"The customer complaint was the fresh food ice maker is not making ice anymore. I verified the fresh food ice is not making ice. This unit has 2 ice maker and the one in the freezer is working. Both ice makers are turned on. I pressed the ice maker cycle button. The control beeped but the ice maker never ran. I plugged the hass tool in, the hass tool said the fresh food ice maker heater is shorted. I replaced the fresh food ice maker and ran a complete diagnostic test. Everything passed the test. The ice maker cycled and filled with water. I ran the auger and its working fine. I also checked the ice fill tube, the fill tube is set correctly per Samsung."

The customer complaint was the dryer takes long to dry and the check filter light comes on every time. I advised the customer that the check filter light comes on every time the dryer is turned on. This is normal operation and the light goes off when the dryer is started. The dryer is heating up 200 and cycles good. The air flow outside was poor. I gave the customer the cost of cleaned the duct. I cleaned the dryer duct from the outside and then I cleaned it from the inside behind the dryer. I cleaned the lint housing and the sensor bars. "Customer complaint was the dryer does not start when start is pressed. I move the dryer drum by hand in the belt did not feel broken. I pulled the unit out took the dryer off of the washer and disassembled the dryer. After testing I found the fuse on the blower housing was bad. I gave the customer a quote for replacing the part and I replaced the blower fuse. I put everything back together and now the dryer runs. I did an airflow test and the airflow was OK but not great. I gave the customer a quote for cleaning the dryer vent duct. I cleaned the dryer vent from the outside. The airflow is better, but because of the Situation of the dryer duct run the air flow will never be perfect. I advise the customer to have the dryer duct clean yearly."

The customer said the microwave went dead. They think it had something to do with the door. I verified there was some slop with the door and the monitor switch was sticky. I replaced all the parts from the door kit that was sent. The 20 amp fuse was popped. I replaced the fuse. I tested the microwave and its working great. I noticed that after I set the clock it was telling me to set the clock again when I would open the door. If I open the door all the way the door loose power. Customers complaint is unit not heating to dry. Hooked up SmartHQ to test the heater and look at error code. Was 3 codes for the thermistor and not reaching temps. Put it in to heat test and heater never kicked on. Ohms out the heater and was at 17ohms. Heater is good. Wasnt getting power to the heater. Found was getting power to the thermal cut of but not out of it. Needs a new thermal fuse. Also notice it was leaking from the side of the tub where the water goes in. Found right away the back left spring came unhooked. Was able rehook it then test it. Agitate was working ok but the spin was extremely loud and unit is shaking badly. Unit will need a gearcase for sure. The tub ring is shredded from falling when the spring came lose. So need the tub ring. The drain pump is making louder then normal noise my guess is plastic is in there from the tub ring but Its still draining ok. Im sure the gearcase has been a problem for a while and has gotten worse and worse. The tub has some scraps but I think its fine. Added a photo of the quote. Please get approval for repair. Customer is getting a strong smell when using oven. They are in a remodel right now and just had some staining done. Since then a smell has been. They called center point and the red flagged the oven because its burning to much carbon or something. Which is just the stain burning. The flames on the oven are good and dont have a strong smell but I do have a light chemical burn after 20 minutes. Which speaking with Phil who had this problem with his own remodel says it can last a few weeks even after you cant smell the stain.

The customer complaint was the bake was not working. I put it in bake and the ignitor was drawing less than 2.9 amps. I replied the bake ignitor. For some reason even when it draws 3.4 it still wasnt working. The bake valve tested good. It has 1.1 ohms. The gas is good. The top and broil work. I removed the gas pipes and blew through them. Customer said dishwasher wont start beacause it doesnt see that door is shut but it wont happen all the time. As im here door shuts and dishwasher starts and recognizes that door is shut. I could not get it to fail. Tested and all other functions are working. Im not %100 what issue is but I can assume that it is the door latch as that is the only switch that tells dishwasher to advance once the switches are activated by the door. I checked door latch and wires are secure and is good.I made sure that dishwasher is mounted correctly so that tub cavity is not twisted and not hitting door latch. Only other thing i saw is that the touch panel is cracked above the power button but is touch pad is functioning fine.I explained to customer that since it working every time that i can guess its the switch but not full certain since its working good. I quoted customer blue book for door latch.Z

The customer complaint is the dishwasher gives the e15 leak fault and runs the drain pump. I pulled the dishwasher out and I found some water down in the bottom of the base. I dried up the water and ran the dishwasher. I let run for 30 minutes and made drain and fill 6 times. I never saw it leak from the bottom. I found the 2 back screws on the sump were loose. I tightened all 4 screws. I found water was leaking in the back from the water line connection. The connection was loose. I tighten the connection and now it does not leak. No other issues found today.

"Customer complaint is it worked for one cycle and now it does not drain and gave drain Fault code. Checked the drain pump for a loose wire connection. All the wires were fine. During the drain cycle I was not getting any voltage to the drain pump. I pulled on the control panel and all of a sudden the drain pump kicked in. The relay on the board is now shorting. Unit was giving the E15 code for a leak. Pulled unit out and it had some water under unit. Dried out water and started unit. Unit ran over an hour and no leaking. The water under unit is really soapy. Customer is using liquid detergent and was filling the cup up. I recommend to do 2 teaspoons and try it from there.

The customer at the home said the dryer shuts off but the clothes are still little wet. He said it seems to heat for a while then stops. I ran the dryer for about 45 minutes on a time dry and then for about 10 minutes on a regular cycle. The dryer was maintaining temps well. The high was around 170 and the low was 110. I cleaned out the lint duct and cleaned the sensor bars. No other issues found.

"Customer complaint is, IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. Giving a 4C water supply error. Customer said it seems like the issue is with the cold water. Inspected and tested. In test mode the hot and cold valve is working. I started it on a rinse and spin and it was filling with cold water. The water supply hoses are the leak protector kind, and Ive seen lots of issues with these. I advised customer replace hoses and test washer and see if that makes a difference. Customer said that he replaced the hoses and it still was giving error. I installed new supply valve and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed."
