"The complaint is the unit is not cooling as good as it used to be to in both section. The customer said the fresh food section has been loosing its cool for a long time, more than a month. The freezer just started to get warm. Today the freezer is over 20 degrees. I remove the evaporator cover. The frost pattern is low and only a little bit of frost is forming on the cap tube going into the evaporator. I took a suction pressure and it was in a deep vacuum. I soaped up the joints in the back and unplugged the fridge. I found no leaks. I used my combustible leak detector and look for leaks. I found no leaks in the evaporator or in the back. I called Beko techline and reported the findings. He said there is no repair I can make. He said to submit finding to our Beko rep. He gave me the case ticket number. Found the cold water is filling way slower than the hot water. I think its not filling quick enough on the rinse cycle and giving an error and stopping. Call Smurf complaint is unit not cooling again. Its slowly getting warmer freezer was about 24? so the ice cream and any sugar products arent freezing. This assembled to get to evaporator just a small little clump of ice up by the evaporator fan fans running its just has no frost pattern. Pulled unit out on protective mat hooked up gauges getting a reading of a low side leak. Last time we did compressor did and saw dryer use the UV light cant find anything on the evaporator compressor welds or condenser itself. Im getting some evidence in the drain hose pitcher for the defrost drain. But nothing on the evaporator using the sniffer was getting a reading inside the evaporator area and by the Yoder loop in the back. There is a good chance its leaking inside the unit.; saved tckt

Customer complaint not washing properly or cleaning any of the dishes verified complaint when running was not getting any pressure from the water can hear the motor run and its just trickling in the water. Pulled unit out. There was enough slack and all the lines to pull out without disconnecting anything it was pulled out on protective Matt disassembled unit removed the motor and found the motor is bad. Replace motor reassembled and tested. Unit has water pressure. Was also getting now a error codes for the diverter motor. Replaced diverter motor also and now unit is working properly went through test mode no error codes but both spray arms are clogged up also requesting new arms ship parts directly to customer he can install spray arms. Customer states the unit starts with a noise.Disassembled and found the blower wheel is broken in the center of the wheel. Installed new door lock and all 4 new damper rods supplied by warranty and shipped to customer. Tested and washer is working great and not banging around. Washer is now fixed.

The freezer is not freezing and not moving air. I found the freezer evap fan motor is bad. Today I replaced the fan motor and cleaned up the ice. Its all working good now.

Small right oven not heating. Neither bake nor broil. Called tech support. We took out the bottom drawer and stuck a pen inside a red button and did a reset. Now it heats great.

Machine had a E1 error code on it when I arrived. Took front panel off of the base of the machine and felt around and there was standing water in the bottom. Pulled machine out and pulled off the left side panel. Discovered that the water break had come disconnected from the side of the machine. Water was leaking through where the water fill goes in whenever the machine went to fill. Reconnected clip that holds water break in place and sealed. Tested repair. Ran machine for five minutes. Machine is no longer leaking. Dried out the base and put the machine back together and back into the hole. Everything looks great now.

Customer said it would not start and the DE error code was present when I arrived. DE is for a stored error code for a failed door latch. Tried to get the door to latch. Look like the interlocked assembly was not working correctly. When today and picked up a new latch assembly. Install and tested. Door looks great. And machine starts up without a issue now.

"Customer states at least, sometimes leaving a puddle of water on the floor. Open it up and saw a sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer. Took a peek at the evaporator in the back and discovered the defrost drain was totally blocked and frozen over. Pull everything out of the freezer and manually defrosted the drain. The heater checked good so I think it was just the blocked drain. Wiped everything down and put everything back together and put all the food back in the freezer. I think that should be it. Everything looks good now."

Disassembled front and rear of machine. Removed front tub cover and rear pulley. Pulled old tub assembly out and replaced it with new. Put everything back together. Ran all the way through a spin cycle and everything looked great. Balances much better now.

Dishwasher power button gets stuck and you have to pry it up. I took the door apart and found that there was sticky stuff built up around the button. The button assembly is no longer available. I did a nationwide search. I cleaned out around the button and added just a little bit of oil and now it operates great.

"Upon inspection, I checked the igniter and noticed it measured 60 ohms. I replaced it with a new igniter. After testing the cycle, there were no smells detected. the machine runs great.

