LG Refridgerator Repair. Customer complaint is a loud noise during the cooling cycle. I moved the unit out and access the main power control board at the back of the refrigerator. I pushed the unit into diagnostic test two and I could immediately hear the fresh food evaporator pan making a loud rattling noise. I disassembled the fresh food cabinet, took out the old evaporator fan, cover assembly and installed the new evaporator cover assembly. Plug the machine back in tested the repair to make sure everything was working like new and everything is back to normal. I did use the part sent by square trade.

Electrolux Washer Repair. The door gasket is stiff and just pushes on the glass door. I made sure the screws are tight and nothing is broken. i cleaned the gasket with soap and its better. I called tech line and he said to put some rinse aid on the gasket and leave the door closed for 24 hours. I put rinse aid on the gasket and on the glass. I set to run a sanitize cycle and i advised the customer to not open the door until tomorrow.

Whirlpool Dishwasher Repair. Dishwasher not cleaning very well. Found that both spray arms were clogged and the heater mounting clip was bent up, preventing the lower spray arm from rotating. Bent heater clip back down and cleaned all the holes in the spray jets. Dishwasher now has good wash pressure on both upper and lower spray arms. Rinse aid was empty. Recommended they keep the rinse aid full to help dishes come out looking cleaner and to use Affresh (or similar) cleaning tablets every couple months to minimize buildup in the sump.

Samsung Dishwasher Repair. Found some water that was in the drip pan which is why they were getting LC error (leak error) i ran diagnostics and ran dishwasher for 40 minutes and found no leaks the only thing I found is excess soap suds and I didnt add any soap (see picture) Im thinking too much suds and leaked into drip pan. Cleaned out suds and also found that the auto door open feature was turned off in the settings. Turn on door open and in test mode it popped open. I showed customer in the user manual how to turn that feature on/off. Dishwasher is working good as Im here.

Speed Queen Washer Repair. Washer not draining. Ended up using my wet vac to suck all the water out, then flushed some water through it. Samsung Dryer Repair. The dryer squeaks when the drum is spinning. I disassembled the front bulkhead and inspected the blower wheel assembly, the idler pulley assembly, idler belt and motor. The drum looks good, rear /front drum wheels spin without wobble, I did apply a little bit of oil to them. Reassembled the machine, tested the preventative maintenance steps that I took, I didnt find any more squeaks when the unit is operating.

Whirlpool Dishwasher Re[air. Door seal had come loose on bottom left side. It was slightly too long on the left side which caused it to pop out of the channel. Shortened door seal on left side, cleaned channel and seal and re-affixed the seal. Water was also turned off so I turned that back on. Now it is working as it should and does not leak.

Bosch Dishwasher Repair. Dishwasher has been leaking from the left side of door. Floor built up a half inch in front of dishwasher. Unable to get kick panel off due to the high floor. Noticed dishwasher is tipped forward. Was able to just barely get my wrench onto the left foot and extend it a little so that the front is up higher. Adjusted the right foot a tad but not much due to the toe kick. Installed new door gasket because the old one was in rough shape. Also replaced old spray arm. Ran it for 50 minutes as the customer said at 40 it always leaks. All good now. If anything under the dishwasher ever has to be serviced, some of the floor will need to be removed in front of the dishwasher so that we can remove the kickplate.

Bosch Washer Repair. See photos this is a stacked unit built into a cabinet head or move outer trim to move out wash machine. Also they took out the legs cause its on carpet so I had to move it out legs by myself. Once I got it out, tested the leak found that the drain hose has a breather tube that goes back to the basket and that has came off reinstalled and Clamp to the basket so it wont come off again. After repair was made tested multiple times for leaks. Everythings working properly now.

Frigidaire Dryer Repair. Clean filter error prevents full cycle. Customer said it randomly flashes the clean filter light and shuts down. I ran dryer through the service diagnostics test and everything passed and theres no errors. I started a timed dry high heat cycle and its cycling between 210F and 105 consistently for over 30 minutes. Airflow on back of dryer is 30 mph. Dryer is testing good.

Electrolux Dryer Repair. Customer mentioned dryer was smelling like gas recently when it was running. Dryer vent was disconnected on back and was venting the hot air smells into the laundry room. Reconnected dryer venting. Ran dryer the entire time and could not detect any gas smells. Did a leak down test on the gas fitting going into the back of the dryer. There were no gas leaks that I could smell or find. Dryer is working well.

Jenn-Air Refridgerator Repair. On arrival, I opened up the machine and checked the defrost computer. At this point, I checked the defrost terminator from this section and found it to be open even though the machine has been running for several hours. Went ahead and replace the defrost, terminator and heater as an assembly. Replace the defrost computer as well.again re-defrosted the evaporator really really well. This should fix this issue finally.
