Issue is unit not starting. Right away found that theres a missing bracket that holds a top on. Disassembled and found that the control board relays burnt out. Everything else looks good on it. Gave them two different option one of replacing the control board and one of just repairing the board and replacing the bad relay. Replace the bad relay tested now unit working properly. "Cx concern is unit with an E07 error code, and E15 error code. Found that the zeolite snorkel seal and nut is faulty and is leaking down into the basin, causing the E15 error from the float switch. The e07 error code is due to the water level getting too high and flowing over into the zeolite tank. The turbidity/level sensor must be replaced for proper water level. Also, the spray arm tube is showing signs that its going to crack soon, and must be replaced as a preventative action. Turbidity sensor is the original culprit, the zeolite nut&seal got damaged to cause the error codes, and the spray tube is preventative.; ordrd 1 11018097 (Spray arm) and 1 00636865 (Zeolite nut) and 1 00636867 (Seal) and 1 00611323 (Water level/turbidity sensor)"