"Customer complaint is, TRIPS THE BREAKER - WON'T COMPLETE A CYCLE. Inspected and tested. Theres a stored F8E1 error which is a long fill/no fill error. I ran washer through test mode and everything is working perfectly. I tipped washer up and inspected wiring underneath at the board and all looked good. I had customer put a load of clothes in the washer and started a normal cycle and watched it through the entire cycle and it did not trip the breaker. I had my amp meter on the whole time I was running it and never saw it draw more than 7 amps. Washer is running and testing perfectly."

Dryer banging. Found that the bearing on the back had partially detached because two screws came out. Reattached screws and lubricated bearing. Runs great now.

The complaint is the dryer does not heat on normal but does on all the other cycles. I found the energy saver was turned on for the normal cycle. In the beginning of the normal cycle the dryer does not heat much if energy saver is on. The clothes will not come out 100 percent dry. I turned the energy saver off and now the dryer heats up good on normal and all cycles. The air flow outside was around 12 mph and it was around 18 inside. The customer said he will changes the duct from the semi ridge to hard ridged pipe.

"The washer is loud when it spins. The lower bearing was shot. Today I replaced the lower bearing support stool and the tub with bearing and seal. I ran the washer, no leaks and it sounds good."

This is a dual fuel dcs range. The oven is electric but the top is all gas. None of the burners on top work. They all spark but no gas was coming out. I verified the gas valve on the range is on. I went down to the basement and found the gas supply line and were its hooked up. I turned the gas off and disconnected the line to the range. Then turned the gas on and verified gas is coming out of the copper supply line. I hooked the supply line back up to the line going to the range and turned the gas back on. Now I get gas coming out the burners but the flames are low and it doesnt seem like much pressure. Someone needs to come out and verify the gauges is getting the correct gas pressure.

The bake ignitor was bad so the oven is not heating. I tested the bake ignitor and it had failed. I quoted the customer then replaced the ignitor. The bake is so good now.

"Returned with the part, installed the part, remounted the unit, cycled and tested, the unit now fills and drains as it should."

Customer stated the unit is not properly heating. Ran unit for a while heated up past pre heated temp and then after several minutes reached the correct temp. Customer had concerns about the fan not coming on. I checked found no bulletins for the fan issue. Could not find in the tech manual the reason for the fan. Also found that there was a bulletin for the temp probe. Called tech support and was informed the fan only run when the gas is not on. The temp probe is currently the correct updated model. Informed the customer that I could not find an issues with the unit heating

Squealing. Found a bad idler pully and belt and rollers. Replaced all. Runs quiet now. Also vacuumed out dryer.

"Customer states the knob was broken, the stem on the dial or timer was broken, the console also had a spot it was broken. Removed and replaced both the console and the timer. Cycled and tested"

"Customer complaint is, ICEMAKER IS NOT WORKING. Inspected and tested. Ice maker is all frosted up. Refrigerator needs the ice maker kit. Theres no kit for this refrigerator. Customer had already defrosted and sealed the outside and most of the inside of the ice room sense I was here last and said its not frosting up anymore, but the ice maker isnt cycling just clicking. I finished sealing up the back of the ice room and installed new ice maker. Tested and ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed."

The complaint was its 30 on the inside. What I found is just calcium buildup and I advise him how to clean it with vinegar. I left the dishwasher run for more than 20 minutes and it was working just fine. In a drains good. No issues found just needs to be cleaned with vinegar

The complaint was the washer makes a loud noise when it feels with water. I hooked up the washer to hot and cold and ran it through a cycle as it fills. It sounds perfectly fine. The maiden supervisor was with me and said it sounded normal now. No issues found

"Customer complaint is that water leaks from front of washer. I found a lot of hair and lint built up on glass on bottom of door. I cleaned all that up, no leaks now. Also they said water doesnt funnel down well in dispenser drawer and water sprays out of the drawer. I ended up cleaning 30 plugged holes in ceiling of drawer. Now it fills well and doesnt spray all over. They asked if we should replace the waterlines in back. I put a camera back there and could see they are braided and no leaks. Recommended not, especially since its a very short vent in back. Everything runs great now."

"Washer leaked some water. Customer asked me to check over everything. I ran it on a large cycle, warm water, with towels. It never dripped or leaked from the drain hose or waterlines. I did hear when it drained, it sounded like the water was filling to the top of the drain in the wall. Its totally clean in the cabinet of the washer. Its filling, agitating, spinning and draining great.

