Customer complaint the upper oven was not holding temp and was cooking at a lower temperature, the lower oven was not getting hot at all anymore. I took the temperature of the upper oven and found the upper oven was cooking 25? cooler. I just did the temperature of the upper oven +30?. I found the fake igniter for Loura one was bad. I replaced the lower oven bake igniter and then oven heated to 350 no issues.

Not heating. Found a bad high limit fuse. Also the belt was really cracked and frayed. The vent was also plugged up.Replaced fuse and belt with 661570v and wp3392519. Vacuumed out dryer, oiled rollers. Runs and heats great now.

The customer said when you press start nothing happens. I verified that when the dryer is powered on and I press start the display acts like the dryer is running but its not. I removed the top panel and found the belt was not broken but not connected. I found the idler pulley was broken. I quoted BB and then replaced the idler. The dryer is running good now.

The customer said the dryer is taking a long time to dry. I did a air flow test and it was bad. No air is sucking down from the lint trap filter. I pulled the dryer away from the wall and the air flow was good. I verify theres no restriction on the back of the dryer. Advise the customer she needs the dryer vent cleaned ASAP and not to use the dryer or we can overheat and pop a fuse.

Customer complaint is, oven not heating properly. Inspected and tested. Found the bake ignitor is failing. Quoted customer $288. to install new ignitor. Customer approved repairs. Installed new bake ignitor and tested. Oven is heating great. Oven is now fixed.

Noisy when it tumbles. Failed idler and worn rollers. I replaced them, cleaned and tested the dryer. It is now working as designed.

Unit wasnt draining properly and leaving clothing wet. Found that when trying to spin it never really spins the tub the motor is running. Disassembled unit and found the belt had slipped off and now is damaged. This unit is very common for this problem. Installed new belt and cleaned pulleys. Used WH01X24180

I found the top half of the evaporator was not defrosting. I put into a defrost and the heater came on. I replaced the defrost thermostat and defrost sensor.

The customer complaint was it was not making ice. I ran the icemaker fill test and found that it was not filling with water. After troubleshooting and verifying the icemaker functions I found the water fill tube was frozen. There is ice building up around the rear of the air duct housing. I quoted the customer BB for the air handler kit and installed the kit. I ran the icemaker test and its working properly.
