The small oven does not heat. I found the thermostat was tripped. I reset the thermostat and now the oven heats. I found they had the drip trays sitting on the oven bottom. They drip trays should be inserted on the rack holder and only used for rotisserie. The trays on the bottom couldve caused the oven to overheat and then they would trip the thermostat. I advise the customer to remove the trays and only use them when theyre doing the rotisserie.

Customer says it will run for 5-10 minutes then shut off. I ran test with wet clothes and dryer is cycling heat normally. Timed dry is cycling heat normally and since this is a daycare they wash a lot toys and it looks like the toys are not hitting the moisture sensor and dryer will drop time and shut off early. Showed customer that timed dry is working and to use that setting and will dry for set time bypassing the sensor.

Tested heat with vent disconnected and is cycling heat normally. Attached vent and heat spiked. dryer vent runs about 40 feet with 90s degree though ceiling tiles. I recommended that vent be cleaned for dryer to work efficiently. Also warned that if it gets too hot inside dryer a fuse will open and cut heat to dryer.Dryer itself is working good.

I cant open the door all the way because the unit is sitting on a plat form in a stairwell and the doors are hitting the wall. I did find some food packages behind the drawers that could have be restricting air flow. I moved it back to 39 and advised the customer to give it 48 hours for the temps to rise

I started the washer on a normal cycle. The washer filled and then started a wash. I put to final spin, the washer drained all the water out. "Customer complaint is, STARTED BY ITSELF AND WATER STAYING IN GASKET. From what the customer was explaining, it sounds like the drain pump was running continuously until he unplugged it. I get a stored F3E1 error, which is a water level system error. I removed the airtrap assembly on the back of the washer and it was clear. Also removed the drain filter and it was clean. Ran washer through quick diagnostics and everything worked great and no errors. I installed new pressure sensor and started a quick cycle and about 2 minutes in gave me a F3E1 error and started running the drain pump continuously. Installed new pressure sensor hose and still get the error. Installed new main board and now washer is working great. Washer is now fixed."

The freezer temp was around 3 degrees and the average fresh foot temp I got was 37. The customer has a thermometer on the top shelf under the cold air vent. The thermometer was around 30 degrees. I pushed the down button until I got all minus signs. The fridge should have turned off immediately. The fans stayed on and the compressor stayed on for a few minutes after it was off. I replaced the jazz board and replaced the damper control. I programmed the new board to version 12. I advised the customer to move the thermometer away from the vent and go by what the food is doing versus the thermometer.

The customer said the dryer smells like its burning when its running. The customer had the dryer pulled out and the dryer duct that goes into the dryer pulled out and laying on the ground. I put the duct back together. I then was able to run the dryer and yes it smelled. I tooled the dryer apart and just found lint build up. I vacuumed all the lint and put the dryer back together. It sounds good and smells better.

"The customer said it just stopping cooling well. They had 2 other service companies out and both of the technicians tapped into the system and checked the pressure. They both said it was a bad compressor. The techs left their taps on and then crimped the tubing. I was unable to get before pressures. Just going off how its working and how suddenly it stoping cooling I diagnosed and bad compressor too. I replaced the compressor, filter drier and updated the board. I checked for leaks and then pulled a vacuum. I recharged the system. The low side was in the upper 20s and dropping and the hi side was around 100 and moving. I advised the customer to wait 6-8 hours for it to cool down and 24 hours before they fill it back up."

I started dryer and the motor is squealing and it barely started. I tried starting it a few times and the motor squeals every time and barely starts. Heat is cycling perfectly between 215F and 115F. The owner said there was issue with the freezer door seal and it does not make ice. I found the ice but was half full of ice and the ice maker was turned off on the display panel. I turned the ice maker back on. There is ice and frost all over the door. The freezer door does not seal tight. I found the bottom of the freezer door gasket was pulled away. I pushed it back into the groove and cleaned the door gasket. I applied silicone grease on the gasket and raised the front feet so the door closes better. I advised the customer its normal for the door to pop as long as it shuts. I also heated up the gasket and stretched it.

Customers complaint unit leaking from the back. Put unit in tested all valves and every feature. No leak. Tipped unit back and checked all the sides and bottom completely dry. It does have evidence of leaking out the back of the unit. From the vent which means too much soap. When cycling didnt get any soap or foam. Also signs of leaking from plumbing. Will need a plumber out to inspect.
