Has been increasingly giving be error. I checked and its level, water fills perfectly, no excess suds, they dont use hand washing dish detergent, and theres no damage to the upper or lower spray arm. I did find that the filter was dirty. I cleaned the filter and then ran through test mode. It passed all tests. Recommended using dishwasher now and seeing how it operates with the clean filter. No evidence of leaked water or the float up under the dishwasher. Customer said its steamy and dishwasher heats well.

I removed the user control panel to access the defective defrost timer, removed the part. I installed the new defrost timer and secured the user control panel back into place. Once power was restored to the appliance, the compressor started cycling refrigerant, the fans started circulating cold air, the evaporator began to frost over, everything I expected to see. The refrigerator will need 24 hours to reach set temperature.

RELLY LOUD WHEN IN USE. I found the filter and screen werent locked in place and was sticking up and there was a piece of plastic down in the sump area. I removed plastic and reinstalled filter and screen. Started a heavy cycle and let it fill and start washing for about 5 minutes and then cancelled and drained and everything sounds great. I unplugged both washer and dryer and slid the dryer back far enough to access the user interface. I removed the user interface and access the screws that secure the door to the cabinet. I removed the Bellows and drain and circulation pumps. I installed all parts listed below plus a drain pump that I did order that I didnt get, but I used truck stock to make that repair. I reassembled the washing machine and ran several test cycles to verify that no more leaks were present and that the machine runs as expected. I did find quite a few clogs that were contributing to the water leaks, and that were contributing to the parts that were replaced being defective. I attached a bunch of pictures to show everything that I found.

Customer had Frigidaire send them an ice maker as part of a recall for the ice maker. But also customer had other issues with the refrigerator. There was loud squeaking from the condenser fan. Fan blade had fallen off and condenser/compressor was not cooling off. I put fan blade back on and is now running and cooling compressor.During the noisy period customer had heard a big bang noise come from refrigerator and found that in the freezer there is a big crack in the liner and the outside cabinet has bent and sucked in (see pictures)I called into tech support and they said those issues are not covered. Complaint is unit leaking out of the front on the floor. This is their second unit with the same issue. Im finding that the defrost drain is clogged remove the back covered to look at drain tube. There was a little bit of tape covering the drain tube from packaging. Remove that also steamed out ice and added a metal clip from the heater that goes into the defrost drain so it has better defrost for the draintube

The customers were getting the loud scratching noise coming from their dryer during the selected cycle. I popped the top off and inspected the drum and the drum belt. I took the door assembly off to inspect for any objects that might be contacting the drum while tumbling.I also inspected the blower motor assembly and found debris that had built up in the blower motor housing. I cleaned up the lint and other objects and secured the tin covering the blower motor housing because it was scraping and making contact with the drum during tumbling. Pictures attached of everything I found. I let the customer know what I had found and double check that dryer works the way they expect.

I accessed the top of the defrost drain behind the fresh food evaporator. I removed ice build up and steamed the drain for ten minutes but water continued to stand. The clog is in the drain closer to the pan underneath the refrigerator. I wasnt able to remove the clog. Complaint is unit not draining. Also complaint is unit not agitating or spinning properly. Square trade sent a new drain pump. The drain pump was draining, but it sounded terrible. Went to replace the drain pump noticed that the belt has fallen off the pulley and motor. There is a decent amount of grease on the Paul system and belt cleaned up grease. Replace drain pump. Reassembled unit now unit is working properly tested in SmartHQ. Unit unit now, agitates spins and drains properly.

Removed the shelfs, removed the covers and had to steam out the ice to get the evaporator cover off. Got the cover off and found the whole evaporator full of ice, steamed out the ice and installed new fan, adjusted the thermistor, changed the drip pan. Replaced the cover as the tabs on the top were broke and the cover was bent from the ice. Adjusted the defrost cycle. Made sure the drain was draining as it should.
