Customer complaint is, cant use as it says to close the door first. pretty sure it needs a new door latch. Inspected and tested. Light stays on with the door open. I removed control board and found the bottom interlock switch was flipped the wrong way. I flipped it back and now microwave is working great.

Running loud. Found a bunch of lint in blower wheel, a bad pully and bad roller. Replaced and cleaned up everything. Runs quiet now. Everything runs good.

Customers complaint the agitater cap came off when removing laundry out of washer and couldnt get it snapped in. Inspect cap make sure nothing was broken. It just clips in. Showed customer how to reinstall just in case it happens again

The defrost heater was bad. I defrosted 80 percent of the evaporator and then replaced the heater. I advised the customer to give it a couple days to cool better.

Not spinning or agitating. I found a broken lid switch. Replaced it with a new one, and now it runs great. Fills, agitates and spins and drains.

Customer complaint is, super loud when spinning. Inspected and tested. Washer sounds like a jet engine when spinning and is leaking water on the floor. Washer needs a new gearcase, new spaner nut and a new slider. Installed new gearcase, slider and spaner nut and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

Customer is complaint is not finishing cycle and shaking around a lot. First thing I did was put it in test mode. Check for error codes got one for over suds and one getting too hot. Nothing for unbalanced load or anything that would be related probably to this issue. What unit into test mode and tested agitate that was all working good. all the water valves are working good, drain pump is working.

The convection element was bad so it took long to preheat. Today I replaced the lower oven convection element. I waited for it to preheat. I preheated in about 25 minutes.

The ice maker stalled out and would not twist. Today I replaced the ice maker. I ran the twist tray test and the fill test. The new ice maker is working good. I advised the customer to give it some time to make ice.
