Customers complaint not drying properly. Takes multiple times and it is not dry and dripping water from venting. Unit is heating its actually getting hotter then normal but no where for the moisture to go. The vent is clogged. Its venting out the roof. When I remove the vent temps and dryer operating correctly. Unit will need the dryer vent cleaned.

Not heating. Found a bad heater assembly. Replaced it. Oiled rollers and vacuumed out dryer. Runs and heats great now.

Customer said that she hears clicking/tapping noise after the refrigerator turns on for about 3-5 minutes. Refrigerator has been cooling and keeping temperature.I turned up fridge to force compressor to turn on and it turned on but maybe sounded like the compressor is running harder than normal but it did start up every time and i explained that the tapping/clicking noise is normal as that is the coolant moving though the system and metal expands and contracts and it also says that in the user manual.I explained what noises to listen for if compressor is not running but that as long as refrigerator is cooling the compressor is running. I also explained that if it is the compressor that a compressor/sealed system repair would cost more than that refrigerator is worth as it is a major repair.She will use it normal and knows that some of those noises are normal. I told her to call us back if she had any more issues.

"Icemaker wouldnt stop making ice/ and then later she had an issue of the bucket being empty and it wouldnt make ice. I found the arm for the icemaker was getting stuck. I moved it up and down until it stopped binding, and then applied some bio friendly super lube to the hinges so that it moves smoother now. Works great now."

The customer said the dryer squeals when it starts. I took it apart and found the right rear rollers was locked up. I quoted for the part only. I replaced the 2 rear roller and oiled the idler pulley. I put it all back together and now its quiet again.

"Replaced bad water valve, steamed out Icemaker area. Now it dispenses water great and doesnt leak into Icemaker at the same time."

"Customer complaint is, DOESNT DRY TOP RACK. Inspected and tested. Customer had run dishwasher over night and hadnt opened it up yet. I opened dishwasher up and there wasnt many dishes in there, but the only thing wet was plastic items with low spots for water to pool. The rinse aid is completely empty and I dont think theyve been using it. I ran dishwasher through service diagnostics mode and the heating element came on. Dishwasher is testing good. I advised customer to use rinse aid for better drying and that plastic isnt going to dry as good as glass or metal dishes.

"Replaced control board, UI and freezer door rails. Tested and all functions are working good. UI is responsive and lights up and freezer door opens and closes smoothly. Refrigerator is working good."

The customer said the whole unit just stopped cooling all of a sudden. I verified the compressor had failed. I replaced the compressor and parts. I updated the board. I pulled a vacuum and then recharged the system.

Customer was getting error door not shutting because the door boot is coming off. Customer said the spring retainer fell off. Reinstalled the boot and then reinstalled the door boot. Tested and now its working properly.

"Ran through full test mode. Its been grinding when it agitates. On spin with no clothes, it shakes a little. Told owner part of the issue would possibly be the plywood platform its on. That could help a little with the shaking. Bigger issue is splutch assembly. Quoted for new splutch. Very tight spot. Installed new splutch kit. Agitates great now. No slippage.

The customer said the microwave will continue to run when its done cooking. I found the power relay is sticking closed. I quoted for the repair and then replaced the power relay. The microwave is working good now.

Unit wont bake or broil. Tested and both aren't working. Pulled oven out and removed board. Inspected board and found the relay is bad. Installed new relay then tested unit.

Installed top oven bake igniter from last diagnosis. Once installed tested and unit is now working properly

"Dishwasher giving an E1 error. Pulled dishwasher out because drain pump keeps running. Basin underneath full of water. Sucked out water with wet vac, then finished drying with paper towels. Ran dishwasher, no leaks. Dishwasher runs great now. No leaks.

"Stopped making ice. Replaced the bad Icemaker. Cycled it, it did a complete cycle and filled. Temps are currently zero and 34, all fans running."

"Customer complaint is, PAUSES IN THE CYCLE AND CANT DO ANYTHING WITH IT. Inspected and tested. When I try and start it, it just pauses within a few seconds. Theres a stored E9F error. I put washer into diagnostic test and nothing will turn on and its giving a E41 error. This is a open door switch. I installed new door switch and tested. Everything is working perfectly now. Customer approved repairs. Washer is now fixed.

