The customer said the unit was not cooling. The customer found the compressor start device had failed so he replaced it. He said it ran and cooled for maybe 13 hours and then it stopped cooling. I plugged it back in because it was unplugged and the compressor and all the fans started right up. The compressor started out drawing 10 amps then when down and stabilized to 1.50-1.65. I unplugged the fridge and then back in to see if the compressor would struggle starting. When the compressor shuts off it makes some uncommon sounds. When I started it back up before it could equalize the compressor was drawing 10 amps then tripped the overload. I unplugged it and let sit longer. After a few minutes I plugged it back in and the compressor made some noises and was drawing 10 amps but then kicked in. This model and vintage compressor has known to fail. The failing compressor probably damaged the relay device. I advised the customer if it keeps happening then the compressor is bad and the unit would need to be replaced. I did tell him that if it stops cooling and none of the fans are working or if the compressor is not hot then maybe theres also a defrost time issue but to leave it plugged in next time.

Not heating well on the oven, and smells like gas. Found a bad bake ignitor. Replaced with 5303935066. Preheated it, heats great and ignited fast. With 5303935066 installed, no smell of gas.

Customer complaint is, noisy and needs a tune up. belt is not in good shape. Inspected and tested. Found the idler pulley was seized up. Customer approved putting in rebuild kit. Installed rebuild kit and tested. Dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.
Customer complaint is, not cooling enough to freeze meat. Inspected and tested. Freezer temperature was 26F. Compressor and fan are running. I removed the evaporator cover and there was only frost on about 50 percent. The sealed system has failed.

The customer said she ran a load after I left and it stopped in the drain spin cycle again. She tried it a few more times but it would not drain. I removed the drain pump and found that the propeller part of it was loose and black gunk was leaking out. I replaced the drain pump. I ran a load with towels. Its working good now. After it was done I noticed water on the ground. I found water was leaking from the drain sump. I removed the drain pump and cleaned the seal and sump. I put some grease on the drain pump seal and put it back together. It was still leaking from the seam. I tried another drain pump and it was better. I advised the customer to keep a eye on it. Run a load and see if it leaks before putting the dryer back on top. If the leak come back please order the sump and filter. 383EER2001A3108ER1001B

Customer complaint is, plastic handle is broken off. Inspected and found the control panel and handle are broken. Installed new control panel and handle. Dishwasher is now fixed.
Customer is having an issue with condensation buildup by the fan in the fresh food section. I installed a new heater and temp sensor. I also left some instructions as I found holes in the fridge liner and the evaporator cover needed some sealing.
