Check air speed at dryer vent at outlet on roof at 19.9 mph, but vent has an 180?F termination causing high velocity with low flow. Found blocked vent codes present with every load ran. Verifed blower is still clean. Graphed inlet and outlet temps as unit ran and called tech line. Tech line confirmed temp differentials are too high, same as previous visit when I graphed the same results. Venting is too restricted. Recorded case number 17337626. The venting thru the roof will need to be modified to make the dryer work correctly as per tech line.

Verified it has good air flow. Monitored dryer complete auto dry cycle with out issue. Unable to recreate dryer shutting off after running for several minutes issue at this time. Disassembled dryer. Found motor is hot to the touch but has been running for last 30 minutes. Removed small amount of lint from interior of dryer. Suspect issue to be in motor. Provided quote for motor replacement. Customer stated if it keeps happening she will replace the dryer due to cost of repairs.

I found that the dryer vent was partially disconnected causing those odors to recirculate in the room and not evacuating those odor from manufacture . VOCs can get trapped and cause continuation of those odors. I reconnected the vent securely and recommended running a couple cycles with no clothes on high heat and that should help

Making very loud vibration noise as dryer gets hot and runs for about 20 minutes. Found that the when I replaced top seal, when i put back on the drum i had once glide that was on the inside and drum would vibrate loudly. I reset drum and ensured drum is sitting on slides normally. I ran dryer with load of towels for 30 minutes and no more very loud vibration. I did find that dryer vent is not venting as well as it could. When testing heat with vent disconnected it cycled up to 200 degrees and when vent is attached it is getting up to 245 degrees.I recommended that dryer vent be cleaned out for efficient drying.Dryer is running quietly for over 30 minutes dryer is working well.

Customer stated washer sometimes doesnt finish a cycle, but has worked flawlessly the last 8 loads in a row. Tested hot and cold fill, water level test, tested agitate, tested drain and spin. All working properly. Checked basket location at the end of a spin, ok. Found feet fell off leveling boards in front of washer inside drain pan. Adjusted boards for proper level, which could have been causing out of balance errors. Contacted tech line with findings. Informed customer to record error codes if they happen again.