Replaced cracked and broken fascia. Also mounted dishwasher to cabinets since it was tipping forward. Works great now.

"Customer complaint is, NOT DRAINING. Inspected and tested. Found dishwasher was full of water. Removed drain hose from garbage disposal and found the plug was still in the garbage disposal. Removed plug and tested. Dishwasher is now draining, but garbage disposal is backing up. I tried turning on the garbage disposal and its just humming. I found a white piece of plastic in the garbage disposal. Removed and now garbage disposal is working and dishwasher is running and draining great. Theres a chattering coming from the drain pump when its running. I removed drain pump and found a piece of plastic. Removed plastic, reassembled and tested again. Also the dishwasher handle was really loose. I tightened it up. Dishwasher is now fixed. Please bill customer. ; saved tckt"

Unit not igniting the left front two burners found the unit has a lot of old baked on grease. Tenants are only a few months this is from the old tenants and using lots of grease to cook with. Found everything just caked. Cleaned as much as I can but the two front igniters are junked. Also the switch on the left front doesnt work will need the switches. "Customer was a no show and did not answer the phone. I tried calling 2 times and Jared tried calling. I also sent a text that I was on my way. "Replaced drain pump, tested rinse and spin and washer now fills, agitates, drains and spins. "Issue isnt rattling. Issue is frost forming on evaporator cover and Icemaker not working. I called Liebherr, theres a service bulletin for this issue. To confirm if this is the issue, we put it into test mode and the sensor thinks its -42 in the freezer. The remedy is a new temp sensor, and a bracket for the sensor, and then to relocate the sensor 6 from upper right corner of evaporator. They said that should also fix Icemaker issue. 959020602 is sensor and bracket is 743922101. Can someone order both and reschedule customer? Techline said new sensor has to be spliced in. Drawers taken out. Please allow 2 time slots for this. ; O-emld tckt , states that autho needed"

Ran diagnostics test and noticed the water didnt sound like it was sloshing. Found that both upper and lower spray arms were not locked in and not spinning. Also found that the soap cascade ultimate has too much suds and would over flow overflow cap and drip underneath dishwasher. The combination of water being diverted incorrectly due to spray arms not being locked in place and the brand of dishwasher detergent was causing the slight leak. I locked spray arms in place and is rotating normally and to use finish dishwasher detergent as it has less suds. I ran dishwasher for over 30 minutes and no leaks. Customer will use dishwasher as normal and call back if problem is still happening.

"Customer complaint is, FRONT LOAD UNPLUG TO RESET, WHEN PLUGGED IN KEEPS SAYING ERROR F03 E01. Inspected and tested. Found the washer is giving a F03E01 error every time I start it. I disconnected the pressure sensor and still got the error. Sucked the water out of the washer and removed drain pump and found the impeller is broken. Needs a new drain pump. Customer approved repairs. Installed new drain pump and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

Replaced bad water valve. It doesnt leak anymore. Found the vent coming out of the ceiling was all detached so I got the vent all put back together. It must have gotten disconnected when maintenance pulled the washer and dryer out. Ran the washer and dryer. Both run well.

"Customer complaint is, WASHER IS NOT COMPLETING CYCLE OR DRAINING. SHOWS AN OE MESSAGE HALF-WAY THROUGH CYCLE AND STOPS. Inspected and tested. Found the drain pump impeller is broken. Customer approved repairs. Removed dryer from washer and installed new drain pump and tested. Washer is working and draining great. Washer is now fixed.

"The new sensor tested the same as the old sensor. I replaced the main control board and that fixed the problem. Now the washer will run completely through the test cycle.

The dryer would not heat at all. I took the dryer apart and tested the heater. The heater coil was bad. I quoted for the repair then replaced the heating element assembly. The dryer is heating up good now.

"Replaced extremely rusty bearing shaft assembly and water valve. Ran on a rinse and spin and also in test mode. Everything works great now. Shakes much less and sounds better. Both hot and cold work now.

