Heated a wet paper towel to very hot in 10 seconds, a cup of water to boil in two minutes. The convection functions are online too and working properly if needed. "The left side fresh food section has not been cooling well lately for the last month. I called Tech Support and they said that that means that the mixing valve got stuck sending coolant to the freezer. We turned off the power for a couple minutes and power cycled the unit and then took the unit into test mode with Libert. We then switched it so that it was sending coolant to the fresh food section and after a couple minutes could feel the back of it freezing up.So they said that the mixing valve is unstuck now. It can take 6 to 12 hours for it to totally get down to temperature. If after 12 hours, it still is not cooling right said that means that it needs a new mixing valve installed, which would be sealed system work. So if it is not cooling after 12 hours then That means that the unit needs sealed system work and it needs the mixing valve replaced. We would need to give customer a quote for a new mixing valve installed and apply the 99 that he paid today towards the repair."
