I could feel the bottom binding up against itself, could have become twisted during installation. I removed the outer door, I lined the two halves and reassembled the door. I also leveled the front legs because the left side was much higher than the right.

LG Dryer Repair. The drum is making a rubbing noise when it tumbles, no matter the cycle. I could hear a wheel on the bulkhead spinning and stopping when the drum tumbled. I disassembled the bulkhead, accessed the front rollers (wheel dust all over bulkhead), replaced the two front rollers, checked the drum, idler belt and wheel, blower wheel and motor. The only defect I found were the two, front drum wheels. Reassembled the dryer, plugged the unit in and started a cycle to verify the roller replacement had solved the problem. Dryer is back to like new, good to go.

The left door popping when hung right door closes is typical for all French door, bottom mount units, the front of the refrigerator being higher than the front will help that from happening. The door does move but it doesnt open.

Kenmore Refrigerator Repair. The customers refrigerator is leaking water in the fresh food section of the machine. I looked in the freezer and found a build up of ice, starting in the back and moving forward. The evaporator defrost drain was frozen shut, the defrost timer is activating the heater( verified by operating it) but the water wasnt draining to the back machine compartment. Opened the drain with steamer and water drained quickly, the bottom of the drain tube isnt blocked, wide open.

Samsung Washer Repair. Customer states that the first cycle they ran after I left was a self clean cycle, and then the machine stopped draining. Opened up the filter and found it to be clogged again. Had to start a drain cycle and unclogged the machine about eight times to clear out all of the junk that was in the drain tube from the tub. The customers ice maker was not producing any ice, I used the test button to attempt a harvest cycle but nothing happened, points to a defective ice maker motor so I replaced the ice maker assembly. Water did flow to the new ice maker assembly but the flow was slow and flow was also slow to the water dispenser. I replaced the water inlet valve at the back of the refrigerator and retested the flow to the water dispenser and ice maker, improved the flow greatly.

GE Dishwasher Repair. WON'T COMPLETE THE CYCLE. cust advised they will power the unit and close door and will not start the cycle light just blinks. Found the door is not lining up right with the door latch. Its too low. Ive seen this before with the plastic tub dishwashers and GEs only fix is to shim the door up. I removed door and put some washers in it and reassembled. Its much better. I also put something between the top of dishwasher and counter to straighten out the top because its warped up. Tested and dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.