"Customer complaint is, BEEPING 6X. Customer is hearing a pulsing noise from inside the refrigerator and then the display flashes and shuts everything down. Customer had refrigerator unplugged over night even though its full of food and just plugged it in before I got here. Inspected and tested. The evaporator fan is pulsing and randomly the display goes dead and then flashes like when its powering on. I disconnected fan at the board and the noise goes away. I put refrigerator into diagnostics and turned the evaporator fan on and its pulsing. I disconnected damper at the board and fan is still pulsing and its the only thing on. Customer approved repairs. Installed new evaporator fan motor and tested. No more pulsing. Refrigerator is now fixed."

The model number is worn away. The washer would not go into a spin. I found the lid switch was faulty. I jumped the switch and now its working. I quoted for the switch. I replaced the lid switch and tested the washer. Its working good. The agitator dogs are good too.

"Customer complaint is, NOT WORKING. Inspected and tested. Found washer was full of clothes and water all the way to the top. It took me 30 minutes to drain the water and remove clothes. I removed drain pump and found a sock in it. Removed sock and tested. Washer is now draining and working great. Washer is now fixed."

"Found that the igniter is weak and not turning on gas to heat oven. Customer approved estimate and to charge card on file. Replaced igniter, tested and oven preheated and is heating and working good.

"Was squealing. Found a bad idler pully and worn down belt. Replaced both. Vacuumed out a lot of lint, and cleaned and oiled roller shafts. Showed customer how to clean down in lint trap area, and tested with a load of wet garments. Sounds great now.

"Customer complaint is, WON'T TURN ON. Inspected and tested. Found the door switch is broken. Customer approved repairs. Installed new door switch and tested. Dryer didnt start, so I messed with the plug at the wall and now its running. The vent is the flexible white plastic material. I showed the plug and vent issues to the customer and advised on replacing both. Dryer is now fixed.

"Found that there are two issues. First, the freezer door is not being pulled closed by the freezer door rail springs. They were somehow tripped and i was able to reset them and now door pulls shut. There is no rip in the seal. The rip the customer saw is normal and part of the gasket. The leaking is from the water line behind the refrigerator, the waterline was kinked and was leaking. Customer approved estimate to replace bad section of line but the fridge is so tight in the cabinet that there is a lot of heat that gets trapped and will cause the line to get brittle. I showed customer specs recommended from manufacture to keep compressor cooled off. I also recommended the copper waterline be installed by plumber if still enclosed in cabinet.No longer leaking from waterline. And freezer door is now being pulled shut and door is sealing. If problem keeps happening with door the freezer door rails will need to be replaced.

"Giving F1 error now. Drain error. I pulled out the dryer and disconnected the drain line and made sure that didnt have any blockage. Then I disconnected the internal drain line and blew through it and heard bubbles in the basin. So good air flow. Then used wet vac to suck all the water out of the basin via the internal drain line. Then pulled out filter and cleaned a ton more lint out of filter. Then cleaned out basin again. Ran it, it runs well and heats well. If for some reason we get the F1 error again, according to Asko it could only be a bad basin pump. I let the tenant know that."

Replaced garbage disposal. Tested and now runs and no leaks. Garbage disposal is running and working good.

The washer would not drain. The customer had the washer drained for me when I arrived. I started the washer and found the drain pump impeller is stripped. I quoted for the repair then replaced the drain pump. The washer is now working great and drains good.

The customer said the lower oven makes a loud noise and flames shoot out. I found that when the lower oven starts the convection fan tried to start but does not spin. If I spin the fan blade then it starts but moves slow. The flames are wild because the fan is not running. It needs a fan motor.I replaced the convection fan motor only. The oven is now heating up faster and the convection fan is coming on and moving the air.

"Not draining. Found debris in air gap. Cleaned it out, filled and drained it three times. Drains awesome every time. Also let customer know they could bypass air gap if they wanted to."

Unit dead. Verified complaint unit is dead. Unit is hard wired in. Turned breaker off and checked the connection at the junction box. Found connections good. Flipped breaker on and tested voltage nothing. Not getting power to the unit. Customer will need a electrician to repair and get voltage to the unit.

