Replaced bad latch and secured junction molex connector (black and white Inside back area). Lots of detergent suds. Recommended putting some cooking oil in wash one time. Runs great.

I installed the gearbox and clutch. I cleared the errors and put it through test mode, it performed perfect. I calibrated it. The washer is now fixed.

Not cooling fridge. Compressor and fans were rubbing and no frost. The sealed system has failed. They will repair or replace it.

Bottom of transmission is falling apart. Quoted for new transmission/clutch assembly. Customer doesnt like washer and its 12 years old so she will replace.

Found that door lock is going bad, it is very finicky one time door is shut the cycle will advance and next time it will not sense that the door is shut to start.I wiggle the door latch and it will sense door shut then sense it is open. Tested and all other functions seem good. Gave customer estimate to replace door lock and customer will think about it and call back if they want to proceed.

Customer complaint is, ice maker stopped working. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature was 37F and freezer was -1. I pressed the test button on the ice maker and it cycled, but did not fill with water. I did that twice with the same results. The ice maker has failed. Installed new ice maker and tested. Ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed.

This dishwasher is on the 17th floor.Dishwasher not draining. Found that there was broken piece of coffee mug stuck inside drain pump. Removed debris, Tested and dishwasher now drains and all functions are working good..

The dryer starts but the drum would not tumble. I removed the top and found the belt was not on the pulley and it was not broken but very torn up. I found the idler pulley was stuck and the belt was rubbing a groove in it. I quoted for the idler and belt. I replaced the idler and the belt and oiled the other rollers. The dryer sounds good and is working.
