Model RFG297HDRS/XAA
Just installed the shelfs the customer requested. Customer didnt want sensor installed because unit has been working fineDoor bin RT DA97-06419C Door bin LT middle DA97-11478A Door bin LT bottom DA97-11483A Returned Freezer sensor DA97-08608A
Model MAH2400AWW
Customer was getting Dc error which was unbalanced load. Customer was trying to wash 1 blanket. I ran test with load of towels and it completed. I informed customer that using more items the better so the washer can balance out the load more evenly. Customer will try that and call back if there is further issues. Washer is working good as im here.
Model JGSP48S0H2SS
Not heating on bake. Replaced ignitor and some melted wires and connectors. Replaced screw with bolt and nut where ignitor connects to burner assembly. Heats great now.
Model DV42H5200EW/A3
No heat bad vent was found 12 mph at side of house. I replaced The thermal fuse. The dryer cycled great 200f to 104f. The customer will get the vent cleaned before using again.

Model LFXC24726S/04
Customer complaint is, NOT COOLING. Inspected and tested. Breaker was tripped and refrigerator was room temperature. Reset breaker and compressor and fans turned on, but after 20 minutes there was no frost on the evaporator. The sealed system/compressor has failed.

Washer would not turn back on after it sat idol for awhile and customer had to power cycle washer to get it to turn on. Replaced main board. Tested and washer turns on every time. Ran quick test and washer is working good.I did not use the UI (ebr74752201)

Unit was leaking on the floor. The freezer had a big ice damn. Found the ice was building up because it wasnt draining. Steamed out all the ice and cleaned drain. Watched the frost pattern just to make sure on the evap and it was proper. Unit is back to normal working condition

Installed new pedestal for customer. Made sure it was level then installed the washer machine on top. Anchored down unit per install instructions. Also tested a quick cycle to make sure its working properly

Found that drain pump is locked up. So washer would try to continually drain and be non responsive to trying to select new cycle. Replaced drain pump, tested and washer now drains and is working good.