This washer qualifies as part of the samsung washer recall. I showed customer the information and phone number to call to proceed with recall and recommended that they replace and not do the fix. Customer will do that.

Installed mag from last diagnosis. Unit was not heating and sparking. Once installed tested. Unit is now heating and not arcing. Reassembled unit then reinstalled in the cabinet.

"Found that igniter is weak and not turning on gas. Customer approved estimate. Replaced igniter, tested and oven is heating and working good.

"Found that the igniter is open. Customer approved estimate. Replaced igniter, tested and bake now preheats and is working good. Broil also heats.

The freezer evaporator is completely frosted over. I found the defrost thermostat is bad. I replaced the thermostat and defrosted the evaporator. Water is leaking from the freezer door. I advised the customer that should stop once the door freezes again.

Installed new gasket. Once installed went over the unit with a little food grade grease and added a small amount to the new gasket. Then running my hand over and folds or kinks from shipping. Unit is sealing showed tenant the gasket and explained the grease and they can wipe it away in a few days if it bugs them once the seal has settled.

The customer said the ovens dont work and they have not used them in over a year. The breaker was off. I turned the power back on and tried both ovens. After a few minutes both ovens shut off and f96 was displayed. The fault is for the upper cooling fan not reaching speed. I put into test mode and tested each fan. Both fans do come on in test mode. I tried the ovens again and they started to heat and almost preheated but then the f96 popped up again. The oven will need the upper cooling fan and sensor board. Im ordering the parts from Dey. WB26X24020 cooling fan WB27T11463 cooling board sensor ; ordrd 1 WB27T11463 (COOLING FAN sensor board) and 1 WB26X24020 (COOLING FAN ASSM)

Installed parts from last diagnosis. Installed new right handle and then installed 2 door shims. I removed the make shift ones that Warner installed. Leveled the door and feet. Its now in spec. Once finishing tested the door found the reed switch failed on the left door. Requesting both reed switches. Ordered from Marcone and rescheduled ; ordrd 2 5707440200 (Reed switch)s

"Customers complaint hinge loose again and not shutting right. Sounds like this has been an issue for a while. Customer said last time they came the bolt was loose guy said he tightened it and came loose in a day. Verified complaint the screw for the hinge is loose. Pulled unit out alittle and tried to tighten the nut nothing really. Found there is nut missing. Looks like last time there were here it they tighten it just to the frame. Everything is now tweaked in the corner. Not sure if its even repairable. Good chance we do hinge bolt and nut and it will click or rub because everything is so tweaked I tried to put a nut on the bolt I had and I cant because its so bent where the nut goes I can get installed. "The complaint is the fresh food section is not as cold as it should be so they have to put bags of ice in there cool it down. I removed all the bins in the refrigerator section and found the rear cover is completely iced up and I cannot remove it. I bypassed the door switch and put it into force freeze mode, and I am not hearing the fresh food fan come on. I do hear the freezer fan come on. I am ordering a defrost heater assembly and a fresh food fan motor to have. I advise them to have it unplugged on Thursday and with the doors open so I can fully defrost. when the cover is off, I can then test the fan and heater. ; ordrd 1 DA31-00146J (Fan motor) and 1 DA47-00322J (Heater)"

Dishwasher drain pump constantly running and getting F10 error. Also smells like something is burning. I could see faint smoke looks like coming from heater. Even when I removed any moisture from bottom drip pan and still getting error. I cant reach frost switch but appears it is always closed and running drain pump.Burning smell is coming from motor or heater. Heater is shorted and is constantly sending power to drain pump causing the burning smell and drain pump to never stop.Hard to diagnosis since the whole bottom has to split from tub to gain full access to those parts. Schedule 3 hours for repair have to fully discount and flip dishwasher to take off bottom to get to microswitch.Unless you know of a better way that im not seeing.Please find parts and quote customer. "Customer said dryer is still squeaking intermittently. Customer shoed me video. As im here im not hearing but based on video one for the roller is squeaking and customer approved to replaced all 4. "Customer complaint is, SCREECHES. Inspected and tested. Found the idler pulley is seizing up and squealing and the belt is cracked. Customer approved repairs. Installed new rebuild kit and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Cut out the crushed part of the vent and reconnected. Tested and dryer sounds great. Airflow on outside of house is 20mph. Dryer is now fixed.

