Pressurized to 85psi and put soap bubbles on all joints in machine compartment and 2 joints in FzR after 15min pressure dropped 2 psi and no bubbles from jointsCalled tech line again and reported findings, tech line states unit will need to be replaced bc unit has an internal leak

Gas line is not kinked and i explained that its just bent over do that the gas line wouldnt hit the back of the range to be flush against the wall.I explained that gas smell when first turning on the cooktop is normal until it lights.I also explained that if they were concerned about the gas hose that they would need to get a plumber to cut the gas line shorter that it wont sit so high to hit the back of the range otherwise the range will not sit flush against the wall.No gas leak. Complaint is getting a gas smell. Wasnt quite sure if it was coming from the top of the unit from the burners on the cooktop or from the oven. So I tested both. There was no active leaks. On arrival. They get a gas smell and need to turn the gas off. Ran all the top burners, then disassembled the bottom oven to get to the igniter. For the top, I would never getting any smell of gas besides the first start up, which is normal but once they were going, everything was working great no fluctuation with the gas once they have ignited. For the oven itself looks all really good. The igniter is brand new. Tested multiple times for light up. It ignited every time well with no swish or banging of gas or late ignition. Reassembled unit did not preheat to over 350? the only smell I was getting was just a food smell; used 1 5303935066 (FLAT IGNITER) from stock

The water solenoid assembly that was sent is not needed for replacement, the current part does its job perfectly. I assembled the user panel subs ran a test sequence with the washing machine, one problem turned up, the outer tub shocks allow quite a bit of movement. I would like four new shocks. New set OEM #: W11396716 , please order and reschedule with square trade.

Appears that drain pump didnt run and then dishwasher overfilled and leaked onto floor and drain pump overheated and tripped the gfi to dishwasher.Vacuumed out water and removed debris stuck in drain pump. Tested and dishwasher is running and drains, no leaks. Dishwasher is working good.

Spoke to Techline. We found that the error messages just attempts to get getting warm. This unit doesnt have a three-way valve for the evaporators. So if one department is getting a little bit warmer than the other, its going to extremely cool that other department because its all in one series. With that being said Techline recommends running it at the warmest freezer temperature and at 39 to 41? and the refrigerator. Any cooler than that will cause an issue overtime. So we reset it and reprogrammed the unit. Went through test mode checked all the fans and the sensors. Everythings testing out good at this time. If issue comes back, we will go back out there. Call Techline and go from there
