"LEAKING UNDER THE FLOOR - UNIT IS PULLED OUT TO DRY OUT FLOOR. Sounds like it was leaking from the door and clean light was blinking and customer saw lots of suds in dishwasher. I turned breaker on and drain pump is running. Found water in the float pan underneath. Removed water and started a heavy cycle and after about 5 minutes I opened the door and its full of soap suds. I showed this to the customer and advised that its leaking from excessive soap suds in dishwasher. I ran dishwasher for over 35 minutes and never saw it leak, but theres still lots of suds. I told customer to run a cleaner through dishwasher and if it keeps sudsing up to try a different soap. Afterwards I found out customer probably got dish soap in the dishwasher right before it leaked."

I ran a diagnostic test and it passed. In the manual test the vane will moved forward and back but does not stop. It may need the vane assembly. The customer will try a new gfi first."

The refrigerator was not running and not cooling. When I arrived I found the fridge was plugged in and the error FF was on the display. After inspection I found the board was replaced with the wrong main board. The previous company cut the main harness and put on spade connectors to make it work. Then forced plugs in the wrong spot. I had to use the new board that was sent and do some soldering to make it work again. Now all the fans work and the compressor runs. I found the compressor has failed. I replaced the compressor and recharged it with 5.1 ounces of refrigerant.

"Complaint is unit will just run on its own and then give the error code. I found when I plugged it in that as soon as you shut the door, the unit would start running. Removed lower to panel removed control board. Didnt find any burnt up relays, tapped on all the relays reassembled units were properly and then it got stuck again unit needs a new control board. Homeowners werent there but a guy was there cleaning and said that they would want it done and to order the parts. I did order parts and put them on the schedule left voicemail for Eric to give us a call back and let us know if you for surely wants to do it. Also let him know it might be under warranty. It be worth calling to see if they could get it covered or reimbursed after we did the repair. Unit is in a tight spot. I will have to pull washer out to reconnect the dryer after someone pulled out the dryer and it vented out the side and a cabinet and no way to access it. "Because there states the dishwasher stopped draining and then gave an 801 error code. Upon arrival found a bunch of water in the basin under the tub. Dried it up and tried to run the machine. Didnt see any leaks at this time. Tried to cancel out of the cycle, and the machine would not drain Took the drain hose off and discovered the drain pump was clogged up really bad took the pump off, cleaned it and reassembled the machine now it drains a lot better. The machine must have been not draining and then overfilling and then the front water was spilling over the front into the basin. Ran the machine and it seems to be working great now"

"Dryer not heating and running for hours on end. Checked junction box. 210 at outlet and junction box. Cleaned lint screens. Still didnt heat. 4 ohms black to brown, and 3 ohms black to blue. 2.6 ohms brown to blue. We ran the dryer for 10 minutes and it went up 15?. We put it through full test mode and there are no error codes. The compressor and cooling fan and all components run correctly. We explained to tenant that they should not use dryer sheets because of how it comes up the filters and prevents moisture from exiting the dryer.we also told them not to use the shower when they have the dryer running because the dryer will suck in all that excess moisture.

WON'T COMPLETE THE CYCLE - ERROR 22 OR 1E. 1E is a water supply issue. I started a speed wash cycle and the cold water is just trickling in. I removed the cold water line from the back of washer and the filter is plugged. I cleaned out filter and reassembled. Tested and its filling great with cold water now. Washer is now fixed.
