it would not drain, I filled the unit with water and then vacuumed the drain hose out while running a drain cycle, I then reattached the drain hose and tested, the unit is now working properly, complete

Customer has been having issue since last December when they first purchased range where the oven consistently unevenly bakes items. Brownies, mashed potatoes, ham, etc. Outside will be overcooked and inside will be raw, or left side will be overcooked and right side raw. Also, cook top trim had a chip in it when it was delivered. We are the 7th company out to look at it. I was here for 85 minutes running both ovens on 350 and 450, and it averaged 351 and 450 for temps for me. I could not get it to fail, but customer said when she bakes it will almost always fail. Told customer next step would be to bake something like a pan of brownies, and have a thermometer on both sides of pan and to get a video of that, as well as a video of her putting temp probe in different parts of brownies to show varying temps. Customer is 90 and not comfortable doing that, but I spoke with her son on the phone and he will help with that. He will get video and also follow up with LG. I hope they can get it resolved as it has caused a lot of stress for them. Also, I recommended trying convection bake but she isnt comfortable doing that. Returned with new control board and installed, tested unit and found that it now works properly, while removing the display panel I lost a metal retaining clip, I advised the customer and I was able to secure the panel, complete

Returned to install seal that was leaking from sump to wash motor. Installed new seal and unit is operating properly with no leaks .

When washer drains, the floor drain backs up and then floods the laundry room. Washer itself is good, and not leaking, and drains well. Its actually a plumbing issue going on in basement. I told tenant that its a plumbing issue and that I would call REAL to let them know its a plumbing issue. I called REAL and LM for maintenance manager and also called Sarah and left message and let them know. Only charge for this trip is the standard trip charge.

Installed new thermostat kit. Ran and tested fine.

Unit dripping out the front from the freezer found the defrost drain plugged. Cleared the drain plug and then steamed out ice damn. Once cleared now its working. If it comes back might need to turn unit off and leave the freeezer door open for 24 hours

Customer stated the refrigerator had a lot of frost in the back, checked and found the defrost sensor was not working as it should, the ice maker was not filling as it should also it will not finish a harvest. The front display is number as not all lighting up and some are dim. The customer is most likely going to replace, she will call back to schedule if she wants to repair.

Customer states the dishwasher is not working as it should, found the wash pump was not coming on, gave the customer a price and the customer is going to decide if they want to repair the dishwasher or replace.

Not filling with water - unable to duplicate issue per customer dishwasher was making up low noise -there may have been a clog in the wash motor or water inlet tube cleared when they didnt use it for a week I ran five washes and when I left, I ran a heavy duty with the dishwasher emptied to flush everything out disassembled wash arm checked everything over all test good

Running 35 degrees too low. I calibrated the oven up 35 degrees and then ran it on bake for 35 minutes at 350 and it averaged 354. Works great now.

Complaint was oven not heating up. I tested and it preheated and lit right away every time. And temp was where it should be. Also said a couple burners werent working. Cleaned up 2 of them and are working but one has a cracked electrode . Needs new one.

Tech found loose connection. customer baked brownies successfully to test. Done

Returned and customer stated that the unit was still not cooling properly, I tapped into the system and found operating pressures indicating a high side leak and low equalized pressures, i looked for dye from the filter drier and found none, I tested and verified no restrictions, I then pressurized with nitrogen and bubble tested and found no leaks, I then isolated and pressurized the Yoder loop filling the lg testing directions, I found a very small drop of pressure from the Yoder loop, I advised the customer of the leak and advised them that it is not a repairable issue, customer understood and stated they will purchase a new unit, complete

Upon inspection unit was halfway filled with water, and the lid was open. Tried to do a cancel drain and it will not engage cycles indication of broken wire somewhere. find broken wire in wire harness and leave connector

Upon inspection unit has a broken timer knob verified timer, was rotating with vice grips, ordered and picked up timer knob . Install timer knob and tested to verify working properly. I also verified by taking timer apart, that nothing is broken inside of it. Done working great; pckd up 1 WE01X24552 (Timer knob)

Bottom kick plate caught the front panel of the door. I was able to reposition front panel and reinstall kickplate and tested it by opening verifying its not hitting anymore. Unit is good to go looks great.

Uninstall control panel glass door, also control bracket . Reinstalled with new after installation verified the new infinite switch and other components were in properly. No scratches on the handle or new door done looks great.

Inspection customer had unit preheating and up to 500? just like all the other Frigidaire styles that chemical smell when baking per tech line smell is coming from insulation that needs to get paid out per sheet and change of style of insulation. I advised customer that you can still bake because its external of the oven cavity done

Upon inspection pulled unit out on the floor mat both left and right link in spring were compromise replace both sides left and right verified. The tension is good and opening properly reinstalled and re-put on brackets on left and right that were installed in properly. Unit looks great working great done.

Customer stated that dishwasher would shut off 5-10 minutes after starting cycle. Customer said she could hear water enter the dishwasher and then she would come back 10 minutes later the dishwasher would be off and there would be no lights on dishwasher as if it turning on for the first time, soap door would still be closed.As Im here I had customer start dishwasher as she normally would so I can see exact issue. Dishwasher has been running for over 35 minutes and soap dispenser has opened.I ler dishwasher run and called back to customer to ensure that cycle has completed and she said it did complete and soap was opened and clean light was on.I did not find a problem. Dishwasher is working well.

Refrigerator not cooling, no fans or compressor is running. Found that the defrost timer motor is locked up and wont advance to start cooling. Replaced defrost timer and compressor, fan turn on and refrigerator is starting to cool.Refrigerator is working well.; pckd up 1 5304526183 (Defrost timer)

Replaced bad drain pump and it drains great now.

Not draining through the evaporator drain. Water runs down then through the vents into fridge. I pulled out the fridge and found now the duck bill on the drain was full of organic gunk. I cleaned it and steamed it, and steamed out freezer drain and now the water drains properly. Tenant also mentioned concerns about the door seal. I inspected it and its great and seals perfectly. The fridge does tip forward because of the floor, but there are not legs to adjust, so I could not raise front of fridge. Showed tenant that if they slide a couple shims under the rollers it will raise the front and then the door is less likely to pop open.

Found no issues at this time.

customer had dent in dishwasher door. Tech replaced. Done.

Installed new hose. Once installed. Filled in test mode to try every valve and made sure its working properly and no leaks.

Customer complained of unit tripping breaker. Found customer using gfci causing unit to trip when there is no problem. Tested amp draw of unit no fluctuations Works normally on a regular outlet. Advised on replacing gfci.

Arrival customer states that the Machine Head gotten warm in the freezer one day but had cooled back down the next. Upon my arrival check the evaporator Frost pattern and it looked perfect. Check the fans and damper to make sure that they were all working. Check the control board for error codes. Pressure seem to be running fine and not making any odd noise. At this time it seems that the machine is working properly and without issue. Esther says it's been like this for a few days. No issues present at this time

Found gasket in bad condition. Replacing gasket to correct issue. Installed and tested. Good to go; pckd up 1 5304501270 (Gasket)

Replaced mounting bracket and door retainers. Door latches shut and unit is mounted properly.
