Complaint was the dryer takes too long to dry. I turn the dryer on at first test of the airflow, the airflow was very poor. I also found the igniter coils are weak and do not all the time. I quoted for the dryer duct cleaning and replacing the coils. I replace the coil and clean the dryer duct. The airflow is great now

Not draining errors, metal chunks in the filter. The spin basket had broken free of the hub. .

Not heating. Found bad coils. Replaced the coils and now it heats nicely. Vacuumed out and cleaned up dryer. Runs great. Used 5303931775 from TS.

Its flashing a code that indicates a shorted control panel. Checked inside door for moisture on control panel but its totally dry. Doesnt run, only flashes code..

Found that water hoses from hot and cold pipe was clogged. Customer approved for hoses to be replaced. Tested and washer now fills with hot. Tested and washer is working good.

Microwave is not heating and making a loud buzzing sound I pulled a microwave down and the first thing I test it was the mag. The mag was shorted to ground. I verify the mag is the only thing defective. I quoted the customer for the repair. I replace the magnetron and tested. Put it back up tested again everythings working.

Not heating. Found a bad thermal fuse. Airflow wasnt great outside. I cleaned a bunch of lint out of dryer vent where it exits out the house. Found one of the vent flaps not opening because it had a lot of lint stuck to it. I cleaned that off so it opens now, much better air flow. Replaced the fuse, vacuumed out the dryer and oiled rollers. Replaced a badly cracked belt. There was a paint can opener in blower wheel I got out too. Runs and heats great now. Used fuse and belt. J13 labor.

Customer complaint is, NOT SPINNING. Inspected and tested. Washer would try to spin a couple times and then would unlock the door and shut down. In test mode I get 2 different stored errors for the inverter. I removed the back panel to check for voltage to the inverter and then it started working after I messed with the inverter. Its spinning great now in test mode. I started washer on a quick wash and it completed the cycle perfectly. . Part number for the inverter is WH22X29049.

Unit was still leaving some black residue on whites but has gotten a lot better cleaned out the dispenser area because had some black residue in there. Let customer know if it happens still its inside the hoses and tub. And would need to replace hoses and pay for complete disassembly with an extra charge for another tech being that its stacked and a tub job