"Customer complaint not getting ice. Put unit in test mode and found the water isnt filling the ice maker. Its frozen. In test mode was getting E5 code. It wasnt able to do a few of the test, so did a hard reset. And now went through test mode and wasnt getting any error code. Just have an issue with filling because its frozen. Customer is going to unplug unit over the weekend and let it defrost for two days then plug it back in and see what happens. Customer will keep us posted"

The compliant is the washer does not spin out or drain all the way. I put into diagnostics and there are no error codes. I ran a test and it works great. No issues found.

The fresh food damper was getting loud. Today I replaced the fresh food damper. The new damper sounds good.

"Drain pump runs continually and locks you out from using any of the controls. Found the flood pan full of water. Looks like through the years theres been water in the flood pan before. Customer approved. I did so, and there were zero leaks. Drain pump doesnt continuously run anymore. Recommended switching to finish to avoid possible over sudsing."

Customer complaint and making noise during tumble. Its random sometimes you extremely loud sometimes more quiet and sometimes you dont hear it. Disassembled unit and found a loose blower wheel. Tried tightening it and found that the plastic around the metal nut for the blower wheel is bad. Needs new blower wheel. Amount is under approved amount. I do not have that one on my truck I ran to theparts department got a floor wheel and returned same day to finish the repair. Once installed tested multiple times and is working properly.

Call Samara had the vents cleaned. They ended up disconnecting the dryer vent and would not remove the dryer and re-hook it up because of how it was mounted seafood. Its on our raised platform was not a big deal was able to move everything pretty easily with just some muscle. Pulled out the washer. Had enough room between the cabinets to re-hook up the dryer checked inside the vents were hooked the dryer everything was cleared reassembled and reinstalled wash machine tested and unit is working. I did show customer he cant even see through their lens screen and that will cause an issue also. Can we please order the part and ship it to the customer. I already charged the customer. "Callers complaint is loud noise sounding at random times and lasting about 10 minutes long. Customer cant tell. Sounds like its either coming from the freezer or the back of the refrigerator. I explained thats two spots. There is a fan. Customer said that the noise doesnt go away when they open the door. Customer thought it was louder in the freezer than outside of the freezer but wasnt quite sure on arrival. No noise are running the damper sounds good opening and closing. Tried pushing and moving things around in the freezer to see if for something was pushing against that fan, making a noise but nothing, also tried adjusting and moving around the condenser fan see if that would rattle or make noise again, no noise. Both fans condenser and evaporator are about the same price quoted bluebook for the freezer evaporator fan that one is $10 more. Customer is all right with the price but wants to make sure we get the right one. I explained if it makes a noise again to try to see exactly where its coming from. I did explain it can be hard over the phone to do a stream for noise. Best case scenario is open in the freezer when the noise is making. And see if it gets louder inside or next to it also showed exactly where the fan is so they can press around the evaporator cover to see if it stops or makes noise louder. Also explain they could always pull out the fridge again and see if its making noise in the back customers on watch it and let us know so we can order parts and get it fixed.; states that autho needed"

Tenants complaint leaking from door spin cycle loud and clothing bouncing around. Verified complaint. The door bellow is damage and needs to be replaced customer also said it was leaking from out side the door. I couldnt get it to leak. Looks more like spills on the glass. In spin cycle the bearings are getting louder and thats the noise the customer said it makes and it gets really loud with clothing. Unit needs a new door boot and a new bearing. The dryer was just pulled away from the vent. I pushed it back in and verified its hooked up and no air comes out.

"Customer complaint is, STOPPED MID-CYCLE, WON'T UNLOCK. Inspected and tested. The door is still locked. UI turns on, but doesnt start or unlock door. I put into error mode and theres a 9C2 stored error, which is a power error. I have 120V at the main board. The main board has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new main board and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed."

Making loud noise during tumbling. Disassembled unit and found one of the back rollers was seized and chewed up. Quoted for new roller installed new roller, cleaned up all the rollers and idler and lint inside unit reassembled and tested units working properly now.

"Customer complaint is, NOT GETTING UP TO TEMP. Inspected and tested. Found the bake element is fried. Customer approved repair. Installed new bake element and tested. Oven is heating great. Range is now fixed."

"In order to correct the issues, I replaced the heating coils and ignitor. I also performed a thorough cleanup, addressing any needed cleaning, as I found a significant amount of lint, which I vacuumed. I confirmed that the vent is clean, and it does allow the heat to flow. I am not aware of the history of maintenance for the vent pipe. I recommend cleaning it if persistent issues arise. Additionally, I adjusted the door as needed, ensuring that it now closes properly and heats up effectively.

