Burners ignite with crazy flames. Shoot out weird directions. Found the burner covers on in reverse or not seated down all the way. I adjusted them so theyre seated correctly. Also, they have a cover lying on the cook top that alters the air flow. I took that off. It was there to keep things clean. Now all burners ignite great and air flow and flames are perfect.

Customer complaint is leaking out of dispenser now. Replace new dispenser and drawer once installed tested multiple times and test test each valve and each dispenser. Everything is working properly

Customer stated the unit was not draining all the water out all the time. Also was getting a code 0E from time to time. Customer had already bypassed the air gap. Ran unit for 10 minutes 3 times testing the drain. Found no issues, the pump seems loud, will compare the sound with the other unit when new pump arrives. At this time the customer will run the unit

The led display was going out and not all the buttons were working. I installed the part that was sent. Its all working good now.

Customer complaint is, gas dryer not heating. Inspected and tested. Found the thermal fuse was blown. I removed the bulkhead and its packed full of lint. Customer approved repairs. Installed new thermal fuse and cleaned out bulkhead and back of dryer. Tested and dryer is heating great and cycling between 190F and 105F with vent disconnected and airflow is 36mph on back of dryer. With vent connected the heat is cycling between 220F and 110F. Dryer is now fixed. I recommend customer have vent cleaned.

Customer complaint is, ice maker no longer making ice. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 38F and freezer is 0F. Found the ice maker is giving a E2 error and not cycling. Ice maker has failed. Installed new ice maker and tested. Ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, F2,E2 flashing, all of a sudden. Inspected and tested. Display is flashing F2E2. This is a UI error. Power cycling did nothing. I disassembled door and inspected UI board and dont see anything visible wrong with it. I did the test from the tech sheet and it says to replace the UI board. Customer approved repairs. The new board came with a jumper wire, so I didnt need the other one I ordered. After removing the UI board, I found its all corroded around one of the buttons. I installed new UI board and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Washer leaked some water. Customer asked me to check over everything. I ran it on a large cycle, warm water, with towels. It never dripped or leaked from the drain hose or waterlines. I did hear when it drained, it sounded like the water was filling to the top of the drain in the wall. Its totally clean in the cabinet of the washer. Its filling, agitating, spinning and draining great.
