Customer also requested that we remove the icemaker from the machine. Also set temperatures in the refrigerator section higher because customer had complaints about freezing. Everything seems to be working properly. Customer is going to try.

I disassembled the dryer, took off the door assembly, drum , blower motor fan assembly and removed the drier motor. Installed the new motor, reversed the process to access motor. Went through full test mode with Liebherr. Found that the freezer was set to 5 degrees. Will only make ice when its zero to -5. I adjusted temp to zero. Told customer that in 24 hours it should begin making ice: in test mode evaporation sensor reads -16, and freezer reads 2. Icemaker sensor reads 8 degrees. It cycled and filled with water when I forced it to in test mode.

The refrigerator isnt cooling as expected. The customers fresh food cabinet isnt reaching set temperatures. The freezer is reaching set temperatures. I connected my SmartHQ device and discovered stored error codes referring to a defective evaporator fan motor, receiving voltage but no return signal sent. I steamed away the fresh food evaporator cover to access the fan motor, swapped the defective unit for a truck stock part (WR60X26866). Once installed I took the refrigerator out of service mode and verified that the new fan motor was circulating cold air. The fresh food cabinet will reach temperature in six to eight hours.

NOISY VIBRATIONS. POSSIBLE EVAPORATOR FAN MOTOR. INTERNAL FRIG AND FREEZER WORKING. Refrigerator is in defrost when I got here. FF compartment is 41F and freezer is -3F. Theres a lot of ice on the back evaporator cover. I disassembled freezer and removed ice and fan cover and the fan has ice in it. Removed ice and tested. Fan sounds great. The evaporator looks good. Customer remembers that the freezer door got left open for a while before this happened. The ice buildup is from the door being left open. Refrigerator is operating normal now.

NOT HEATING PROPERLY. Customer had removed the back of dryer. I turned dryer on and it started heating. I reassembled back panel and started a timed dry high heat cycle and its heating, but spiked to 255F before shutting off. I disconnected vent and tried again and its cycling between 205F and 100F with vent disconnected and airflow is 35mph on back of dryer. After the third cycle the igniter would glow, but no flame. I did notice the flame getting smaller and smaller every time it did ignite. I installed new gas valve coils and still not igniting consistently. Looks like a gas pressure, or valve issue. If I turn the gas off and let it cycle a couple times and then turn it back on it ignites and I get a big flame, but then the flame gets smaller the next time until theres no flame. I advised customer to have gas pressure checked to the dryer and if its good we would need to replace the gas valve. Quoted customer to install valve if needed. I advised the customer that the vent will need to be cleaned also before using dryer and they will do it themselves.

I unplugged the dryer and disassembled the cabinet so that I could access the high limit thermostat that had failed. I installed the new high limit thermostat replace the rollers on the front and back of the drum and installed a new idler pulley belt. The idler pulley wheel was in good shape so I didnt replace that. Once the new parts were in, I reassembled the machine and tested my repairs to verify that everything worked as expected. The dryer heats tumbles without any issues once again.

Ice cubes are wet and its dripping from the dispenser. Customer said its making ice just fine and there not freezing together just wet. Refrigerator was in a defrost when I got here, so temperatures were warmer than normal. FF compartment is 43F and freezer is 3F. The dispenser chute is holding water. The ice compartment is full of ice beads all over the inside and on the ice maker and the fan is all iced over. I completely defrosted ice room and checked water line and made sure ice room is sealed and all looks good. All seals look good. The only thing I see is the ice bucket is cracked. I recommended customer replace ice bucket and call Samsung if they continue to have issues because I would be guessing if we would start replacing parts.

WASHER ISSUES, OPERATIONS, WILL NOT DRAIN-DOESNT DRAIN. Washer is in the garage and not hooked up. Dan brought it in and then had a plumber come hook it up. I ran washer the test mode and everything worked. I filled and drained 3 times and it drained every time. I started a rinse and spin and watched it through the entire cycle and it worked perfectly. Washer is testing good.
