Customers complaint was the door drops down and the door cables are broken. I verified the cables are broken. I installed the new door link cable kit. The door does not drop down anymore and the customer was happy with repair. I collected the total that was quoted.

Customers complain that she has a leak from the freezer into the fresh food section. Upon arrival in inspection I found there was water underneath the tree in the freezer. The defrost drain was blocked I saw three different types of vegetables frozen and suspended in the water. I defrosted it and installed a drain probe to ensure this doesnt happen in the future. The fridge is now fixed.

Bake isnt working on the top oven. The broil was working fine. Igniter will never glow for the bake. Replaced the bake igniter now unit is working great. Installed 5303935066 from truck stock

Call customer complaint was the dishwasher stops mid cycle and is leaking from underneath. I first checked for any fault codes and a few were in the history. The most recent two were for the diverter not finding home position . I started the dishwasher and let it run and found water is leaking from the diverter. It would need a new sump assembly.. I added the quote to pics.9-1 9-2 6-4 6-3

Customer complaint is, panel goes off by itself, error F2E6. Inspected and tested. The board has failed. . Customer approved repairs. Installed refurbished board and tested. Oven is working great. Oven is now fixed.

Looses power intermittently then after she power cycles it comes back. Bad Main board was found, part was NLA I quoted but she declined she will use it till it dies then replace it.

Customer complaint was theres a loud fan noise in the fresh food compartment. The customer played a video from the fresh food compartment and it sounds like the fresh food evaporator fan. I remove the fan and found that when I spun the fan blade by hand it was rough. I replaced the fan and now it sounds good.

After a power event the dryer needed to be reset. The customer did this but was concerned and wanted to confirm the system was ok. I hooked it up to the SmartHQ and tested it. It looked great.
