The complaint was the broiler would not work but oven works good. I verified the oven works and not the broiler. I tested the broiler and the ignitor tested bad and I do get voltage to the ignitor. I replaced the ignitor and now the broiler is working.

Customer complaint is, bra wire got stuck in the dryer can we help remove that metal wire. Inspected and tested. Found the wire was in the blower wheel. Removed wire and tested. Dryer is now fixed.

Was making a squeaky noise when running. Unit is a stacked unit in a closet. Was able to take the front bottom off and found the idler had failed. Replaced idler with truck stock 279640 now unit is working properly

The dishwasher fills with water but not pump water. I tapped on the motor while it was running and the wash motor started up. I ran the dishwasher through the diagnostic test and the motor ran the whole time. I started it and stoped it several times and the motor was working good. I gave the customer a quote for the motor W11084656 if it happens again.

Unit was making a thumping noise when running. Found once disassembled a little piece of metal that must have been in a pocket at one time stuck in the felt that the drum rides on. Also notice the rollers were squeaky. Used repair kit 4392065 from truck stock. Reassembled unit and now running properly. Customer really needs to get the vent cleaned out they had no air flow out side the house. Also has expandable crinkle vent for the whole exhaust.

Customer complaint is, NOISY. I disassembled dryer and the rollers and idler pulley look great. The blower wheel is packed full of lint, causing it to vibrate. I vacuumed out inside of dryer and cleaned out the blower wheel. Reassembled and dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

Unit wasnt cooling fridge properly was up to 60 degrees found a big ice damn build up on the evap. Defrosted the evap. Everything tested good. Defrost heater and fan. Replaced the drain kit and heater kit to fix issue now unit is operating properly