Unit not heating but tumbles. Unit sounds great for tumbling wise. Removed the back cover and started test fuses and thermostats. Found a bad thermal fuse. Quoted then replaced. Once installed tested and unit is working properly. Reinstalled after cleaning behind the dryer with the customer.

Tenants complaint is not dispensing ice or water. Found the levers are stuck. Found that everything is siezed and needs to be completely replaced or disassembled and cleaned/repaired. I disassembled the whole dispenser and cleaned all components and lubed with food grade grease where needed. Also steamed the unit because of mold from food spillage. Once all rebuilt. Reinstalled tested all features unit is working great.

The issue is the dishwasher leaks from the bottom of the door. I found the lower spray arm heat shields have fallen off and bottom of the lower spray arm is melted. There is a big hole in one side of the lower spray arm. So when it starts water is spraying towards the door and water is leaking out under the door. I checked for faults and any set or updates. I found no other issues with the dishwasher. The customer thinks maybe silverware had caught on and stopped the spray arm from spinning and then it was melted by the heating element. The customer will order the spray arm and replace it themselves. I did the firmware update.

Installed inverter from last diagnosis from the bulletin for noise complaints on the compressor. Installed part then went through test mode and made sure everything was working properly.

Installed new spray arm from last diagnosis. Once installed tested to make sure its spinning properly. Unit is now working properly

"Replaced bad user interface board. Ran both ovens. Lower oven heated great. Customer said upper oven wasnt heating before it stopped working. I ran the oven on 350 for 10 minutes, and within 10 minutes it got up to 350. Everything works great."

Found that the dryer vent cap was loose and water would leak into vent inside door onto floor. I tightened vent cap and no leaks.

"Replaced bad filter housing base. Existing filter is damaged too so it still leaks, I gave them the part number for the correct filter. They will order that filter.

"Washer has been getting out of balance. I put it through full test mode. Everything checked out good in test mode. I then put it on a rinse and spin with towels and found that it was odd balance, tipping to the left. I extended the left feed down all the way so its level now, and it spins much better without shaking."

"Replaced thermistor and high limit, idler pulley was good. Tested and dryer now cycles heat normally and is working good."

"Latch doesnt stay latched. Went to the appliance store in Vadnais heights and picked up a new GE latch after getting approval from owner. Replaced latch, it works great now.

"Found that igniter is open and not heating up to turn on gas. Customer approved estimate. Replaced igniter, tested and bake preheated and oven is heating and working good.

I installed the new control board. The unit started but the compressor did not. I found the relay was bad. I installed a extra one I had in hand. The compressor started right up. Now its all cooling good.

Today I installed the new igniter. Now the dryer is heating up good. No other issues found.

The oven would not start to bake. I set it to bake and I got 0 volts to the igniter. I removed the board and flus the bake relay had a bad solder spot. I repaired the board and put it back in. I tested the bake and now it heats up.

"Dryer hasnt been drying clothes well. Taking multiple cycles. Found the filter packed with lint and hair. Used a hose to spray it out for 10 minutes until all the lint was cleared out. Took the cover off the fan, and cleaned lint out of there. Also cleaned and vacuumed out the area around the filter. Customer said that the washer hasnt been getting a lot of the water out of the clothes, they are sopping wet when they put the clothes into the dryer. We ran a towel on rinse and spin, then put it in the dryer and it dried well now that the filter and everything is cleaned out."

"Microwave fan running very loud. Took down microwave and found debris from the roof in the fan area. Cleaned it out, runs nice and quiet now. Then we found out they recently had their roof redone and that was when the noise started."

"Dishwasher was dead, we found a bad thermal fuse on the main PCB. Replaced fuse, runs great now.

"Dryer squealing and rumbling. Found 3 bad support rollers and a seized up idler pully. Also found a frayed belt. Quoted for kit. The kit was missing the pully so we used a pully from stock but didnt charge extra for that..

