Small right oven not heating. Neither bake nor broil. Called tech support. We took out the bottom drawer and stuck a pen inside a red button and did a reset. Now it heats great.

Disassembled front and rear of machine. Removed front tub cover and rear pulley. Pulled old tub assembly out and replaced it with new. Put everything back together. Ran all the way through a spin cycle and everything looked great. Balances much better now.

Returned with the part, installed the part, remounted the unit, cycled and tested, the unit now fills and drains as it should.

Customer complaint is, seems to be leaking from the ice maker area. Inspected and tested. FF temperature is 38F and freezer is 2F. The whole bottom of the freezer is covered in a sheet of ice. I disassembled freezer and found the evaporator defrost drain is plugged and frozen over. I completely defrosted freezer compartment and dried it out. Steamed out drain and now its draining.

The complaint was its not making ice. When I arrived I pulled the ice bucket out and it has ice in it. I removed the ice maker and there is water in the mold and its starting to freeze. I verified the ice maker thermistor passed and the ice maker fan is working. I took a freezer temp and it got down to 3.8 and I took a picture of it at 4.2 degrees. Both sections are cooling good. I replaced the water valve that was sent. No issues found.

Customer stated the fresh food part was warm the freezer was working fine.Found the freezer door was left open, steamed out the freezer, checked the drain, cleaned the dust off the bottom. Unit started cooling.

Replaced main control board and programmed personality ID. Testing machine and it seems to be running right now.

Customer stated the unit will run for about 10 minutes and trips the breaker, top of the unit gets very hot. Tested the outside vent for airflow speed and it is at 19 mph, got some bath towels wet and ran the unit on high heat, can hear the heater cycling, tripped the breaker at 149 degrees. 21 amps. Reset breaker and tested the unit other pole runs at 23.62 on start up its well over 30 amps. When the heater is not going its 4.6 amps. Disassembled the unit and checked for any issues Burt wires etc. found nothing. Look at the heater coils they all looked as they should also ohmed them out and they both tested the same. Suspect the issue is the breaker. This unit it on a 30 amp circuit. When the breaker trips is when the heater cycles. Its not right away its after a few cycles of the heater.