"Not igniting. Found the hole that gas goes through on burner cap plugged with mineral deposit. I cleaned that out, it ignites great now. I called owner and let him know."

Customer had the parts disconnected the unit removed. installed new switch assembly cycled and tested all burners working correctly.

"Customer complaint is, NOT HEATING, TOO HOT WHEN DOES HEAT. Inspected and tested. Found one of the wires to the heating element is melted. I repaired wire and tested. Dryer is now heating and cycling between 220F and 130F on timed dry high heat and airflow on outside of house is 17mph. With vent disconnected, heat is cycling between 180F and 120F. The vent is 30-40 feet long. I advised customer to clean vent and advised it might not get any better with the long vent and recommended customer try and reroute vent to make it shorter."

The start button on the user interface was not working. Today I replaced the user interface.

The dryer was making a clicking or tapping sound or maybe even a rubbing sound. I was hard to pinpoint. I took the whole dryer apart and oiled the rollers. I put it back together and it sounds better. The rubber seal on the door was pulling out. I soaped it up and pushed it back in.

The customer said the freezer is warm and the door is not closing tight. I found the top bin was not put in right. I put the bin in and now the drawer closes tight. I took a temp of the freezer. The temp at the time was 25 and dropped down to 20. Ice is frozen in the freezer and bread. There was not much food in the freezer.

"Customer complaint is, NOISEY WHEN DRAINS. Inspected and tested. When drain pump turns on, its loud and chattering. I ran washer through test mode and its draining, just loud. I removed the hose from the drain pump and didnt find anything in it. The impeller feels loose. I turned the drain pump on and I can stop the impeller with my finger. The drain pump is failing. Customer approved repairs. Installed new drain pump and tested. Washer sounds great. Washer is now fixed."

Customers complaint unit not heating for bake. Cook top works properly. Found the back igniter is getting 120v to it but wont fire up. We have a bad igniter. Quoted blue book for new igniter. Customer approved installed part. Once installed tested multiple times made sure its working correctly.

"Customer complaint is, NOT DISPENSING SOAP ON COLD CYCLE. Inspected and tested. The dispenser is all gummed up with liquid detergent. Customer switched detergent and has been having issues sense with using cold water. I cleaned out dispenser and can run water through it and it creates a good siphon and sucks all the water out. I advised customer she is going to need to use a hotter water, less detergent or switch back to the soap she was using before. The dispenser is working as designed, just the detergent is getting thick with the cold water and not able to create a siphon and run out."

"Customer complaint is, IT WILL NOT TURN ON AS IF IT'S GETTING NO POWER. Square Trade had sent a new control panel and main board to the customer. Inspected and tested. Found the control panel had failed. Installed new control panel and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

The ice maker will not make ice. I found the ice maker was not cycling. There was ice in it and some frost. I put into defrost but it was not melting. I defrosted the ice maker and removed it. I installed the new ice maker.

Installed part from last diagnosis once it was installed tested multiple times. Its working properly now went through test mode. Everything is working correctly.

Returned with the rebuilt board. Installed cycled and tested. The unit preheated to temp with no issues.

Customer stated the front and back burner on the left side of the stove is not functioning correctly.Cycled and tested found both lighting hard. Tried cleaned my up the area with a wire brush. Still could not get the burners to light. Replaced both oriface holders on the left side. Cycled and test both worked as they should.

"Customer stated the unit would run halfway through a cycle and stop, sometimes the unit would not fill. Customer said the last few uses the unit worked as it should. Checked and found a code for a no fill and no drain .Replaced the supplied water valve. Cycled and tested, unit filled and drained as it should."

"Not draining for the past week. Found a bad drain pump. Replaced the pump, now it drains awesome. Submitting as needing autho per RJ. Ticket attached. ; used 1 4681EA2001T (DRAIN PUMP) from stock"

"Customer states the ice maker is not working.Made sure ice maker was turned on, jumped the unit for ice harvest, then unit filled with water. Door switches work informed the customer to allow 24 hours ; saved tckt"

"Returned with parts, found the ice maker full of ice, customer wants to wait before putting parts in. I pushed the door switch back in its place to see if that was the cause of the ice maker not working, the customer will call back if the unit stops making ice in the next week or two ; saved tckt , states that autho needed"
