The customer said on Tuesday the meat started to thaw and the door was not making the vacuum sound the she normally hears. The customer said this happened back in April but then it started to work after she unplugged the freezer and defrosted it. Today it was freezing food inside. The customer said it started to work last night. This a manual defrost so the shelves build up with frost. All the shovels had frost on them and some had a lot of frost. The door bins have moisture on them too. It felt like the door was rubbing on something when I closed it. I removed the door and greased the door pin. The door seals good. Today I found no issues with the freezer. I advised the customer that theirs not much space between the door bins and the shelf. I advised to make sure nothing is pushing on the door .

Customer complaint is, no cool fridge/FRZR - its spoiling food-leaks down the back & under meat tray-im wks intermit. Inspected and tested. This refrigerator has both the ice maker and FF evaporator issues. Needs the drain kit, add on heater and defrost sensor. Customer doesnt want us to do the ice maker kit. Installed new defrost sensor, drain kit and add on evaporator heater. Tested and its working great. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, NO HEAT. Inspected and tested. Found the heating element had failed. Quoted customer $370. to install new heating element. Customer approved repairs. Installed new heating element and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer is heating great and cycling between 200F and 125F. Dryer is now fixed.

Unit would spin or drain. Noticed right away the lid switch was busted. Replaced lid switch 3949247V with truck stock one. Now unit is working properly. Collect $50 from American Home shield

Freezer continually beeps. Found the door wasnt closing all the way. I raised the feet on the front of the freezer so it leans back more. Now it closes much better. All good now. But if they have issue in future, please order new hinges for the door. I also showed customer how food was over packed in door, recommended taking a lot of the food out of the door so that it can close better.

Complaint was after they cleaned behind the fridge they had bumped the water line and now the water supply was leaking at the water valve connection. Plumber had replaced the waterline but it was still leaking. All I had to do was tighten both waterline connections at the supply valve and at the water calve. I then added a strap around the waterline and secured it to the fridge. It is not leaking now advise the customer to leave the icemaker off until someone is living there then turn it back on and make sure theres no leaks.

Replaced condenser fan motor, tested and it is not running and refrigerator is cooling and working good.

Customer complaint is, NO HEAT. Inspected and tested. Found the high limit thermostat was melted and the wires that attach to it are also melted. Installed new thermostat and repaired wires. Tested and dryer is heating great and cycling between 200F and 120F. Outside airflow is 21mph. Dryer is now fixed.

Customers complaint loss of heat. VACUUMED/cleaned dryer still no heat. Disassembled unit because it would tumble but not heat. Checked all the thermostats and they were good. Tested the heater and that had failed. Quoted and replaced heater with factory heater from truck stuck WP3387747. Reassembled unit and now its working and heating great. Also oiled up rollers for customer and cleaned the inside of dryer for no additional charge