"The complaint was the washer would not drain and so then it was off balance and would not spin. I started the drain pump, I tried to pump but was not about to. I took the drain pump out and found a small nail in the pump. I removed the nail and tried it again . Now its all working good."

Installed all parts from last diagnosis. Once installed tested for 15 minutes and filled and drained multiple times to make sure all components are working correctly and no leaks. Reinstalled back to same location as before.

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING. Inspected and tested. Found the brass elbow on the valve was cracked and leaking. Installed new elbow and tested. No more leaks. Dishwasher is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, THINKS DAMPER IS BAD OR FAN. Inspected and tested. The evaporator fan wasnt running. I replaced it with a new one and still not working. The main board has failed and is not turning the fan on. Customer approved repairs. Installed new main board and tested. Fan is now working and circulating cold air to the FF compartment. "The customer said the refrigerator light bulb burnt out. I have no bulb to test and I was not sent with a bulb. The customer had a light bulb but its to big to fit. I removed the control assembly so I could pull it down and install a light bulb. The light bulb comes on and when I close the light switch it goes off. At some point the door mag have been left ajar and the light was on for a while. The bulb had melted the line around it very bad. I added pics. For now I added some foil tape to cover the whole but the liner is so bubbled a new bulb may hit the liner. When the refrigerator door opens it pops. It needs new door cams. Installed new board from last diagnosis. Tested and bottom igniter started glowing and lite. The top needs new igniter. Go to replace with truck stock and mine is broken. Will return on Thursday with new igniter; schdld next appmnt for 9/7 THU !

The complaint from the tenant is the washer does not drain the water out all the time. She said it was a little better since last visit. When I got into the basement I found some water under the washer and water around the furnace that in front of the washer. I think this basement has a issue and that water and moisture is affecting the washer. I checked for error codes and the most recent is for out of balance. I cleared the fault codes and did a calibration. On my last visit the washer was not shifting so it would not shift into a spin. I replaced the shifter and then it would shift and go into a spin cycle. Today I started a cycle empty and waited until it started to washer. I then stopped the washer and added 4-5 heavy towels. I ran a rinse and spin cycle. One of the water seems to coming from the washer. I let the washer fill and then agitate. It sounded funny so I looked underneath. I could see the belt guard is sitting on the ground. I lifted the lid and found the whole tub was sitting to low and its on the ground on the ground. It looks like the suspension rods are bad and all 4 need to be replaced. I called the owner and gave a update. I gave the quote for replacing the rods. Moisture is building up on the top ceiling of the freezer in front of the freezer gasket. I appears that the freezer gasket is not sealing tight. The gaskets are good. They are not dry or cracked and they are not pulling away. I put some clear grease on the freezer door gasket so it seals a little better. I found the whole unit is flat and doors are not closing fast. I raised the front legs so the doors close faster and doors stay closed tighter. The bottom crisper drawer rub on the crisper pan when they slide in and out. I found the bottom pan is bowing down and is moved against one side. We removed all the food off the shelf and then I centered the shelf. The drawers for now slide in and out better. I advised the customer that the weight of the food can cause the shelf to sag and this could happen again. I said I can submit for a new crisper pan shelf. One of the drawers corners is broken. I said I can also submit a request for new drawers. Please submit for approval and then contact the customer with update. "Customer complaint is, INCH OF DIRTY WATER AT THE BOTTOM, TRIED CLEANING THE SUMP. Inspected and tested. Found the air gap was plugged on the counter. I bypassed air gap and hooked directly up to drain pipe. Tested dishwasher and its draining great. Dishwasher is now fixed. Please bill customer $178.95; saved tckt"

Installed timer and knob from last diagnosis. Once installed tested and its working properly. Also did a maintenance check and clean up. I oiled up the back bearing. All slides on the front still look good and have some more usage left.

The customer said the oven takes a long time to preheat and and bake. I started the oven on bake and the oven bake ignitor started glow. I took a amp of the bake ignitor while it started glow. The amp draw of the ignitor was drawing 2.6 amps and it should be over 3 amps. I replaced the bad bake ignitor. I tested the oven and now its heating up fast and will bake better.
