Customer complaint is, start button is broken and pushed in. Installed new start switch and tested. Dryer is working great. Dryer is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, making a racket and smokey. Inspected and tested. Found the belt was melted completely through and the top of the drain pump is melted from the belt. Installed new belt/pump kit and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, DEAD. Inspected and tested. Found the fuse was blown because one of the door switches has failed. Also the switch holder is wore out.Installed new holder, 3 switches and 1 fuse. Tested and microwave is working great. Microwave is now fixed.

I found the heater was not getting the voltage out from the motor. I found the terminal on the harness to the motor was burnt. I replaced the terminal. Its heating now. If it happens again it needs a harness.

Customer complaint is, door ajar light stuck on and water in crisper. Inspected and tested. Customer said the door alarm goes off randomly. This doesnt have a light or button for the door alarm and I never heard it go off the entire time I was there. I found the FF evaporator drain was plugged. Defrosted and cleaned drain, Installed new drain kit. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, lights up but does not start when pressing the button. Inspected and tested. Found the belt was broken and the idler pulley has failed and fallen off. Installed new belt and idler pulley. Tested dryer and its working great. Dryer is now fixed.

I found the dishwasher was very slow but draining. I found the hose was plugged. I blew into the hose until the obstruction was clear. Now it drains good.
