Removed defective ice maker and replaced with new. Used steamer on ice maker drawer rail that was frozen. Drawer rail is opening and closing as designed. Ice bin rails not needed. Ice bin should be full of ice my this evening or morning.

Fridge door doesnt close and stay closed when you shut it. I found some debris that had built up around the bottom door hinge. I used special grease to clean it out, then used NSF safe synthetic grease to lubricate the hinge. Now the door closes great and stays closed. No charge other than trip charge customer already paid. Customer on phone meeting so couldnt give summary verbally but sent receipt with notes.
