Ice has been clumping up, freezing together. Door hitches and clunks when you open freezer. I took all the drawers out and greased up rails and now its nice and smooth. After some more attempts 10 minutes later, it made the pop again . Called Frigidaire for icemaker and for the popping sound and they told me its a no issue but there is no fix for the sound. With the icemaker we checked and it was set to a longer Phil time so we changed the Phil time to the shortest Phil option and now it doesnt fill the tray up as high, which should help with the issue of ice cubes being stuck together. Took damper control apart and found it was frozen shut with ice. Unthawed ice blockage and called tech line to do a damper test to verify its good or not.
