Bad smell in clothes and leaking. The hose was pinched behind the unit, and the drain is improper it is over 7 ft tall. I ran it in service diagnostic mode it fills and drains perfect I saw no leaks. Its obvious that the washer because of their drain issue is not rinsing the clothes well. I adjusted some settings and recommended she keep it on deep water rinse and deep water clean as well as using less detergent and she has been using a full Full. Dishwasher to work properly would need to be re-plumbed with a standpipe the appropriate height.

Customers concern was the dishes were not getting clean they felt they had a problem with the pump. Upon arrival and inspection I found that the pump and failed the control board had shut off the heater. I replaced the pump check for leaks and cleaned all the surfaces. Ran it through service diagnostic mode and found the heater to be working great and all the systems checked out. The dishwasher is now fixed.

Unit wasnt heating. Disassembled unit and started testing the heating element. The element had broke. Quoted customer for new heater assembly that we carry on our truck. Also cleaned up unit. Rollers and idler looked good and spun nicely. No other parts needed at this time.

Not running. Found that the plastic on the inside of the door that holds the spring was broken. Needs 5304473843. Marcone has them. Plastic overall on microwave is brittle.

It needs air kit and ice maker. Also needs ice maker flap but looks like it only comes as an assembly.

Found that junction box shorted (the known Bosch issue) i removed terminal block and just wire nut wires together. Tested and dishwasher is running and working good.

I replaced the filter housing assembly. I dried up the cavity and found one other source of moisture from the seam between the bottom and sides in the lower LH side of the unit. The liner was bulged and you could squeeze out water if you pushed on the cover. I let the customer know they would have to perform a 3 day hard defrost to eliminate this moisture. It is possible the defrost drain/ice room is leaking behind the liner, but I could not see that. The fridge is now fixed. I also cleaned the drain duck-bill on both drains while the unit was pulled out.

Replaced both sides of rack rail. Tested and drawer now slides in fully and not pushing door open. Door is fully shutting. Refrigerator is working good.

Found that evaporator was iced up and hitting fan blade. Also evaporator fan motor was rusting and loud. Replaced evaporator fan, bi metal, defrost timer. Tested and refrigerator is running quiet and working good.(Did NOT use condenser fan motor)
