"Customer complaint is, unit is full of water and its is gushing out on to the floor. Inspected and tested. Washer doesnt have a model and serial tag. Washer was completely empty and dry when I got here and the water supply valves were turned on. I started a quick wash cycle and watched it through the entire cycle and everything was working perfectly. The only thing I can think of is the valve was stuck open, but now its working great. I would be completely guessing at this point, and without a model number, I cant even look up parts."

"The customer said the washer takes all day to finish 1 load. At some point in the cycle it might trip the breaker. I checked for fault codes and the most recent was unbalanced load. The basket feels good, does not feel like a bad bearing. I ran a spin test and it got up to the high speed. The drain pump drains fast. I pulled the washer out and wanted to replace the hall sensor. When I removed the rotor and stator I found brown sludge all over the stator and hall sensor. I can see water leaking from the back of the tub bearing. Now it needs a tub bearing job. I replaced no parts. It will also need if repaired the stator, rotor and hall sensor. ; O-emld tckt , states that autho needed"

"Customer complaint is, EC E 15 FLASHING LCD SAYS WATER TAP. Inspected and tested. Found the water is leaking underneath from the zeolite container connection, because the plastic nut that holds it in place on the inside is cracked. Needs a new nut. It looks like this is a known issue, because they redesigned it and now the nut is metal. Installed new nut and tested. No more leaks. Dishwasher is now fixed."

Dryer heat kicks on. I disconnected dryer vent and ran dryer and it cycles up to 200 degrees which is normal. I attach dryer vent and it spiked to almost 300 degrees. Dryer vent goes front of house to the back of the house underneath the deck hard to reach. I informed customer that vent will need to be cleaned for dryer to work efficiently. Dryer itself is heating and working good.I did not smell any gas leak.

The complaint is the whole unit stopped cooling and the ice maker was not working. The ice maker issues was probably caused by the cooling issue. Today the fridge was unplugged when I arrived. I plugged it back in and for ten seconds the evaporator fan runs. After 10 seconds the fan shuts off and the compressor run but it only runs for maybe a minute then it also shuts off. If I reset power it does the same thing. Its most likely going to need the control assembly. The model number on the tag is missing the beginning of the model number. The door lock is loud when its activated. I replaced the door lock. I tried it again and now I get the motor error. I ohmed the motor and it tested good. Defrosted freezer drain from the inside and when I was pulling the refrigerator out, the water line started spraying all over behind the refrigerator. Theres water damage and mold behind the refrigerator, and looks like its been leaking for a long time. I removed about 3 feet of the broken water line and reassembled and tested. No more leaks. I cleaned out the defrost drain tube on the back of refrigerator and tested. Defrost drain is draining great. Refrigerator is now fixed."

"The complaint is the dryer is loud and does not dry well. I verified the dryer is heating. The vent was long behind the dryer. I shortened the dryer duct. I took the dryer apart and cleaned up all the lint. The rear rollers should be replaced but they are NLA. I removed the rollers, I cleaned and oiled them. I removed the idler and also cleaned and oiled it. The belt was bad and falling apart. I replaced the belt. The front seal was off and I found it on a shelf near the dryer. I glued the belt back on. The air flow is very poor. I left the dryer unplugged and advised the customer they need it cleaned asap. I said it will not dry and could cause a fire. ; used 1 341241 (BELT) from stock"

Customer was concerned about a noise that he had a video for that he showed me. It sounded like there was something hitting in the drive train. I tipped machine back to check the running gear and found that the pulley had come loose in the belt had begun to hit against the protective cover. I pulled it apart and was able to tighten it up and it ran great through test mode. Customer also noted they were having a problem with the siphon cups draining completely. I took them apart and cleaned up and found a moderate amount of buildup. I clean both the cassette and the tray. The washer is now fixed.

I dont know if just replacing the elbow will stop it from leaking, because the plastic drain hose on the washer is not completely round and doesnt seal onto the rubber elbow. Customer approved me trying to seal it up with glue. I sealed it up with red glue and advised customer to let sit for 24 hours before using and to keep an eye on it."

"Dishwasher stopped randomly at some different times in the cycle. Every time it stopped, it wouldnt beep, no flashing red light, they would just press start and it would start again. Customer cleaned out filter, turned off dishwasher for 20 minutes, plugged back in, couldnt get it to cancel or restart. I checked and made sure the trim wasnt bent around the perimeter, that the door doesnt open more than 90 degrees, that the drain line is looped up, that the dishwasher is level, and that there are no shims sticking out or anything stopping the door from closing all the way. 3 times I started it and then cancelled it and it drained great, runs great. I checked for error codes, no errors. I put it into test mode and it ran through the tests no problem. Nothing to fix here."

"Customer complaint is, SQUEALING. Inspected and tested. Found the idler pulley was squealing. Also the heating element is melted to the side of the canister. Quoted customer $412. to install new heating element and idler pulley. Customer approved repairs. Installed new heating element, idler pulley and tested. Dryer sounds great and is heating, but is quick cycling and getting to hot because the vent is really long and needs to be cleaned. Airflow on outside of house is only 10mph. I advised customer to have vent cleaned before using. The vent has 5 elbows before it even leaves the utility room and then goes 20+ feet across the house. It might never get better airflow because of the length of the vent. ; used 1 WPW10547292 (IDLER PULLEY), and 1 WP8544771 (LONG ELEMENT) from stock"

"The dryer was noisy and does not dry properly. It takes a long time to dry. I started the dryer and verified the noise. I took the dryer apart and found the rollers had failed, and one was falling off the shaft. The dryer duct on the back was too long. I shorten the dryer duct and replaced all four of the rollers. The airflow going outside is still very poor and I was unable to clean it. Advise the customer to call dryer vent wizard for the dryer vent cleaning."

Ran dishwasher and its got the correct amount of water and good water pressure when its circulating. The water is really hard going to the dishwasher. Also found the hose underneath the sink didnt have a high loop. I put a high loop in the hose underneath the sink. Dishwasher is operating completely normal. The problem has to be with the hard water or soap. Recommended customer try using a different soap and advised that the dishwasher is not going to have good cleaning results with hard water."
