The dishwasher will not start a cycle. I found water sitting in the bottom and it would not drain out. The drain pump just clicks. I removed the drain pump and found 3 small pieces of glass stuck inside. I removed the glass. I filled it and let run. It washes and now drains good .

The unit was off and completely defrosted. I removed the rear cover and put the fridge into defrost. The defrost heater came on. This model did not have the extra loop so it did not heed the add on heater. I did install the new sensor and all parts of the drain kit. The compressor was a little noisy but it came on it it started to cool.

Customer complaint is, the fridge door is broken. lights don't work. Inspected and found the freezer light is out and the cam and bushing on the left door are missing. Installed grommet, bushing, door cam and freezer LED module. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Upper rack adjusters broken. Replaced them with the kit sent to me. Part W10712395. Works great now. Charged bb. J13 labor.

Not cooling, missing digits on the UI and no ice. On arrival inspection I found the ice room was frozen up and 25?F. This unit has the evaporator drain manufacturing defect that causes it to get too warm melt out then make ice for a while then freeze back up. There is no known fix for this defect. The user interface is missing a few digits on the display. . Installed new UI and tested. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Customers complaint food freezing in the ff sections. Customer stated food and drinks freezing mainly in the back top shelf next to the damper. Put unit in test mode everything is testing good. Fan is running properly and damper is opening and closing but making louder then normal noise. There is a good chance the damper might be failing. Let customer know to not to block where the air comes out of the damper because they usually have there water pitcher right up against it so the air wouldnt be circulating properly. S order part W11164593 if customer wanted us to do repair

Not running. Found a broken idler pulley. Cleaned and oiled rollers. Vacuumed out dryer. Replaced pulley DE634A. Belt is good. Runs and heats great now.

Unit wouldnt spin. Disassembled unit and found two socks in the blower wheel. Removed the socks. The blower wheel looked visually good. Found also the idler was melted. All rollers were still good just needed to be cleaned. Used idler from truck stock DE634A and elbow DE904. Customer wanted to removed the dryer vent set up they had previously.

Unit would have a humming noise at times. If they would open or shut door or push on door it would go away. Found that the back coil fan was rubbing slightly.
