"Unit was running well until yesterday, when it got loud, some food on the bottom of the fresh food section froze, and the freezer warmed up. Today when I got here it was 37 in ff and 0 in freezer. Uniform frost on evaporator and compressor and fans running. I called Exw tech support and we verified the heater comes on. When we told the compressor to come on, it didnt. When we told the damper to open it didnt. They had me unplug and replug in unit and then in test mode we could get all components to work properly. We pulled out fridge and checked outlet. Polarity and everything is good. They had me adjust the temps warmer in the fridge and freezer. Said we need to monitor it, board was probably confused (new board though) and temps set too cold. Now with the board reset and temps adjusted higher, it should be good. No recommended part replacements."

Customer states that some loads vibrated the washer to when it will move on the floor. Found that the washer was put upstairs on old uneven tile floor. I ran test with load of towels and washer did complete and went into high speed spin but the floor did vibrate quite a bit and you can feel it few feet away. I leveled washer and suggested to use anti skid pads to prevent the washer moving on smooth tiles.Also recommended to use more items when washing items to help washer balance out more easily and have less vibration. Disassembled cooktop. Removed main control module and replaced with new per Thermador tech support. Installed ferrite kit per Thermador tech support. Reassembled cook top. Restore power to range. Tested operations. Set oven to 350 bake. Oven preheated then shut self off. Customer stated this is what it has been doing. Unable to get oven to bake. Is now doing it every time bake or any other option is selected. Contacted Thermador tech support again.
