Found that the back heat cover had some melted pieces on there and was very sharp and would be tearing and snag clothing if rubbed against it see photos. Also for heating wise, they have a long vent, but was getting about 16 mph out the vent. Took temps and was getting on high about 220 which is a gas dryer they said that is good. Customer just did a load and had the dryness level on near dry. Explain to customer to make sure its on full dry because on the auto sense it will leave it a little bit damp if not. So it is possible that too much suds overflowed into the drip pan causing the error to trigger. I cleaned out suds with cooking oil and suggested customer to use different brand Finish and use less soap.Informed customer to use dishwasher as normal and if problem still occurs when using different soap.

The customers are concerned that their refrigerator sounds loud. The compressor is humming, typical for ambient temperature. The evaporator fan sounds normal. The condenser fan sounds normal. The compressor humming as quiet as a mouse. The freezer and fresh food door gaskets are making complete contact against the cabinet, no signs of warm air leakage. The refrigerator back was pushed against the wall and left side was hugging the cabinets/countertops. The fresh food temp was set to 34 and freezer at -3 on arrival, I recommended adjusting both compartments to 37 and 0. No defrost problems found.No malfunctioning parts or repairs necessary at this time.

Customer stated there was an ice buildup in the back of the freezer. Removed the drawers and door. Found what looked like the ice maker overfilling. There was frost buildup in both fans.removed the back cover and let it thaw out. Checked the valve and found it was the wrong part. Installed the back cover and one of the fans were making noise, put the new cover in the noise went away. Installed new icemaker and checked twice making sure it didnt overflow with water. Unit is operating as it should.

Removed evap cover and found excess ice formation on top of evap near fan and evap temp sensor detached from evap, wire for evap sensor too short to reach evap. Called tech support, confirmed ok to lengthen wire to allow sensor to be placed in proper position. Soldered and heat shrinked wires to sensor and clipped in proper location. Reassembled unit and verified evap sensor reading temps. Instructed Cx to wait 48 hours for ice production.

Customer informed me that a few weeks ago he did the same thing and the unit was full of ice in the top left corner he defrosted the unit letting it thaw for a day. The compressor and fan was not running when I got there unplugged and plugged the unit in and it started and ran fine. The it acts like a board issue, this is the second refrigerator that the customer has had the first one that was identical to this one , the unit was replaced with this one that is not working correctly. Found the unit was a manufactured by Daewoo, could not find any parts available for the unit. The customer suspects that is why the first unit they had could not get repaired and it was replaced.
