When I spin the transmission shaft by hand it feels very loose. I also found some oil leaking from the bottom. The bottom and sides are very rusty.

The customer said the dishwasher started to leak more than half way into the cycle. I checked the filter and found a part in the sump was loose. I out it back in the right spot. I also found the door was not closing very tight. I found a cup on the upper rack was burning on the 3rd level rack and was keeping the door from shutting nice and tight. I removed the cup. I ran the dishwasher and its not leaking. The dishwasher is draining good.

I removed the lower bake element and found the right connector was loose and burnt. The right terminal was a little burnt but and new connector went on it tight. I cleaned the element terminals and put new connector on the one bad side. Now the lower oven bake element comes on and it heats up good.

"Giving the AE error. Pulled out the dishwasher and found the overflow basin with the flood sensor was full of water. No visual signs of leaks anywhere else under the dishwasher except for the insulation behind the kick plate. Recommended switching to finish detergent, and noticed that the wash motor runs a little loud. They said its louder than in the past. The seal on the inner door panel has a little indentation in it, which could cause some drips over time. They will use as is, it runs great now with the basin dried out."

Unit wont always spin out or drain. Removed the front of unit and look that the indicator light to see if any code on the motor. There wasnt motor is looking good. Next put unit in test mode to look at codes. Got one for the drain pump and one for the pressure switch. Next filled the unit with water. Filled good. agitated good. Next went to drain was making some noise and not draining then would start working after a minute or two. Took about the drain pump to see if something is stuck. Nothing was. I removed the bins and defrosted the frost and ice around the evaporator fan. I raised the front feet so the fridge leans back. I changed the defrost setting to a 8 hour run defrost instead of adaptive defrost. I also advised the customer to not over pack the freezer drawer and the front pizza bin.

"Dishwasher has been giving an F12 error every time they try to use it, since getting back from 2 months out of town. When I got there, unit was dead. I unplugged it and plugged it back into the outlet, and it turned on, and then ran great for 25 minutes. We opened the door to put dishes in it, and then suddenly the power turned off. Closed the door, power still off on the control. I unplugged it and plugged it back into outlet and power came back on. Did it again, after it turned off, and power came back on. "The motor runs very loud, has done it three times since I installed the new motor. It was making the sound when I arrived. Confirmed its coming from the wash motor. Only happens on sanitize. When I put it on a normal wash, after a couple minutes the sound went away. Called Beko tech support and couldnt reach anyone but left a message and put my phone next to the wash motor so they could hear the sound it made on the sanitize cycle. Spoke with RJ. DW we need to order another wash motor and schedule a return visit with customer and come back out and replace it. And charge Beko again per RJ. "Evaporator is frosted over again, encased in ice. Fresh food section is 70 degrees and freezer is 52. I put it into test mode. The sensor that I replaced last time is reading as open. Thats what the first one read as my first time out. When I took that sensor out and tested with my meter, it had continuity. This time its reading the sensor as open again. Tested the thermistor wires from the main board, 30 kohms, it is not OL, so not a wiring issue and not open like the control says it is. Cant get defrost heater to come on. Need new main PCB W11566851, WPW10384183 thermistor and W11546684. DW can you see if we can get approval for this?; O-emld tckt , states that autho needed"
