Customer was concerned that it was leaking. Upon arrival in inspection she showed me the source of the leak. I removed the dishwasher and we watched a full cycle and it never leaked.

The back bearing fell apart. Disassembled unit and replaced the back bearing kit. Reassembled unit then tested unit is working great.

Customer complaint is, NO POWER. Inspected and tested. Dishwasher came on after power cycling. I hooked up SmartHQ and dishwasher had a software update available thats supposed to fix this issue. I installed software update and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed. If customer has issues again, we will need to order and replace the UI board part number WD21X31902.
The customer complaint was the timer does not work. When she sets a cycle and presses start it will not start, she has to fiddle with the timer knob to make it start. I tried the timer and I could tell the knob was slipping. I removed the knob and found it was cracked in the center so the metal sleeve was slipping on the metal timer shaft. I swapped the knob with the knob for the wrinkle care. The customer said she never uses that knob so it was ok. The timer now works as it should and the dryer is heating.

Not keeping up to temp. Found a bad bake ignitor. Installed the flat oven ignitor. Ignites, heats and maintains heat great now.

36 in fresh food. 0 in freezer. A big sheet of ice was on bottom of freezer, coming from the evaporator drain. Found the drain plugged. Ice has been then melting and leaking onto the floor. Steamed all the ice out, and was able to pour a 12 oz cup of water down the drain and it slurped and drained quick. Wiped everything down. Everything fixed.
