Not heating. Found a bad ignitor. Getting 120vac but not coming on. Replaced ignitor and vacuumed out, heats great now. Used 279311 from truck stock.

Unit wasnt draining and door locked. Found the drain pump trying to run but wasnt really pumping. Cleaned out drain filter and still same issue. Disassembled drain pump and found the drain pump was bad. Replaced drain pump now unit is operating correctly. Used 4681EA2001T from truck stock.

The customer said the dryer would run for a while on heat setting then the breaker would trip. He said they tried it on a air only cycle and it runs with no issues and does not trip the breaker. I ran the dryer for a while on time dry and high heat. It never tripped the breaker. I figured their is most likely a issue with the heater. I replaced the heating element assembly. I ran it on a time dry again and it never tripped the breaker.

Leaking from the boot. The boot was worn due to a bad bearing and broken spider. I spoke to the customer and they are not looking to invest a lot of money in this old machine. I quoted boot via bluebook verbally.

Unit seal kept falling out on the bottom right side. Installed new seal and same issue. Noticed the tub where it snaps in is rolling out. Tried to just bend it back but doesnt hold. I added a bunch of photos to show whats happening will need a new tub

The oven was slow to light and smelled of gas. I found the bake ignitor was weak. The burner did light but the flame was lazy and the ignitor was only drawing 2.9 amps. I replaced the bake ignitor and it lit in 30 seconds and the oven heated up quick. It does not smell like gas now.

Customer complaint is, warning light, not cooling properly. Inspected and tested. Temperature was at 36F. Compressor and fan are running, but no frost on evaporator. The sealed system has failed. Customer is going to replace the freezer.

Customer said it hasnt been drying well and shutting off. I tested the moisture sensors in test mode and they respond well. Explained how the sensors work, and how if a dry towel or clothes are bumping up against them itll think the clothes are dry. Temps on timed dry run up to 225. Checked air flow. 10 outside and 20 behind dryer. Took vent apart, customerCleaned vent, I put it back on and it ran at 17 mph airflow outside now. Runs great. Customer will use timed dry now.
