ERROR CODE dE. Customer said when they try and start a cycle it gives this error. Usually they can restart it and it works. I put washer into test mode and it gave the error right away and it said the door was locked, but I could open it. I tried about 10 times more and it was working and I couldnt get it to fail. The door latch is failing. Quoted customer to install new door latch. Customer approved repair. Installed new door latch and tested. Door is locking perfectly every time while testing. Washer is now fixed.

Everything internally checks out good. Now Im running it with the outside door panel off. No signs of leaking from the dispenser. Didnt leak on normal cycle but leaks on 3 hour pro wash. Called whirlpool tech support but they were closed. After 80 minutes of it running and zero drips, I put 1/3 of a detergent dispenser full of their detergent and within 10 minutes there were an enormous amount of suds. They are going to switch to finish and stop using the pro wash and see if things improve.

Unit warm and not making ice since the cleaning yesterday. Called tech support and they had me turn it off for a few minutes, and then turn it back on. After turning back on and giving it 170 seconds, it started spraying well out of the left sprayer. Right sprayer didnt spray any water. He said its clogged, so I removed right spray nozzle and cleaned that out. Reinstalled and turned back on. Once it started spraying water, the cooling kicked in and it wouldnt spray out of either. Took the bullhorn assembly apart and it was totally clogged. Cleaned that and the waterlines out. Spent just under two hours cleaning everything. Reassembled and now its spraying water great.

When I arrived the panel was flashing 7 times. Could not find an error code that correlated with that. I put it into service mode and let it run through the tests. It drained, filled, circulated and heated perfectly. The beginning of the circulation, the motor made a whining sound for a couple seconds but never any issues after that. I ran it on some various cycles for 30 minutes and con tinially ran perfectly. If it has this same issue in the future I would order a circulation motor. W10782773

Replaced compressor from last diagnosis. Once it was braised in. Pressurized to 200 psi to check for leaks no leaks are present. Vacuumed under 300 ?m. Then filled with proper amount of refrigerant. Also updated control board. Fired up unit and unit started to work properly and held pressures properly also. Explain to customer can take up to 24 hours to fully cool properly. They do not have water hooked up to the unit so we dont have to worry about ice.

Customer states that machine was intermittently, having problems cooling about a month ago when they discovered that the door was not sealing properly. They fixed the issue themselves with the door ceiling and defrosted the machine before going on vacation. It appears as though the machine has been operating normally while theyve been out of town. Upon arrival opened up the machine and checked the Damper assembly. Check the evaporator fan and frost pattern. Check the air returns. Everything seems to be working properly at this time. It appears as though a sheet of ice may have been covering the air returns at some point on the bottom of the refrigerator, restricting the airflow. But since this machine was defrosted, it doesnt appear that this issue is going to recur.

Tenant stated unit loose in cabinet, insulation falling out, it smells, and dispenser not working. Found unit not secured with screws. Installed screws, tucked insulation away. Found currently no smell, filter clean. Put unit into test mode and verified dispenser works as it should. This unit has multiple prewashes that will happen before soap is dispersed, usually about 20 minutes into cycle. Explained to tenant in a text.

Called tech line and he put me into diagnostic and checked for error codes. It popped a pressure sensor code. Tech line said that if she uses more than a teaspoon of liquid detergent it will pop that code and turn off the heater resulting in dirty dishes. She filled the dispenser completely full. MAKING A LOUD NOISE ON THE SPIN CYCLE. Washer is vibrating and shaking a lot in a spin cycle. I filled washer with water and it bottoms out and hits the floor when its only about a third full of water. The suspension rods have failed causing to much play in the drum. Quoted customer to install new suspension rod kit. Customer approved repair. Installed new suspension rod kit and tested.
