Customer complaint is, not draining, water tap E25 CODE. Inspected and tested. Found the drain pump cover was loose. Cleaned out sump and reattached cover. Tested and dishwasher is draining great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Unit not cooling. Unit wasnt cooling found the compressor not running and everything else running tested the compressor windings all were at 7.6 or .1 off which means the compressor is reading correctly. Was getting the correct voltage to the inverter also. Unit needs a new inverter board. Replaced board now unit is working properly used WR49X10283 from truck stock

Unit would squeak once in awhile. Disassembled unit and found the idler was bad on this unit. Quoted customer for the repair kit4392065. Which has the idler belt and rollers. Installed kit cleaned up unit and reassembled. Unit is operating correctly now. Used 4392065 rebuild kit from truck stock

Cook top had two different complaints one sometimes would continue to spark even after being ignited. And another some burners the flame was bigger on one side. So I disassembled the top and cleaned all the burner plates and igniters. burner cabs Were installed wrong and thats why the flame was out of whack. I could not get the continuous sparking. Told customer its usually the spark module because it happens on not just one burner. If it continues to happen will need to order spark module for for returning 218440 is the part number for the Spark module

The customers complaint is the oven will not bake. I started the oven and the bake ignitor just glows but never lighted the burner tube. I quoted the BB for the ignitor. I replaced the bake ignitor. The oven is heating up good.

Customer complaint is, NOT DRAINING. Inspected and tested. Found the drain hose was plugged at the garbage disposal. Cleaned out drain hose and tested. Dishwasher is draining great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Replaced control board, tested and dryer starts and is heating and working good.

Replaced evap fan motor, tested and fan is now blowing and circulating air and blowing air down and cooling.

The customer is experiencing lid lock issues. The lid lock is intermittent. The lid lock was the most reset fault code stored. I quoted BB for the lid lock kit. I replaced the lid lock kit and did the firm ware update. All is working good now.
